Abstract

The development of digital technology has led to the emergence of cryptocurrency as one of the key innovations in the global financial system. This study aims to analyze the legal perspective on cryptocurrency regulation and its implications for the community's economy. This research uses a method with a normative approach, based on current legislation and a comparative analysis of regulations in various countries. The findings show that cryptocurrency regulation in Indonesia is still limited and preventive, prohibiting its use as a means of payment but allowing its use as a tradable commodity. Nevertheless, cryptocurrency holds significant potential to promote financial inclusion and transactional efficiency, while also carrying high risks such as price volatility, fraud, and money laundering. Therefore, a comprehensive and adaptive regulatory framework is needed to provide legal certainty while supporting the sustainable development of the digital economy.

Abstract

Analisis ketahanan hidup adalah sebuah metode statistika yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dimana variabel yang diperhatikan yaitu waktu sampai terjadinya suatu kejadian, kejadian yang dimaksud dapat berupa munculnya penyakit baru, penyakit berulang maupun kematian. Untuk menghitung peluang ketahanan hidup penderita gagal ginjal, akan digunakan metode Kaplan-meier. Objek yang dijadikan penelitian yaitu pasien penderita penyakit gagal ginjal pada Januari 2018 – November 2020 di RS Universitas Hasanuddin Kota Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor kronik-akut, jenis kelamin, serta usia memiliki hubungan masing-masing saling bebas terhadap penderita gagal ginjal dan diperoleh penaksiran probabilitas ketahanan hidup sebesar 0.540 (54%).

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of satisfaction levels on guest loyalty toward the services provided by the Food and Beverage Department at Hotel Fahira Bukittinggi. The research is grounded in the importance of understanding customer satisfaction and loyalty dynamics as key indicators of service success in the hospitality industry. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. Data were collected through a survey using questionnaires distributed to 32 hotel guests and analyzed through several stages, including instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and determination coefficient (R²) calculation. The analysis revealed that satisfaction significantly affects guest loyalty; however, the relationship is negative, with a regression coefficient of -2.731. This indicates that higher satisfaction is paradoxically associated with lower guest loyalty. The R² value of 0.451 shows that satisfaction accounts for 45.1% of the variation in loyalty, while the remaining 54.9% is influenced by other external factors beyond the scope of this study. These findings suggest the need for further investigation into other dimensions that may mediate or moderate the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty in the context of hotel food and beverage services.
