Abstract

Balita mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pesat yang memerlukan asupan gizi berkualitas tinggi. Status gizi balita memiliki dampak penting terhadap kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) suatu bangsa. Data menunjukkan bahwa masalah gizi buruk dan kurang masih menjadi masalah serius di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Masalah gizi balita di Indonesia tercermin dalam angka stunting, wasting, dan underweight. Pemerintah Indonesia telah memasukkan perbaikan status gizi ke dalam rencana pembangunan nasional dan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Program pemantauan pertumbuhan, seperti Posyandu, menjadi kunci dalam upaya pencegahan dan peningkatan status gizi balita. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan di wilayah Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu balita dalam memberikan asupan gizi yang tepat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi tentang gizi balita, pemberian makanan bergizi, dan pemantauan pertumbuhan balita. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan antusiasme ibu-ibu balita terhadap kegiatan ini, dengan partisipasi aktif dalam penyuluhan dan pertanyaan yang diajukan. Saran yang diajukan meliputi pentingnya pemantauan pertumbuhan balita, peningkatan asupan gizi yang sesuai, dan pengetahuan ibu balita tentang nutrisi, memberikan perhatian khusus pada ibu hamil guna mencegah masalah gizi balita di masa depan.

Abstract

Batik, a rich Indonesian cultural heritage, boasts a diverse array of motifs, each reflecting the unique philosophy of different regions. However, this diversity can make it challenging to distinguish between various batik patterns. This study aims to identify batik motifs using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. This research dataset comprises 521 digital batik images, encompassing five distinct motifs: Betawi, Cendrawasih, Kawung, Megamendung, and Parang. The data underwent a rigorous processing pipeline, including pre-processing, image segmentation, and feature extraction using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Subsequently, a CNN model was employed for classification. The experimental results yielded an impressive average accuracy of 99.2% in identifying batik motifs. This outcome underscores the efficacy of deep learning, particularly CNNs, in recognizing and categorizing intricate batik patterns. This study may expect to serve a foundational step towards the development of advanced, automated batik recognition systems.

Abstract

In providing health center services, quality and patient safety must be paid attention to. One of the efforts that must be made to improve the quality of the health information system in community health centers is that they must have a good document storage system. The administration of medical records can be carried out well if all components related to the administration of medical records, starting from the admission section, data processing (assembling and analysis), storage and retention to destruction are carried out in accordance with established procedures. Retention systems that are still manual cause medical record files to pile up, making it difficult  to find the files needed and causing retention activities to not run effectively and efficiently, so a medical record retention application is needed that makes it easier for health facilities to process medical record file data that is no longer active. The aim of this research is to carry out data processing as a stage in designing a medical record retention application in an effort to increase efficiency in managing health information at the Medan Helvetia Community Health Center. The type of research is qualitative descriptive research. By collecting data through interviews and documentation. The results obtained in this research are the design of a medical record retention system application using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, namely Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and output reports in the form of active and inactive medical record file data at the Helvetia Health Center in Medan Microsoft Excel application form.
