Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi model pembelajaran mandiri program pendidikan kecakapan hidup perempuan di PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun lokasi penelitian dipilih dilaksanakan di PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung Kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) proses pembelajaran model pembelajaran mandiri pada program kecakapan hidup perempuan, meliputi kegiatan perencanaan mencakup kegiatan menentukan tujuan, menetukan instruktur, mengalokasikan waktu, merekrut peserta, menyusun kurikulum, menyusun materi, menentukan sumber belajar, menyiapkan saran dan prasarana, menyusun pembiayaan, kegiatan pelaksanaan mencakup kegiatan pengelolaan kelas dan peserta didik, pengelolaan instruktur, mennetukan metode dan media pembelajaran; kegiatan evaluasi mencakup evaluasi hasil belajar dan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. (2) penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri pada program kecakapan hidup perempuan, mencakup kegiatan pemberian motivasi, penyampian materi, pengaplikasian materi dan refleksi hasil belajar (3) hasil penerapan model pembelajaran mandiri pada program kecakapan hidup perempuan meliputi pengetahuan, afektif dan psikomotorik.Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran mandiri, pendidikan kecakapan hidup, PKBM. IMPLEMENTATION OF SELF DIRECTED LEARNING MODEL LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION PROGRAM WOMEN IN BINA CIPTA UJUNGBERUNG CLC AbstractThis study aims to assess about implementation of models of independent learning life skills education program in the CLC women Bina Cipta Ujungberung. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. The location of the research been conducted at CLC Bina Cipta Ujungberung Bandung, The results of this study are: (1 ) learning model of independent learning in life skills programs women, includes planning includes activities set goals, determine the instructor, allocate time, recruiting participants, develop curricula, organizing material, to determine the source of learning, to prepare suggestions and improvements, arrange financing, implementation activities include classroom management activities and learners, instructors management, menentukan methods and learning media; evaluation activities include evaluation of learning outcomes and learning process evaluation. (2) the application of self-learning model in female life skills programs, covers the activities of motivation, penyampaian material, the application of the material and reflection of learning outcomes (3) the results of the application of self-learning model in female life skills program include knowledge, affective and psychomotor.Keywords: learning model, life skills education, CLC

Abstract

Non-formal education has proven to be able to improve the quality of education for the community, however, its implementation still faces many obstacles due to various limitations. Therefore, problem analysis and development efforts are needed. Based on the results of exploration, expectation data from managers of non-formal education units are needed regarding the need to foster the performance of managers in providing ideal and quality non-formal education services. This study focuses on three topics, as follows: (1) describing the conceptual model managers, (2) applying a training model, and (3) to analyze the effectiveness of the training model to improve the performance of the non-formal education unit managers. The research approach is qualitative with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used in this research consisted of documentation studies, literature studies, interviews, and focus group discussions. The research subjects were 17 managers of non-formal education units in Bandung Raya, consisting of the managers of the Community Learning Center (CLC) and the Course and Training Institute (CTI). The research period has been carried out for six months. The results of this study are: First, improve the performance of non-formal education managers is prepared following the expectations of the manager. Second, improve the performance of the non-formal education unit managers is carried out through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Third, improve the performance of non-formal education unit managers is considered effective, as evidenced by the increase in manager competence based on the results of the pretest and posttest.

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain information about the optimization of the independent attitude from members of saving and loan cooperatives in terms of community empowerment context. This research was conducted at the KEBAL Al Muttaqien Saving and Loan Cooperative that involved the management and members as research subjects. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The information found from this research is the success of the management in implementing the improvement of members' independence by emphasizing the strengthening aspects such as material, intellectual, and management independence. It can be concluded that the development efforts have been made by prioritizing the capacity of the community to develop, be independent, and be able to manage the natural resources around them. Thus, empowerment activities are implemented so that people can participate in achieving independence. KSP KEBAL has performed its role as an empowerment agent to provide strength to the community as an empowered group. The independence of cooperative members is a measure of the successful efforts in carrying out its organizational and business activities.

Abstract

The integration of entrepreneurship education is one of competences under the lifelong education concept. Entrepreneurship gives a relevant perspective in deciding the best way for students as preparation to face the future. This study was conducted to enhance the students’ entrepreneurship through business plan competition. The method applied was qualitative method with field research approach that the information was from the research objects which were the participants. The research subjects were students of Community Education Department UPI who participated in the competition. The result showed that mentoring is a kind of accompaniment to support and encourage students in developing their business. Business developed in social entrepreneurship, both commercial and non-commercial, is related to scientific development of community education. Mentoring can encourage the aspiring entrepreneurs to facilitate marketing and to implement their developed business plan.

Abstract

Perundungan di anak usia sekolah dasar merupakan masalah serius yang dapat mengganggu perkembangan sosial, emosional, dan akademik. Meskipun lingkungan sekolah memegang peran penting dalam pencegahan perundungan, peran keluarga juga memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam membentuk perilaku anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kunci keluarga dalam mencegah perundungan pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Melalui analisis literatur yang komprehensif, ditemukan bahwa keluarga memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk sikap, nilai, dan perilaku terkait dengan perundungan. Komunikasi terbuka, model perilaku positif, pengajaran nilai-nilai moral, serta pembentukan ikatan emosional yang kuat antara anggota keluarga merupakan beberapa faktor yang dapat membantu mencegah perilaku perundungan. Orang tua dan anggota keluarga lainnya juga perlu menjadi contoh yang baik bagi dalam berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Pembentukan kepercayaan diri, rasa empati, dan keterampilan sosial yang kuat juga dapat membantu anak mengatasi tekanan dari situasi perundungan. Oleh karena itu, melalui pendidikan keluarga yang terarah dan konsisten, orang tua dapat membantu anak mengembangkan kemampuan agar lebih mampu menghadapi tekanan dan konflik di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peran keluarga dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan mendukung bagi perkembangan anak usia sekolah dasar secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermula dari berbagai kebijakan yang telah diterapkan oleh pemerintah guna menanggulangi penyakit diabetes mellitus yang masih belum menunjukkan hasil yang optimal. Hambatan utamanya berupa tingkat kepatuhan pasien yang kurang serta dukungan keluarga yang kurang optimal. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam penanganan diabetes mellitus tidak hanya dibebankan pada pemberi layanan kesehatan semata, namun keluarga dan pasien juga bertanggungjawab atas hal ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan keluarga terhadap peningkatan kepatuhan pasien pada diet diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-experiment pre-test and post-test design, pengambilan sampel secara total dengan kriteria keluarga yang memiliki pasien tuberkulosis paru. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara menggunakan instrumen kepatuhan morisky medication adherence scale 8, analisis data menggunakan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor kepatuhan antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi menunjukan bahwa edukasi perilaku berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepatuhan pasien diabetes mellitus terhadap diet. Pendampingan yang dikontruksi dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien diabetes dalam diet dengan tiga unsur, yaitu antecedents, behaviour, dan consequences.

Abstract

Evaluation must be carried out systematically and continuously in order to find out the results in comparing benchmarks to get improvement. For the success of a training, it is necessary to carry out a training evaluation. This study examines the Implementation of Kirkpatrick's Evaluation of Reaction Levels and Learning in Entrepreneurship Training for Young Farmers at BBPP Lembang, using Kirkpatrick's theory. This study aims to describe Kirkpatrick's evaluation at levels 1 and 2. This research is a descriptive qualitative. The subject of this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely in taking samples of data sources through certain considerations, those who were considered to know best about what actually happened in the field, making it easier for researchers to find out the object under study. Data collection techniques by means of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. After that, understand the results of the data collection technique and then draw conclusions. The results showed that: evaluation of level one training, namely the reaction, there were variations in training reactions. Some were satisfied with the training, but there were still participants who felt unsatisfied with the training provided. Participant satisfaction reactions can be increased regarding the facilities and closeness between the instructor and the training participants. After that, the second level evaluation is learning that the participants achieved the desired goals and succeeded in carrying out the training activities, but the participants felt that the material provided was mostly in accordance with their needs. Participants want the instructors to be provided not only from BBPP but also to bring business practitioner instructors directly into the class

Abstract

Management of diabetes mellitus (DM) has been carried out through various government policies, but has not shown optimal results. The main obstacle is the low level of client compliance in treatment. The task of ensuring that DM clients comply with treatment is not only borne by health service providers, but clients are also responsible for this. This study aims to explore empowerment through behavioral education in helping type 2 DM clients adhere to treatment. This research uses quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design without control methods. The sample was 15 people with inclusion criteria, namely type 2 DM clients, aged over 15 years, able to communicate and normal general condition. Data was collected through interview techniques using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale 8 instrument. Data analysis used the T test. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of behavioral education on type 2 DM clients' compliance with treatment with p-value: 0.001. Empowerment through constructed behavioral education can help Type 2 DM clients comply with treatment, namely through changes in antecedents, behavior and consequences (ABC).
