Abstract

Negative stigma in society about people with mental disorders (ODGJ) leads to discriminatory behavior. One of the efforts that can be made by students is to implement the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) program And The Seven Principles Of The International Red Cross And Red Crescent Movement. The aim of the program is to implement the MBKM program and the principle values ​​of the international red cross and red crescent movement by empowering PLWHA. The activity method is carried out on partners, namely puskesmas nurses, village officials, health cadres and ODGJ. Activities carried out within one month. By going through 4 processes, namely assessment, village community meetings, revitalization of the Posyandu Jiwa and therapy for batik group activities, evaluation of follow-up plans. And the result is that there are problems with health services in the community and ODGJ batik activities still need help in doing it so there is a need for ODGJ assistance in activities towards micro, small and medium enterprises and in the MBKM program there is an implementation mechanism carried out by universities, students and partners. The conclusion is that the MBKM Program through batik group therapy activities for ODGJ is very effective and has an impact on partners, institutions, and students in the learning process of humanitarian projects.

Abstract

Cancer sufferers in Indonesia increase 20% every year, namely at 136.2 per hundred thousand population. This boosted Indonesia's ranking, which is eighth in Southeast Asia and 23rd in Asia. In this community service to form a group of health cadres in the community with the aim of optimizing their role, increasing knowledge and ability to perform breast self-examination as an effort to prevent breast cancer. This group-based activity is carried out in a structured and comprehensive manner. The methods used are lectures, demonstrations, and practice. While the media used are materials, video screenings, simulations with visual aids, and BSE leaflets. The material presented included the incidence of breast cancer, understanding, risk factors, myths about breast cancer, the importance of BSE, when BSE is performed and how or steps to check it. The health cadres who came were 43 people from 11 community units (RW) in the Bandarharjo Village, North Semarang. Cadre groups according to their RW. After the community service activities were carried out, the cadres experienced an increase in knowledge about BSE by 85%, cadres were able to carry out the simulation correctly according to the steps 90%. Cadres conduct counseling and BSE simulations to residents with an agreed schedule. This activity is carried out regularly according to the agreed schedule between residents and health cadres. Forming a group of health cadres who care about BSE is very effective for breast cancer prevention. It is hoped that this activity can continue along with the regeneration of the health cadres themselves.

Abstract

Performance is a logical effect of a person which is caused by several factors, both internal and external, the only management strategy that is most effective for improving a teacher's work is giving him encouragement by providing incentives, and motivation is an effective way to improve teacher performance and supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance, the more supervised the teacher's performance will increase. To discuss and analyze improving teacher performance by providing incentives and motivation, identifying obstacles and barriers to teacher performance, as well as providing solutions and recommendations for teacher performance problems. In this research, no previous research has been found that discusses improving teacher performance with incentives, motivation and supervision at PGRI Vocational School, Serang City. The limitation of this research is only to analyze efforts to improve teacher performance with incentives and motivation as well as supervision as intervening variables at SMK PGRI Serang City. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. There are 2 types of data sources used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data used was a questionnaire sent to PGRI Vocational School teachers in Serang City. There were 95 samples from 211 total populations. The secondary data used is a document in the form of a 2022 teacher performance survey. Analysis was carried out with the help of SmartPLS software version 4. The research results explain that incentives and motivation as well as supervision have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at PGRI Vocational School, Serang City.
