Abstract

Non-specific neck pain umumnya disebabkan oleh aktivitas mahasiswa seperti, penggunaan tas punggung, komputer, handphone dalam waktu yang lama. Sumber gejala berasal dari facet joint, otot upper trapezius, levator scapula dan splenius capitis yang menyebabkan keterbatasan gerak lateral fleksi dan rotasi cervical. Pengabdian ini ini menggunakan metode pelaksanaan dengan melalui perijinan, koordinasi dengan ketua dan tokoh agama setempat, pemeriksaan kesehatan, pembacaan hasil, dan penyuluhan kepada mahasiswa. Berdasarkan kegiatan pemeriksaan yang telah dilakukan pada mahasiswa didapatkan beberapa peserta yang mengalami nyeri ringan sebanyak 18 mahasiswa, nyeri sedang 32 mahasiswa. Sekitar 64% mahasiswa yang datang terdiagnosis menderita nyeri leher sebelumnya yang didapatkan lebih banyak perempuan dibandingkan dengan lelaki, setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan nyeri leher menggunakan skala VAS. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan dan anamnesis kesehatan masih banyak mahasiswa yang kurang peduli terhadap pola hidup sehat seperti menggunakan tas punggung yang berat dalam jangka waktu yang lama, serta penggunaan HP dengan posisi yang tidak ergonomis.

Abstract

Low back pain (nyeri punggung bawah) adalah keluhan yang paling sering terjadi diperkirakan 70-80% dari seluruh populasi perna mengalami low back pain pada masa hidupnya. Hamper 20% orang mengalami low back pain setiap tahunnya dan hanya sekitar 10-20% saja ditemukan diagnosis secara pasti. Penyebab terjadi low back pain adalah karena terjadinya tekanan pada susunan saraf tepi daerah pinggang. Punggung bawah menyangga Sebagian berat tubuh, muncul tiba-tiba biasanya adalah kejang otot yang disebabkan aktivitas fisik berat atau tidak biasa. Jepitan pada saraf ini dapat terjadi karena gangguan pada otot dan jaringan sekitarnya, gangguan pada saraf sendiri, kelainan tulang belakang maupun kelainan di tempat lain. Saat bekerja atau melakukan aktivitas kenanyakan dilakukan dalam posisi statis. Hal ini memicu kebiasaan postur yang jelek saat beraktivitas juga dapat menyebabkan timbulnya nyeri disebeut low back pain

Abstract

This article provides some important explanations for the various definitions and theories of leadership. This research uses the library method. In this way, the authors collect data and documentation from different sources related to the topics discussed in this article. The purpose of this article is to systematically and realistically explain the facts, characteristics, and relationships between the phenomena studied. This study uses a content analysis research approach, also known as meta-analysis, specifically an analytical method that combines several types of previous research. Leadership is the process of influencing others inside and outside the organization to achieve what is desired in certain situations or conditions. It usually includes several authorities such as threats, rewards, rewards, authority, and deterrence. From a theoretical point of view, you can find different types of leadership theories: leadership traits, behaviors, and situations. Leadership Theory seeks to identify the unique physical, mental, and personal characteristics associated with successful leadership. It is based on research that combines different characteristics with certain criteria for success. Leadership theory seeks to identify the unique physical, mental, and personal characteristics associated with successful leadership.
