Abstract

Kata affiliator ini mengemuka setelah beberapa orang mengaku rugi saat menjajal bisnis binary option. Bisnis ini bergerak di bidang online trading, di mana setiap orang yang mengikutinya diwajibkan memprediksi harga dari sebuah aset. Jika trader atau pengguna salah menebak, konsekuensinya adalah sejumlah uang yang dipertaruhkan akan ditarik oleh aplikasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis pengaturan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan tentang perlindungan hukum investor trading forex menggunakan aplikasi platform Menurut Prespektif Hukum Indonesia, dan pertanggung jawaban pidana terhadap affiliator aplikasi platform binary option dalam prespektif hukum indonesia. Spesifikasi penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif. Pertanggung Jawaban Pidana Terhadap Affiliator Aplikasi Platform Binary Option Dalam Prespektif Hukum Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengaturan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan tentang perlindungan hukum investor trading forex menggunakan aplikasi platform Menurut Prespektif Hukum Indonesia diatur dalam pasal 68 sampai dengan pasal 73 Undang-Undang Nomor 10 tahun 2011 perubahan atas UndangUndang Nomor 32 tahun 1997 tentang Perdagangan Berjangka dan Komoditi. Pertanggung Jawaban Pidana Terhadap Affiliator Aplikasi Platform Binary Option Dalam Prespektif Hukum Indonesia diancam tindak pidana judi online dan/atau penyebaran berita bohong melalui media elektronik dan/atau penipuan, perbuatan curang dan/atau TPPU. Ia disangkakan dengan Pasal 45 ayat 2 jo pasal 27 ayat 2 dan/atau Pasal 45 ayat 1 jo pasal 28 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik (ITE). Subsider Pasal 3 dan/atau Pasal 5 dan/atau Pasal 10 UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU). Selain itu juga dijerat dengan Pasal 378 KUHP jo Pasal 55 KUHP, Ancaman hukuman terhadap Affiliator adalalah 20 tahun Penjara. Saran yang dikemukakan yaitu perlu adanya sosialisasi serta edukasi kepada investor serta masyarakat luas.Dengan ini maka pertumbuhan pada transaksi berjangka dapat berkembangdengan pesat.

Abstract

The significant increase in motorcycle production in August 2024 has reached 137,350,299, but there are still several obstacles that cause less than optimal engine performance. The study aims to analyze the effect of variations in the number of injector holes on power in a 110cc motorcycle. The approach used is a quantitative experimental type to reveal the effectiveness of using variations in the number of injector holes on power in a 110cc motorcycle engine. The sample used is a 110cc motorcycle, which is affected by four variations in the number of injector holes 4, 6, 8, 10. The results of the study show that the highest power of 6.43 HP and 7.80 Nm is obtained from hole 4 using RON 95 fuel, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between the number of injector holes and the type of fuel on the power of a 110cc motorcycle.

Abstract

Motorcycles are the most widely used vehicles in Indonesia due to their practicality, especially those with automatic transmissions. However, the increasing number of motorcycles, particularly in East Java Province, has contributed significantly to air pollution through exhaust gas emissions. This study aims to analyze the effect of injector hole variation and fuel octane rating (RON) on exhaust emissions and in 110cc gasoline motorcycles. The method involves laboratory testing with injector hole variations (4, 6, 8, 10) and the use of Shell RON 92 and RON 95 fuels. The observed variables include exhaust emissions (CO and HC) and specific fuel consumption, with engine temperature controlled at 80–85°C and fuel pressure at 43 psi. The results show that the configuration of a 6-hole injector with RON 95 produces the lowest emission values, with CO at 0.02% and HC at 84 ppm, meeting the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry’s emission standards (CO ≤ 3%, HC ≤ 1000 ppm), while also achieving the most efficient fuel consumption across all RPM ranges.
