Abstract

The celebration of independence day is a reflection of the people's gratitude for independence. In practice, the form of celebration is often injured by activities that actually tarnish the value of independence itself. Sasak Panjang village, Tajurhalang sub-district, Bogor is one of the villages that has a fairly large area, and is inhabited by residents who come from various different regions in Indonesia. The diversity of backgrounds of the residents in this village of course needs to be fostered and maintained a sense of togetherness. In fact, we still hear a lot of negative news about the occurrence of brawls between regions, the entrenchment of one ethnic group from a certain area feeling superior to other regions, the control of territory or land by a certain regional stronghold, etc. One of the anticipatory steps taken by the Sasak Panjang village government is organizing a carnival celebration, because it contains meaning, significance and important values ​​in uniting the nation and developing the level of creativity by involving all ages of the community and students who are carrying out Real Work Lectures.

Abstract

Fund management is one of the sources of income of Sharia banks. While net profit is the profit obtained by sharia banks after deducting fees. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the revenue of fund management can affect the net profit of Sharia Bank. The scope of the problem is limited to the management of funds in PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method which is research that analyzes data in the form of statistical figures. The data used in this study was obtained from PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk from 2009 to 2013. The analysis techniques used are Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Normality Test. The results showed that fund management revenue significantly affects Net Income. Meanwhile, between fund management revenue and Net Profit there is a strong relationship compared to directly. The point is that if the fund management revenue increases, then the net profit willalso increase.

Abstract

Fulfilling the needs and desires of customers is a strategy in retaining customers. Among these strategies is a quality product and quality service will also fulfill customer expectations. The purpose of this research is to predict whether customers will become loyal customer or leave the company's services. The research method uses the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) technique and the hypermeter tuning method with the ridge classifier algorithm and the confusion matrix. CRISP-DM is a process model that serves as the base for a data science process with six sequential phases. The data used is 7,043 records. divided into 70:30 data train and data test. From the selection of features, most unsubscribed customers are customers who do not use several services such as VPN, Data Backup, Device Protection, Technician Assistance, TV Streaming, Movie Streaming monthly contracts and use the E-Wallets payment method. Then the results of the accuracy research using the confusion matrix show quite good results with an accuracy of 80.5%, Precision of 85.7% and Recall of 89.8%. As many as 73% or 5,174 continue to use the service and 1,869 or around 27% of customers stop using Telkom Indonesia services.
