Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang sistem penerimaan peserta didik baru di SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam yang hanya melakukan sistem seleksi administratif saja dan peserta didiknya berhasil lulus 100% dan melanjutkan pendidikan di SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen penerimaan peserta didik baru di SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam Kecamatan Baso. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik untuk mengecek keabsahan datanya adalah dengan teknik trianggulasi dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat dikemukakan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik di SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam Kecamatan Baso adalah. 1. penerimaan peserta didik yang dilakukan dengan sistem seleksi administratif dengan prosedur penerimaannya adalah a. Membentuk panitia, b. rapat panitia penerimaan, c.sosialisasi kesekolah-sekolah, d. Pendaftaran peserta didik, e. seleksi, f. pengumuman calon peserta didik baru yang diterima, g. pendaftaran ulang bagi yang diterima.

Abstract

The absence of technological teaching materials tailored to each local area's specific conditions served as the impetus for this research. The objective of this research is to generate e-modules that are both practical and valid as educational resources. This study employs the five stages of ADDIE development research: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research results indicate that the e-module developed by the researchers achieved a score of 89% for material expert validators, 86% for media expert validators, and 84% for language expert validators, all of which are classified as "very valid" 91.5% and 92% of the practical results for teachers and pupils regarding the companion e-module were achieved with very practical criteria. The companion e-module with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) multicultural-based model that has been developed fulfils the valid criteria and is practical to use as teaching material, as can be inferred from these results. Based on these findings, this instructional material can serve as an innovative tool to assist educators in the classroom learning process.

Abstract

Printed materials dominate the teaching materials used in elementary schools in Indonesia. These conditions are backward with the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, so it is urgent to research the effectiveness of multimedia-based teaching material using Macromedia Flash Eight application with the learning approach of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) in Elementary Schools. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collection instrument uses pre-test and post-test sheets, and an evaluation lift is open to the use of teaching materials for teachers and students. The respondents were eight teachers and 84 elementary school students. The effectiveness of the teaching material is analyzed in two ways: (1) the analysis of learning outcomes (pre-test and post-test) using the N-Gain Test, and (2) the evaluation of the product is based on the results of open-haul analysis, advice, and recommendations. This research and development results show that the pre-test average of 47,14 increased to 84.58 (post-test), while the test score of N-Gain was 71.75%, with the category quite effective. Thus, it can be concluded that Macromedia Flash 8-based teaching materials with STEAM approach to integrated thematic learning in elementary schools are practical and capable of improving student learning outcomes.
