Abstract

Murabahah sale and purchase is a form of buying and selling in which theseller informs the buyer aboutn the cost of goods (capital) of the goodsand the buyer, buys it based on the principil price, then provides theseller with profit according todeal.Regarding the agreed profits, the seller must notify the buyer of thepurchase price of the goods and state the amount of profit added to thefee. Murabahah contract is good to practice because it will save frompracticeusury. Surely it must be realized according to syara’ rules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh fly ash dan kapur terhadap stabilisasi tanah lempung ekspansif untuk mengetahui hasil pengujian batas-batas atterberg. Salah satu metode stabilisasi adalah dengan mencampur bahan tambah yang mampu merubah sifat-sifat tanah secara kimiawi. Fly Ash mengandung unsur kimia antara lain silika (SiO2), alumina (Al2O3), fero oksida (Fe2O3) dan kalsium oksida (CaO) yang dihasilkan dari pembakaran batu bara yang umumnya hanya dibuang dan tidak dimanfaatkan. Oleh karena sifat fisis dan mekanis tanah ekspansif tersebut, maka harus diperbaiki. Perbaikan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mencampur bahan stabilisasi fly ash dan kapur dengan presentase penambahan fly ash 5%, 10%, dan 15% sedangkan kapur 5%, 10% dan 15% dengan pengujian Atterberg limits. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu menunjukan bahwa kadar fly ash 15% dan Kapur 15% merupakan presentase optimum, dengan hasil pengujian Batas cair (LL), Batas plastis (PL), dan Batas susut (SL) yaitu : 55.82 %, 35.00 % dan 6.63 %.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning outcomes of students at SMKN 3 Selong in the 3 Dimensional Animation Subject for class XI Multimedia. The TPS (Think Pair Share) Learning Model is considered appropriate for contributing to improving student learning outcomes in animation learning, because in this learning model students are encouraged to work in teams with their classmates to solve problems given by the teacher. The research was carried out by looking at students' performance in completing animation assignments in accordance with the learning being taught. This research is experimental research where there is a control class as a comparison class and an experimental class which will be given treatment using the TPS learning model. The results of this research were that the initial hypothesis was accepted with students' average scores increasing compared to the previous learning model. Even though the average score increase only reached 20%, the practice of using the TPS learning model has achieved the target of improving student learning outcomes and student effectiveness in thinking to solve problems given in the LKPD distributed by the teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kinerja keuangan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk mengunakan analisis rasio keuangan, dengan focus pada rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan nilai pasar. Perusahaan tersebut dipilih karena strategisnya dalam bidang ritel di Indonesia. Rasio keuangan, seperti current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to assets ratio, deb to equity ratio, return on assets, return on equity, net profit margin, price earning ratio, earning per share, dan price to book value. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisis rasio keuangan ini memberikan gambaran yang nyata tentang kesehatan keuangan perusahaan serta kemampuannya dalam memenuhi kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka Panjang. Peneliitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang kondisi keuangan perusahaan dan memberikan masukan yang berharga bagi pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

The temperature-humidity index (THI) is an indicator that combines air temperature and humidity to assess the level of comfort or heat stress in livestock. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between the physiological response of Bali cattle to THI in tropical areas. A total of 20 Bali cattle (10 males and 10 females) were observed in the morning and afternoon. Microclimatic data (temperature, humidity, THI) and physiological responses, including rectal temperature (RT), skin surface temperature (ST), respiratory rate (RR), and heart rate (HR), were analysed using the General Linear Model (GLM) with repeated measures and linear regression. The results showed significant differences (P<0.01) between morning and afternoon. THI increased from 77.34 ± 0.82 (mild heat stress) in the morning to 86.04 ± 1.20  (severe heat stress) in the afternoon. Physiological responses increased significantly in the afternoon, with males showing higher RT and RR than females. Regression analysis indicated that THI was closely related to RT (R² = 0.8822), RR (R² = 0.8065), and HR (R² = 0.9454), while ST showed a moderate relationship (R² = 0.5503). It can be concluded that Bali cattle are sensitive to tropical climate fluctuations, and THI can be used as an indicator to assess heat stress levels in Bali cattle.
