Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of capital structure on income tax with company size as a moderating variable. Data was collected from 57 companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Of the 57 companies that met the criteria, there were 14 companies. A number of these 14 companies were then analyzed with the help of SmartPLS and the results obtained were that capital structure had a significant effect on income tax as indicated by the LDAR and DER ratios, company size as a moderating variable also affected the relationship between LDAR and income tax, but company size as a moderating variable did not affect the corporate income tax payable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the reward (X) indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation (Z). The population in this study were all employees of PT Indolakto Pandaan, totaling 300 people. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling method, namely 172 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS).   The results showed that the results showed that Reward had a direct effect on employee performance. Reward has a direct effect on employee performance mediated by employee work motivation, and reward has an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation at PT Indolakto Pandaan. The contribution of reward, work motivation to explain employee performance is 59.6%. So there are still 40.4% other factors that affect employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan karyawan, loyalitas kerja dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi adalah karyawan PT Trans Indonesia Supercorridor cabang Malang dan Surabaya, dengan sampel 50 karyawan serta teknik yang diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh negatif  tetapi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to open the insights and knowledge and skills of MSME actors in the Blimbing area of Malang City, East Java. Activities are carried out in the form of lectures and discussions, as well as assistance related to the use of digital marketing. In addition, the discussion continued with the topic of the importance of making financial records for MSMEs. The results of this activity show that most participants already know the existence of digital marketing, but not all have used it. Those who have not used it because they do not understand and master internet technology. On the other hand, the results of this activity also show that most MSME actors have not made records of their business activities. This is because they consider the record not too important, what is important for them is that the business runs smoothly and they benefit from the results of the business called profit (profit).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction. This study uses primary data whose data collection uses a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used the Research Instrument Test (Validity Test, Reliability Test), SEM PLS, Model Accuracy Test (R-Square, Hypothesis Test) with the help of SMART PLS 4. The population in this study were all STIE Malangkucecwara Management Department students totaling 100. The results of the research obtained using the t test show that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction with a result of 0.000, Product Quality has no significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty with a result of 0.070, and Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty with a result of 0.000. Keywords: Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction.
