Abstract

Training is a systematic process of imparting knowledge, skills and behavior to individuals or groups in order to improve their abilities and productivity in work or daily life.Through training activities, employees have a great opportunity to absorb new values that have not existed so far, so that with these new patterns they can improve their profession in carrying out the tasks assigned to them. This article was prepared by utilizing literature study as a writing method. In addition, the authors also confirm the information obtained with data from interviews. The research results show thatThe advantages of e-learning-based training such as those conducted by the West Java BPSDM are the flexibility of time and place for participants, more affordable costs, and the ability to reach participants from various regions or countries. However, the weakness of this training is the limited direct interaction, especially for participants who do not have the same access to technology and the internet.

Abstract

This study examines the application of a participatory evaluation model based on reflective journals and dialogic feedback in community-based non-formal education at the Qaryah Thayyibah Learning Community, Indonesia. The study employed a descriptive qualitative design through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, with thematic data analysis. The results indicate that participatory evaluation increases metacognitive awareness, learning independence, and student responsibility for their learning process. Evaluation is understood as assessment as learning, not merely achievement control. The facilitator acts as a dialogic partner who strengthens a reflective and collaborative culture. Theoretically, these findings contextualize participatory evaluation within Islamic educational values, particularly self-reflection (muhasabah), and are relevant for community-based non-formal education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Hippocampus Application Policy Implementation (Learning Media), Facilities and Infrastructure, and Teacher Competence on Learning Effectiveness at SMAS Plus Permata Insani Islamic School. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of 34 teachers, and data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests indicated that all instrument items were valid (corrected item-total correlation >= 30) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha 0.915). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that simultaneously, the three independent variables had a significant effect on learning effectiveness (R²=0.792; F=36.812; Sig.=0.000). Partially, teacher competence had the most dominant influence (Beta = 0.471; Sig. 0.004), followed by Hippocampus Application Policy Implementation (Beta = 0.293; Sig. 0.051), while Facilities and Infrastructure showed a significant effect at the 10% level (Beta = 0.213; Sig. 0.086).  These findings emphasise that improving digital application-based learning effectiveness requires adequate teacher competence, consistent policy implementation, and sufficient facilities and infrastructure support. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) Platform on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 5 Lulut, Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of improving teacher quality and professionalism in facing the changing paradigm of national education, particularly in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which demands teachers to be more adaptive, reflective, and innovative. PMM is a digital platform designed to support the independent and sustainable development of teacher competencies. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and supervisors, and documentation of teacher activities in using PMM. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the use of PMM contributes significantly to improving teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. PMM helps teachers design more contextualized learning, implement differentiated learning, engage in self-reflection, and build professional collaboration. Furthermore, the PMM also plays a role in integrating teacher performance data through activity documentation features, automated reporting, and connectivity with the SIASN system, which supports objective and structured teacher performance assessments. The conclusion of this study is that the PMM has a positive impact on improving overall teacher performance. Therefore, strengthening institutional support and technical training is needed to optimize and equitably utilize the PMM across all educational units.
