Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing costs on operating profit at NuggetSagala Rasa Kuningan Regency. The method used is descriptive verification method. Theresearch population is marketing cost data and operating profit data from 2015 to 2019,the samples are marketing cost data and Nugget Sagala Rasa operating profit data for thelast five years (2015 – 2019) which were taken using purposive sampling technique. Theresults of the simple linear regression test obtained the equation = 147,188,543,325 +4,324 X; This means that every increase in the amount of marketing costs incurred so farhas resulted in an increase in the amount of operating profit. From the results of thecorrelation test, the value of r = 0.960 means that the amount of marketing costs has avery strong relationship with the amount of operating profit. The results of thedetermination test show that the total operating profit which is influenced by the totalmarketing costs is 92.20%, while the remaining 7.80% is influenced by other factors notexamined. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the tcount value is5.957 and ttable at a = 0.05 and dk = 3 is 2.353 so that tcount > ttable; means Ho isrejected or Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that marketing costs have a positive andsignificant effect on operating profit at Nugget Sagala Rasa, Kuningan Regency

Abstract

Business Model Canvas: Strategy Planning For The Development Of Karangsari Star Agro-Tourism In Blitar City During The Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine a strategic plan for the development of Karangsari Starfruit Agrotourism during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a Business Model Canvas approach and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are an overview of the current Business Model Canvas from Karangsari Belimbing Agrotourism and a development strategy plan that is prepared based on a SWOT analysis on each Business Model Canvas block. The resulting strategic plan is to expand the target audience, add photo spot facilities and rest areas, add new social media for marketing, utilize social media to establish good relations with visitors, manage social media content consistently, increase collaboration, utilize empty areas and improve quality. HR, reducing variable costs according to priority needs, and increasing income from existing sources.

Abstract

Abstract Chicken meat is one type of valuable food as a source of animal protein that can meet human protein needs. At the end of 2020, the COVID-19 virus emerged and was designated by WHO as a global pandemic, resulting in the shrinking of the global economy by one percent in early 2020. Due to the current conditions and very worrying situations, consumers prefer to rarely leave the house, let alone make purchases in places that are pretty crowded. This study observes the variables influencing a consumer's purchasing decision to purchase broiler chicken meat during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses a quantitative approach using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method with the help of SMARTPLS software. The results showed that the indicators influencing purchasing decisions for broiler chicken meat are aroma, location, taste, color, and quality in terms of cultural aspect variables and safety, comfort, and price of chicken meat in terms of psychological aspect variables. The variables that do not influence the decision to purchase purebred chicken meat are personal aspect variables determined from indicators of age, income, and social aspect variables defined from indicators of family size and information sources. Abstrak Daging ayam ras merupakan salah satu jenis makanan yang bermanfaat sebagai salah satu sumber protein hewani yang dapat mencukupi kebutuhan protein manusia. Pada akhir tahun 2020 muncul virus COVID-19 dan telah ditetapkan WHO sebagai pandemi global, ekonomi global menyusut hingga satu persen pada awal tahun 2020. Dikarenakan kondisi dan situasi saat ini yang sangat mengkhawatirkan, konsumen lebih memilih untuk jarang keluar rumah apalagi melakukan pembelian pada tempat-tempat yang cukup ramai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengamatan terhadap variabel-variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian seorang konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian daging ayam ras di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan bantuan software SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator-indikator yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian daging ayam ras adalah aroma, lokasi, citarasa, warna dan kualitas yang ditinjau dari variabel aspek kebudayaan dan keamanan, kenyamanan dan harga daging ayam yang ditinjau dari variabel aspek psikologi. Variabel-variabel yang tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian daging ayam ras adalah variabel aspek pribadi yang ditentukan dari indikator usia dan pendapatan, dan variabel aspek sosial yang ditentukan dari indikator jumlah keluarga dan sumber informasi.

Abstract

Abstract The furniture creative industry in Tunjungsekar Village has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The furniture creative industry in Tunjungsekar Village is being hindered by several impacts. Furniture business owners are compelled to employ craftsmen using a wage system based on the hours they work. This has led to a significant decrease in the income levels of both business owners and craftsmen alike. Consequently, they are unable to meet the cost of living standards, thereby adversely affecting the welfare of furniture creative industry workers in Tunjungsekar Village. The welfare of the furniture creative industry workers is determined by the fulfillment of basic needs according to the community's standard of living. This study aims to describe the welfare of the furniture creative industry community during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the results of this study, there is a role and contribution of the furniture creative industry in realizing community welfare by opening employment opportunities and jobs in Tunjungsekar Village. Furniture business actors in Tunjungsekar Village have met the Standard of Living by fulfilling the family's basic needs. Abstrak Industri kreatif mebel di Kelurahan Tunjungsekar ini merupakan industri yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19. Dampak yang muncul pada industri kreatif mebel di Kelurahan Tunjungsekar meliputi usaha mebel terhambat yang mengakibatkan pemilik usaha mebel mempekerjakan pengrajin dengan sistem upah dari banyaknya waktu jam kerja dan mengakibatkan tingkat pendapatan pelaku usaha Industri Kreatif Mebel di Kelurahan Tunjungsekar ini mengalami penurunan baik pemilik usaha maupun pengrajinnya termasuk mampu memenuhi standar kelayakan hidup yang berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan pekerja industri kreatif mebel di Kelurahan Tunjungsekar. Kesejahteraan pekerja industri kreatif mebel tersebut adalah terpenuhinya kebutuhan pokok yang sesuai dengan standar kelayakan hidup masyarakat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi kesejahteraan masyarakat industri kreatif mebel pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat peran dan kontribusi dari industri kreatif mebel dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan membuka peluang kerja serta lapangan pekerjaan di kelurahan Tunjungsekar. Para pelaku usaha mebel di Kelurahan Tunjungsekar telah memenuhi Standar Kelayakan Hidup yakni dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan pokok keluarga.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of tourist visits, number of tourist attractions, and the average tourists stay time on Bali local original income (PAD). The study conducted in Bali, which includes nine districts/cities within it. The data applied in this research is secondary data which including data on the number of tourist visits, number of tourist objects, and the average length of stay of tourists in all districts/cities in Bali Province for the 2018-2022 period. The method of analytical used is panel data regression analysis with testing equipment in the form of Eviews software. Panel data regression analysis is a development of linear multiple regression which aims to determine significant factors based on repeated observations of an object at different times. According to the analysis that has been carried out, this research states that the number of tourist visits, the number of tourist attractions, and the average length of stay of tourists have a positive and significant effect on.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: Companies around the world invest heavily in innovation and technology development strategies to improve their competitiveness. However, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang Regency still face challenges in adopting digital technology and developing innovations to achieve business success. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of innovation development strategies and technological advances on the success of MSME businesses in Malang Regency, with digital marketing literacy as a mediating variable. Novelty: This study provides new insights into the mediation role of digital marketing literacy in the relationship between innovation development strategies, technological advancements, and MSME business success. These findings can make theoretical and practical contributions that are useful for the development of MSMEs in the digital era. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to MSME owners or managers in Malang Regency. Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the research hypothesis. Results: The results of the study show that the strategy of developing innovation and technological advances has a positive and significant effect on the success of MSME businesses. In addition, digital marketing literacy has been proven to mediate the relationship between the two variables. Research Contributions: This research makes a theoretical contribution by expanding the understanding of the mediation role of digital marketing literacy in increasing the success of MSME businesses through innovation development strategies and technological advancements.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the role of business ethics in shaping responsible entrepreneurship through a systematic literature review. In the context of globalization and technological advancements, ethical challenges in the business world are increasingly complex. Therefore, the teaching of business ethics in entrepreneurship education is considered essential to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with knowledge and attitudes that support sustainable and responsible business practices. Through a literature analysis that includes various studies related to business ethics in entrepreneurship education categorized into 5 article categories, this article further finds that the integration of business ethics principles can increase the social and environmental awareness of entrepreneurs. In addition, the role of education in shaping responsible entrepreneurship is crucial to creating entrepreneurs who not only focus on profits but also pay attention to social and ecological impacts. These findings provide insights for the development of entrepreneurship curricula that are more based on ethics and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial literacy and personal characteristics on innovative ability with entrepreneurial inspiration as a mediating variable in 11th grade students at State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) in Mojokerto Regency. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 350 respondents selected proportionally. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that entrepreneurial literacy had a significant positive effect on innovative ability and entrepreneurial inspiration. Personal characteristics were also found to influence innovative ability and had a stronger effect on entrepreneurial inspiration than entrepreneurial literacy. Furthermore, entrepreneurial inspiration has a significant positive effect on innovative ability and is proven to mediate the influence of entrepreneurial literacy and personal characteristics on innovative ability. The mediation that occurs is partial, which means that entrepreneurial literacy and personal characteristics still have a direct effect on innovative ability, but this effect is strengthened through entrepreneurial inspiration. These findings indicate that developing the innovative abilities of vocational high school students requires not only improving their entrepreneurial knowledge, but also shaping their personal character and creating inspiring learning experiences. The practical implications of this study are the need for schools to strengthen practice-based curricula and build a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem; teachers playing an active role as facilitators capable of fostering inspiration; and policy makers supporting entrepreneurial education programs that are integrated with the business and industrial world. Thus, this study contributes to strengthening theoretical and practical understanding of the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy, personal characteristics, entrepreneurial inspiration, and innovative abilities in vocational school students.
