Abstract

The results will not betray effort, it is a real expression, that every success is the result of hard work, ability, intelligence, and sacrifice. This means that at work requires a committed attitude. Namely, a determination, sincerity, and responsibility for the trust received. Thus, every behavior is obedience to rules, obedience to orders, and compliance with procedures. The employee model with this attitude has a significant effect on the achievement of organizational goals. This study is interested in expressing the attitude of commitment and the variables that influence it. The research method used is quantitative, descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that the organizational culture variable was the dominant factor in commitment. Even organizational culture can increase morale (motivation) which has an impact on strengthening work commitment. In addition, the leadership variable has a weak relationship in explaining work motivation and commitment. This means that comfort, warmth, and good relations between employees are the main keys to generating morale. Then born an attitude of responsibility, fighting for the interests of the company, totality and loyalty to the progress of the company. At this point, culture becomes an important cause for the birth of employee dedication to the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hotel Fuxion Inn Jakarta, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hotel Fuxion Inn Jakarta, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hotel Fuxion Inn Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deksriptif explanatory dan inference, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk pengumpulan data. Sampel yang diambil adalah konsumen hotel Fuxion Inn Jakarta sebanyak 75 orang dari populasi sebanyak 300 konsumen. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dengan rumus Taro Yamane tingkat kepercayaan 90% dan presisi (kelonggaran) sebesar 10%. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi regresi dimana uji t menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen yang diteliti yaitu variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan variabel promosi (X2) terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Kemudian melalui uji f dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Angka Adjusted R square menunjukkan bahwa variasi Kepuasan konsumen bisa dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen yang digunakan dalam persamaan regresi Dari hasil analisis hubungan terbukti secara empiris terdapat antara kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan kepuasan pelanggan hotel Fuxion Inn Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Dhiya Alia Firdaus (Dafira Tour & Travel). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study were 134 consumers who had made a purchase at Dhiya Alia Firdaus (Dafira Tour & Travel). The sample of this study used the Slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, documentation, literature studies and observations that have been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the method used is multiple linear regression test with data management using SPSS Version 26. The results show that: (1) Promotion significantly affects consumer satisfaction. which means that the promotion variable is partially proven to affect consumer satisfaction. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. which means that the service quality variable is partially proven to affect consumer satisfaction. (3) Promotion and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, which means that promotion and service quality variables simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In 2017 the case occurred in the company SNP Finance. Five directors and managers of PT Sunprima Nusantara Financing (SNP Finance) were arrested by the authorities related to cases of alleged criminal acts of document forgery, embezzlement, fraud, and money laundering in their business activities as a multifinance company.  SNP Finance is part of Columbia, a retail chain that offers household purchases on credit or installments. In its activities, it is the SNP that supports the purchase of goods made by Columbia with funding sources from banks or debt securities (www.cnnindonesia.com)Research problems: Does free cash flow affect profit management, does leverage affect profit management, does financial performance moderate the relationship between  free cash flow and profit   management, does financial performance moderate the relationship between profit management and profit management.   Purpose of the study: to test free cash flow against profit management, leverage against profit management, financial performance moderating the relationship between leverage and profit management Research method:  secondary quantitative data, with textile companies  as a sample of 36 companies, this study used chow  test, housman test   ,  classical assumption test, autocorrelation test, heteroskecity test, descriptive test, The results of this study state that free cash flow has a positive effect on profit management, leverage has a positive effect   on  profit  management  ,  financial performance strengthens the relationship between  free cash flow  and profit management,  financial performance strengthens   the relationship between leverage and    profit management. Keywords: free cash flow, leverage, Profit management,  financial performance.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of autocratic leadership style, organizational culture, and career development on job satisfaction at PT Blue Safir in the era of COVID-19. The population for this study consists of employees of PT Blue Safir. The sampling method used is saturation sampling, with the entire population of 50 respondents, who are employees of PT Blue Safir, being included. This study adopts a quantitative method, where data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires, which are then analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficientThe overall findings of this study indicate that autocratic leadership style, organizational culture, career development, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction partially. Additionally, the moderation hypothesis test also reveals that motivation strengthens the impact of autocratic leadership style, organizational culture, and career development on job satisfactionKeywords: Autocratic Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Career Development, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of empirically examining the effect of claims, premiums and bureaucracy on procedural accountability at the puskesmas in South Tangerang. The sample criteria that meet as many as 25 puskesmas, the type of research carried out is using primary data with the research object being BPJS users. The data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires directly to respondents by visiting the Puskesmas in South Tangerang City. The research method used in this study is the causal method. The researcher used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 tools. The results showed that claims and bureaucracy had no effect on procedural, while premiums had an effect on procedural accountability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the appropriate technique for processing coconut coir waste in order to produce a product of high economic value and environmentally friendly as well as the development of coco fiber products like what can be produced by SMEs in Keboncau through processing SME waste and strategies to meet foreign market demands. country (export) of derivative products from the coco fiber.This study uses an observational approach or observations and surveys and literature studies. The research was conducted in Keboncau District, Pandeglang, Banten. The location selection was done purposively with the consideration that Keboncau District, Pandeglang, Banten is a center for producing coconut coir waste and is included in the Integrated Agroindustrial Business Area (KUAT) program. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques are obtained through an observation, accompanied by notes on the state or behavior of the target object. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The time of the research was carried out in June 2020 to July 2020.Seeing the magnitude of this opportunity, the author took the initiative to provide a solution for processing coconut coir waste in the district of Keboncau, Pandeglang into a ready-to-export product through the use of technology for processing coconut coir waste. So that processed coconut fiber waste products such as door-mats and coir-mats can be exported to Korea and Malaysia to meet the demand for coconut-derived products from America, Australia and Qatar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, information technology, security and taxpayer satisfaction on the effectiveness of the implementation of the case study e-filling tax system in Sunter Agung Village, North Jakarta City. Sample selection was done by using the Accidental Sampling method. The data in this study were collected from taxpayers who pay taxes and are registered as taxpayers in Sunter Agung Village, North Jakarta. The number of samples used were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is multiple regression in SPSS ver. 22. The results of this study partially prove the ease of e-filling taxation has a positive and significant effect, tax information technology has a positive and significant effect, while tax security has no positive and significant effect. Taxpayer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the implementation of the e-filling tax system.

Abstract

Objectives. This study aims to investigate  and validate corruption prevention measures implemented in different government organizations, with a specific focus on the ministry institutions, employing various predictors, including religiosity, work culture, recruitment practices, job rotation, and governance, to assess their effectiveness in preventing corruption.Design/method/approach. The population and research sample consist of all ministries in Indonesia located in the DKI Jakarta area, selected through convenience sampling technique. The unit of analysis is the public officers known as Aparat Sipil Negara (ASN) working in the ministry head offices. Data was collected through questionnaire during October-December 2022. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, tests on instrument quality, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression.Result/findings. The results indicate a positive and significant impact of variables such as religiosity, work culture, job rotation, and governance on corruption prevention. However, recruitment shows a negative and insignificant effect on corruption prevention.Theoretical contribution. The aspect of detecting, measuring, and implementing preventive measures for corruption is theoretically grounded in the variables used, which have not been previously explored in this specific context. These variables, such as work culture, job rotation, and recruitment, have been extensively studied by numerous researchers in other contexts, but their application to corruption prevention in this study is novel.Practical contribution. Recruitment can create opportunities for corruption; therefore, it is essential to conduct transparent and accountable selection processes.Limitations. The utilization of a questionnaire introduces certain limitations to the results, primarily due to potential conflicts of interest and inconsistencies among respondents. Additionally, the study also faces the constraint of a limited number of participants.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 menciptakan perubahan dan peluang bisnis yang baru. Hal ini didorong dengan perkembangan penggunaan internet, sehingga banyak pelaku bisnis yang sadar untuk memanfaatkan internet dalam proses berbisnis maka pengabdian kepada masyarakat diselenggarakan bertujuan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat guna memanfaatkan peluang bisnis ekspor impor di era revolusi industri 4.0 serta perlunya memahami mekanisme perdagangan internasional dengan tetap mempertimbangkan keuntungan dan risiko yang mungkin didapatkan, agar masyarakat terhindar dari permasalahan yang seringkali timbul saat transaksi menggunakan internet. Metode penyampaian dilakukan dengan mengunakan sistem offline dan online yang disampaikan melalui ceramah, diskusi serta tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan memberikan aspek positif dan meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan masyarakat, dan peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan PkM untuk lebih baik mengunakan uang dan modalnya dalam penempatan investasi yang baik.
