Abstract

Breastmilk production runs smoothly. Breastfeeding mothers must eat sufficient nutrition. A good food ingredient for breastfeeding mothers is the banana heart because it contains galactagogue which can stimulate the hormones oxytocin and prolactin to increase milk production. The banana heart is also easily available by the community for daily use. To increase the consumption of banana blossoms in nursing mothers, it is processed into food in the form of meatballs. Meatballs are a national food that is popular with all people. The method of processing meatballs is also easy and provides many benefits for the health of the body. This research has the aim, benefits, of banana heart meatball for breastfeeding mother's milk production. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a pretest and posttest approach. A sample of 60 mothers breastfed for more than the first day in the working area of ​​Bone Bolango Health Center, Gorontalo. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Measuring instruments used measuring cups and observation sheets. Before being given the treatment, the respondents' milk was given 100 grams of heart meatballs every day for 6 days. After that, it is measured again with a measuring cup and an observation sheet. The results of data analysis used paired t-test values ​​(p-value 0.001 <α = 0.05) in the breast milk production group in the case and treatment control groups. The result is an average increase in milk production after the 24 ml treatment.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a glucose metabolism disorder that causes problems in glucose control so that blood sugar levels become high. The main goal of DM treatment is to prevent and minimize acute and chronic complications. The increasing prevalence of DM sufferers and complications that occur due to DM and the lack of self-care abilities of patients indicate that DM is still a health problem. In general, this study aims to determine the evaluation of compliance with the use of the DM E-Diary application in patients with diabetes mellitus. This study describes the compliance of the results of the application of the DM E-Diary application in DM patients who are in the working area of the Bone Bolango Health Center by using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents were obedient in carrying out activities as many as 22 respondents (73.3%), while those who did not comply were as many as 8 respondents (26.7%). Patient self-management education and support is essential to prevent and reduce the risk of long-term complications. Diabetes cannot be generalized, but in general it can be said as a collection of overlapping anatomical and chemical problems with various factors. Physical activity increases insulin and lowers blood sugar levels. In general, it can be concluded that the application user is obedient in carrying out the schedule that has been programmed through the DM E-diary application.

Abstract

Menurut Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), virus ini rentan menginfeksi orang tua danorang- orang dari segala usia yang memiliki kondisi medis serius. CDC juga memasukkan perempuanhamil dalam pemantauan sebab mereka rentan terinfeksi virus, meski belum ada data pasti. Kegiatanini merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan Covid-19 pada ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan olehTGC adalah media video dan leaflet, melakukan kunjungan 4 kali pada setiap bumil, dan skriningcovid-19. Sasaran berjumlah 30 orang. Parameter yang dapat dikukur pada pengabdian masyarakatini adalah data hasil pre test dan post test.  Hasil pengetahuan  ibu hamil sebelum pemberian edukasiCovid-19 dikategorikan kurang yakni sebanyak 16 ibu (53,3%).  Pengetahuan ibu hamil sesudahpemberian edukasi Covid-19 dikategorikan baik yakni sebanyak 26  ibu (86,7%). Terdapat perbedaanrata-rata pengetahuan ibu hamil sebelum intervensi adalah 0.67 dengan standar deviasi 0.484.Pengetahuan ibu hamil sesudah intervensi didapatkan rata- rata 1.87 dengan standar deviasi 0.346.Dengan pembentukan TGC diharapkan tidak ada ibu hamil yang terinfeksi virus covid-19, dan memberdayakan kader kesehatan untuk membantu program puskesmas dalam rangka meningkatkanderajat kesehatan ibuKata Kunci : Pengetahuan, TGC siaga covid-19, Ibu Hamil
