Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out the effectiveness of group guidance to improve student social interaction. This research belongs to the type of Action research. This study uses two cycles, with stages of planning, activities, observation and reflection. The sample in this study amounted to 10 students. The results of this study are 1) students' social interaction skills are in the low category 2) the implementation of group guidance to improve students' social interaction skills is carried out through two cycles and four meetings, 3) students' social interaction skills level increases after receiving group guidance services. Based on the results of the T test, it is found that Tcalculate 0 ≤ Ttable 8 or means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results showed that students' social interaction skills improved after receiving group tutoring services. In other words, social interaction skills can be improved through group tutoring services.Group guidance; social interaction skills, Junior High School Students

Abstract

AbstractFamily empowerment is an effort to build a better family, including related to family resilience. Family resilience means that the family is able to manage and overcome problems from a psychological, economic, social and spiritual perspective. This study aims to examine increased family resilience through structural family counseling, and to describe family empowerment in increasing family resilience through structural family counseling. This study uses a mixed methods approach with a concurrent triangulation model. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, observation and interviews. Based on the results of the T-test at the 5% significance level, to test the differences in the resilience of the respondent's family before and after treatment, the p value was obtained = 0.003, where the p value was less than α (0.05). This shows an increase in the percentage level of family resilience between before being given structural family counseling and after being given structural family counseling. Supporting factors for this increase include the openness of the respondents, the willingness and readiness of the respondent to treat, and the respondent's trust in the therapist to be involved in interaction patterns and family arrangements.  Pemberdayaan keluarga merupakan usaha utuk membangun keluarga menjadi lebih baik, diantaranya terkait ketahanan keluarga. Ketahanan keluarga berati keluarga mampu mengelola dan mengatasi permasalahn dari segi psikologis, ekonomi, sosial dan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peningkatan ketahanan keluarga melalui structural family counseling, dan mendeskripsikan pemberdayaan keluarga dalam peningkatan ketahanan keluarga melalui structural family counseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan model concurrent triangulatio . Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil uji T-test pada taraf signifikansi 5%, untuk menguji perbedaan ketahanan keluarga responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan treatment, diperoleh nilai p = 0,003, dimana nilai p lebih kecil dari α (0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan prosentase tingkat ketahanan keluarga antara sebelum diberikan structural family counseling dengan sesudah diberikan structural family counseling. Faktor pendukung peningkatan tersebut diantaranya keterbukaan dari responden, kesungguhan dan kesiapan responden dalam treatment, dan kepercayaan responden pada terapis untuk terlibat dalam pola interkasi dan tatanan dalam keluarganya.  Keyword: pemberdayaan keluarga, ketahanan keluarga, structural family counseling

Abstract

Program Garden of Well-Being merupakan implementasi dari mata kuliah proyek kepemimpinan berbasis pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Karang Taruna Kelurahan Gebangsari. Bertujuan membangun kapasitas kepemimpinan pemuda melalui pendekatan integratif antara pertanian urban dan preventif psikososial. Kegiatan ini dirancang sebagai upaya terhadap isu ketahanan pangan dan meningkatnya tekanan kesehatan mental di kalangan pemuda perkotaan. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari serangkaian kegiatan sebagai berikut, (1) sosialisasi kesehatan mental, (2) pelatihan urban farming, (3) pelatihan kewirausahaan dan digitalisasi usaha. Program ini memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru bagi pemuda Kelurahan Gebangsari sehingga mendapatkan solusi permasalahan ketahanan pangan dan kesehatan mental. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mendapatkan respon positif dari partisipasi peserta kegiatan pelatihan, antusiasme dalam praktik pertanian urban, serta munculnya inisiatif kewirausahaan berbasis hasil urban farming.

Abstract

Film pendek, sebagai media komunikasi visual yang efektif, memiliki tantangan untuk menyampaikan narasi yang mendalam dalam durasi singkat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis sinematografi dalam film pendek "Mateng Wit" yang diproduksi oleh Bakar Production. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini menganalisis elemen-elemen sinematografi seperti komposisi gambar, pergerakan kamera dan engle shot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik seperti rule of thirds, dolly shot dan angle shot berhasil memperkuat narasi film. Dengan pendekatan visual yang harmonis, "Mateng Wit" tidak hanya menyampaikan pesan edukatif tentang ketahanan keluarga dan persiapan pernikahan, tetapi juga menciptakan pengalaman emosional yang mendalam bagi penontonnya. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa sinematografi memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pesan naratif film pendek sebagai media edukasi yang efektif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low career exploration maturity among santri (Islamic boarding school students), which tends to be limited to traditional religious roles. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of life skill implementation in increasing the career exploration readiness of santri. The method used is a quantitative quasi-experimental approach with a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects consisted of 60 santri divided into an experimental group and a control group. The data collection instrument utilized the Career Exploration Readiness Scale, which has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using the independent sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in the average career exploration readiness score in the experimental group after the life skill intervention. The hypothesis test yielded a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the life skill program effectively improves the students' ability to seek career information, recognize self-potential, and plan for the future. The implications of this study suggest the importance of integrating a life skills curriculum in pesantren to produce graduates who are adaptive to the dynamics of the modern world of work.
