Abstract

This research was prepared to determine the procedures for granting, repaying, and auctioning gold pawn loans at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Tajur Branch Service Unit as one of the Fast and Secure Credit products offered by the company to the public to be able to obtain loans with collateral in the form of gold. The purpose of this writing is to find out about the Gold Pawn Credit Accounting Information System at PT Pegadaian and how the effectiveness of Internal Control on the Gold Pawn Information System at PT Pegadaian. The procedure for granting a gold pawn starts from a credit application, valuation of collateral, disbursement of credit loan funds, to storage of collateral, followed by settlement of the loan money within a maximum of four months by redemption, installments, or renewal. If the customer is unable to repay later, the collateral will be auctioned with the customer's consent based on the terms and conditions at the beginning of the credit loan process. Based on the results of the review, all of the above procedures have been carried out by the principles of good internal control, including standard procedures that are outlined in the form of flowcharts, there is a separation of duties made in the organizational structure and job descriptions, there are appraisers to overcome the risk of the insufficient value of collateral, there are adequate authorization procedures when granting credit and the auction process, there is verification of credit granting requirements, security of pawn deposits is very adequate, supported by a pawn application system and supporting documents to ensure the achievement of the objectives of granting credit with gold pawning.   Keywords: Gold Pawn Credit Procedure, Internal Control, Accounting Information System

Abstract

With the rapid development of mobile applications, user experience has become crucial in ensuring success and user satisfaction. This research paper presents an evaluation of the user experience of the Hiip Indonesia application, with a focus on usability assessment and user satisfaction. The research methodology employs two main methods: the USE Questionnaire and Usability Testing. The USE Questionnaire is a validated and widely used tool for assessing user satisfaction, while Usability Testing involves observing user interactions with the application and collecting qualitative and quantitative data. The research findings indicate that the usability level of the Hiip Indonesia application falls into the "acceptable" category, with a total feasibility percentage of 73.91%. The hypothesis testing shows a significant influence on satisfaction between the variables of usefulness, ease of use, and ease of learning. However, on a partial level, only the variables of usefulness and ease of use significantly influence satisfaction. In contrast, the ease of learning variable does not have a considerable impact. Furthermore, the user experience evaluation data through task scenario testing indicates that the Hiip Indonesia application is highly effective to use, with a task completion success rate of 100% and an average task completion time of approximately 46.77 seconds. After reviewing the identified issues, recommendations for improvements to the Hiip Indonesia application have been formulated. Some of these recommendations include adding features to the "campaign" menu, adding a menu to the home screen, adding features to the "social media" menu, and adding features for chatting with administrators. Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) aims to increase UMKM players' understanding of the importance of social media for business continuity, then provide guidance so that UMKM have an Instagram account for business and can use it effectively in accordance with best practices. This Social Media Optimization Training for Increasing UMKM Turnover is expected to provide understanding and the ability of UMKM players in using their business social media accounts so that they have an impact on business development and increase their turnover. The methods used in this training include (1) lectures to explain current Indonesian digital data, (2) discussion to find out the problems faced by UMKM related to social media, and (3) simulation as a practical session so that it is hoped that UMKM actors will better understand and master how. use of Instagram social media for business. This PKM activity has been carried out and is running smoothly in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, and getting good results. In general, the training participants, namely 100 UMKM champions in Bogor City, gave a positive response to the overall implementation of the training. This is because the material they get from this training is in accordance with their needs and is packaged in a fun event. Full support and appreciation from the Head of the Bogor City Cooperative and UMKM Office was given to the implementation team and the LPPM of the Unitary Business and Informatics Institute starting from the assessment or observation stage, to the implementation of training. The collaboration that has been established between the Unitary Business and Informatics Institute with UMKM actors as well as the Bogor City Cooperative and UMKM Office is expected to continue and be developed in the future as a form of implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education. Abstract

Energi merupakan hal yang utama bagi kehidupan manusia dimana masih sangat bergantung pada bahan bakar fosil. Masyarakat Indonesia sangat menyukai kuliner dari proses menggoreng. Minyak jelantah dari proses menggoreng tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bioenergy. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah aplikasi penggunaan minyak jelantah sebagai inovasi kewirausahaan dan strategi pemasaran berbasis online. Mitra kegiatan PKM ini adalah siswa SMP dan SMA Yayasan Pewaris Peradaban, Ciseeng sebanyak 55 orang. Pendidikan Kewirausahaan sejak dini perlu dilakukan agar mereka dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan ekonomi dan mengurangi pengangguran dikemudian hari. Aplikasi Penggunaan minyak jelantah sebagi inovasi kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi biaya sebanyak 10% dari total biaya. Kewirausahaan ini juga didukung dengan pemasaran digital sehingga jangkauan pemasaran tidak hanya sekitar ciseeng, tetapi juga Bogor dan Tangerang. Pengaplikasian excel untuk meningkatkan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang mempermudah pemantauan keuangan. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah para pelajar YPP dapat meningkatkan kegiatan bisnis dengan pemasaran digital, pembuatan produk yang higienis, penganggaran yang efisien, membuat laporan keuangan dan system professional.
