Abstract

Bad credit must still be saved to reduce the amount of losses and keep BUMDes afloat. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal control capabilities with local wisdom of menyama braya as a bad loans saving effort. The research population is all bumdes active in Buleleng Regency. The sampling in this study used random sampling techniques so that 92 observational data were obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study is sem component based analysis method, Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the coefficient path, the influence of the internal control system on the bad credit saving strategy is significant which is shown with a value of T statistics of “1.96” which is 2,890 or p-values is significant < 0.05. Cultural Moderation between the relationship of the internal control system to the bad credit saving strategy shows a static T value of 2,637 greater than 1.96 with a p-values value of <0.05). The results showed that internal control systems had a positive effect on bad loans saving strategies. And the culture of menyama braya moderates the relationship between internal control systems and bad credit saving strategies. BUMDes who are obedient in their internal control system, then based on acting using the concept of menyama braya culture, turned out to be an effective force in the efforts to save bad loans that occurred.

Abstract

Business management based on the local culture of catur purusa artha by making dharma (truth) the basis for carrying out all its activities, creating internal conditions in the form of a conducive work climate. This study aims to examine the application of the value of catur purusa artha and product innovation in creating business continuity. The research population is all active BUMDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique in order to obtain as many as 92 observational data. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the value of Catur purusa artha had a significant effect on product innovation. Product innovation has a significant effect on business continuity and the value of catur purusa artha affects business continuity through product innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on stock prices in This study aims to determine the Effect of Profitability, Good Corporate Goernance Structure, and Audit Quality on Audit Delay in Manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which provide audited financial report data by accessing and downloading the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange via the website www.idx. co.id. The sampling technique used in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The total population that researchers used in this study were 168 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study starts from . Classical Assumptions Test. This study conducted normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests using the SPSS for windows version 25. After that, Descriptive Analysis was carried out. This study shows the results that the first hypothesis, namely profitability has a significant negative effect on audit delay. The second hypothesis is that the structure of good corporate governance has a significant negative effect on audit delay and has been verified. The third hypothesis is that audit quality has a significant negative effect on audit delay. Furthermore, the hypothesis proposed in this study, namely profitability, good corporate governance structure and audit quality have a significant effect on audit delay tested for truth.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Singaraja Branch. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire with an agree-disagree scale measuring instrument, where all 50 employees of PT Adira Finance Singaraja Branch were selected as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance or component based SEM, which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS) visual version 3.0. The variables used in this study were Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Workload and Employee Performance. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of 0.223 with a t-statistic value that is greater than 1.96, namely 2.831. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of 0.410 with a t-statistic that is greater than 1.96, namely 3.450. Workload has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient value of 0.369 which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 2.382 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.96.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on teacher performance in Cluster VI Seririt District and to determine the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance in Cluster VI Seririt District. The type of research in this study was quantitative, with a total population of 47 teachers and a sample of 18 male teachers and 29 female teachers for a total of 47 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, model feasibility test (goodness of fit) using the SPSS Version 21.0 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has an effect on teacher performance in Cluster VI Seririt District of 0.468. The results of testing the hypothesis with the T-test found that t-test > t-table (2.753 > 1.677). This shows that the work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance seen from a significant level of 0.009 <0.05. Teacher competence has an effect on teacher performance in Cluster VI Seririt District of 0.363 with the results of testing the hypothesis with the T-Test it was found that t-count > t-table (2.670 > 1.677), this shows that teacher competence has a positive and significant influence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Ability, Work Discipline and RewardGiving on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency ofBuleleng Regency. The population of employees of the Buleleng Regency Regional Financial andRevenue Management Agency is 338 employees and the number of samples in this study is 77 peoplecalculated by the slovin formula. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity andreliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t-test using the SPSSversion 18 application for windows.The results of this study show that work ability affects the performance of employees at the RegionalFinancial and Revenue Management Agency of Buleleng Regency by 0.179. The results of hypothesistesting with the T-Test test found that the t-test > t-table (5,155 > 1,668). This shows that work abilityhas a positive and significant effect on employee performance seen from a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline affects the performance of employees at the Buleleng Regency RegionalFinancial and Revenue Management Agency by 0.190. The results of hypothesis testing with the TTest test found that the t-test > t-table (5,339 > 1,668). This shows that work discipline has a positiveand significant effect on employee performance seen from a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Theprovision of rewards affects the performance of employees at the Regional Financial and RevenueManagement Agency of Buleleng Regency by 0.118. The results of hypothesis testing with the T-Testtest found that the t-test > t-table (2,592 > 1,668). This shows that the provision of rewards has apositive and significant effect on employee performance seen from a significant level of 0.012 < 0.05.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah plastik merupakan isu global yang hingga kini masih menjadi tantangan serius, termasuk di Indonesia yang tercatat sebagai negara penyumbang sampah plastik ke laut terbesar kedua di dunia. Kondisi ini menimbulkan dampak buruk terhadap ekosistem dan kesehatan manusia. Salah satu upaya penanganan yang dilakukan secara mandiri dan inovatif adalah melalui Rumah Plastik, sebuah gerakan sosial dan usaha pengolahan sampah plastik yang didirikan oleh Putu Eka Darmawan di Desa Petandakan, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Rumah Plastik berfokus pada pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi berbagai produk bernilai ekonomi seperti papan plastik, furnitur daur ulang, dan produk kerajinan tangan ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk membantu Rumah Plastik dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) serta memperkuat aspek manajemen dan branding usaha. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, serta pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada tenaga kerja. Fokus utama kegiatan adalah pembenahan deskripsi kerja, peningkatan disiplin kerja, pembentukan kerja tim yang solid, serta pendampingan dalam strategi branding agar Rumah Plastik lebih dikenal luas oleh masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan disiplin dan koordinasi kerja antar karyawan, terbentuknya struktur tugas yang lebih jelas, serta peningkatan citra positif Rumah Plastik di masyarakat melalui partisipasi dalam kegiatan kreatif seperti Buleleng Festival. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKL ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat kapasitas manajerial dan sosial Rumah Plastik, sekaligus mendukung penerapan ekonomi sirkular dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Lovina Beach Club and Resort. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Lovina Beach Club and Resort yang berjumlah 32 orang yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: 1. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Lovina Beach Club and Resort. 2. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Lovina Beach Club and Resort. 3. Loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Lovina Beach Club and Resort.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah kemauan seseorang atau sekelompok orang untuk melaksanakan kegiatan atau menyempurnakannya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: (1) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) lingkungan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan CV Jaya Raya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat sebagai pedoman dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia khususnya masalah kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Cv Jaya Raya. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah perusahaan CV Jaya Raya dan objek penelitiannya adalah kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Jaya Raya yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) ) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Cv Jaya Raya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap peningkatan jumlah anggota pada Koperasi Jasa Lumbung Wibuh Arta Desa Banyuning-Singaraja. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan promosi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah anggota pada Koperasi Jasa Lumbung Wibuh Arta Banyuning- Desa Singaraja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji T-Test menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah anggota. Citra perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah anggota pada Koperasi Jasa Lumbung Wibuh Arta Desa Banyuning-Singaraja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji-T menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah anggota. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah anggota pada Koperasi Jasa Lumbung Wibuh Arta Desa Banyuning-Singaraja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji T menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah anggota.
