Abstract

Perkembangan angkutan yang terjadi di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan ASDP pada lintasan Bangsalae Siwa Kabupaten Wajo – Tobaku Lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara sangat berpengaruh pada peningkatan restribusi dan pendapatan asli daerah yang dipengaruhi oleh selang waktu keberangkatan, jumlah dan kapasitas muat kapal. Kualitas jasa pelayanan di pelabuhan ini, dapat dinilai dengan atribut yang meliputi:  kenyamanan, keamanan, keselamatan, ketepatan waktu, dan tarif. Untuk melihat waktu pelayanan minimum sesuai dengan standar waktu pelayanan yang ada dapat di lihat pada waktu kegiatan operasional dilapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghadapi perkembangan angkutan yang terjadi dimana perlu adanya kesiapan baik dari pengaturan bongkar muat kendaraan barang dan penumpang, maupun penjadwalan dan penyediaan jumlah kapal yang memadai, yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat permintaan angkutan, sehingga tidak terjadi antrian penumpang diloket, antrian  kendaraan dan penumpang barang yang akan masuk ke kapal dan jarak waktu tempuh kapal. Sehingga sistim pelayanan menjadi lebih optimal tanpa mengabaikan faktor-faktor keselamatan. Untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan di pelabuhan ini, sampel diambil sebanyak 66 untuk penumpang orang, 15 orang untuk pengemudi kendaraan roda – 6, untuk pengemudi kendaraan roda – 4  berjumlah 10 orang dan untuk pengemudi roda – 2 berjumlah 10 orang. Atribut jasa dianalisa dengan metode diskriftif kuantitatif dan Regresi linier. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisasi  waktu pelayanan dan penghematan skala mendapatkan solusi optimum pada transportasi laut khususnya optimalisasi pelayanan angkutan penyeberangan yaitu jumlah trip dengan bobot kapal 600 GRT pada rentang tahun 2017 – 2022 sebanyak 3 trip perhari, rentang tahun 2022 – 2027 sebanyak 4 trip perhari, rentang tahun 2027 – 2032 sebanyak 6 trip perhari, rentang tahun 2032 – 2037 sebanyak 7 trip perhari, dan rentang tahun 2037 – 2042 membutuhkan 8 trip perhari The development of transportation that occurs at the ASDP Crossing Port on the Bangsalae Siwa Line in Wajo Regency - Tobaku Lasusua, North Kolaka Regency is very influential in increasing regional retribution and original income which is influenced by the departure time interval, vessel load capacity and capacity. The quality of services at this port, can be assessed with attributes that include: convenience, security, safety, timeliness, and tariff. To see the minimum service time in accordance with the standard service time available can be seen at the time of operational activities in the field. This study aims to deal with the development of transportation that occurs where there is a need to be prepared both from the arrangement of loading and unloading of goods and passenger vehicles, as well as scheduling and providing adequate number of vessels, which are adjusted to the level of transportation demand, so there is no queue of passengers, queues of vehicles and passenger passengers which will enter the ship and the travel time of the ship. So that the service system becomes more optimal without ignoring the safety factors. To assess service quality in this port, 66 samples were taken for people, 15 for drivers of wheeled vehicles - 6, for drivers of 4-wheeled vehicles totaling 10 people and for drivers of 2-wheeled vehicles there were 10 people. Service attributes are analyzed by quantitative descriptive method and linear regression. From the results of linear regression analysis with the aim of minimizing service time and scale savings to get optimum solutions on sea transportation, especially optimization of ferry transportation services, namely the number of trips with a ship weight of 600 GRT in the range 2017 - 2022 as many as 3 trips per day, range 2022 - 2027 4 trips per day, the range of 2027 - 2032 as many as 6 trips per day, ranges from 2032 - 2037 as many as 7 trips per day, and the range from 2037 - 2042 requires 8 trips per day.

Abstract

Tantangan penyediaan pangan semakin hari semakin berat, degradasi lahan dan lingkungan, baik oleh ulah manusia maupun gangguan alam, semakin meningkat terbatasnya ketersediaan air pada lahan kering yang merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan produksi tanaman, olehnya itu tindakan konservasi air sangat dibutuhkan untuk keberlanjutan penyediaan air terutama bagi lahan kering sehingga keberlanjutan pangan akan terus bisa berdaulat. Upaya konservasi air memerlukan komitmen dari semua pihak terhadap isu keberlanjutan air. Apabila memanen air hujan dipraktekkan secara berkesinambungan akan dapat membantu memelihara keberlanjutan air dan keberlanjutan lingkungan sebagai pendukung perikehidupan generasi sekarang dan yang akan datang. Tujuan dari program PkM adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada petani di wilayah mitra tentang bagimana mengelola air hujan dengan menampung air hujan yang berlebih saat musim hujan (panen hujan) serta pengetahuan bagaimana membuat beberapa model irigasi yang sederhana yang bisa diterapkan saat musim kemarau sehingga efisiensi penggunaan air bisa tercapai, mengingat jumlah air saat musim kemarau sangat terbatas. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Ipteks tersebut adalah dengan metode penyuluhan dan bimbingan teknologi. Hasil kegiatan PkM adalah masyarakat jadi mengetahui tentang cara memanen air hujan dan membuat irigasi sederhana (genangan dan saluran), dan masyarakat disana sudah sadar dan memahami akan pentingnya memanen/menampung air hujan disaat musim hujan yang nantinya nanti air tampungan tersebut bisa dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai keperluan. Kata kunci: Kedelai, Panen hujan, Metode irigasi genangan, Metode irigasi saluran. ABSTRACT The challenge in providing food is getting harder, which caused by land and environment degradation due to the increasement of intensity human and nature behaviour. Fertile lands for agriculture are shifting significantly for non-agriculture purposes. As a consequence, the cultivitation activities move to critical lands (dry land), which require high input and quite expensive to produce food products. Effort to conserve water requires commitment from all party towards the water sustainability issue. If rainwater harvesting is practiced on an ongoing basis, it will be able to help maintain water sustainability and environmental sustainability as a support for the livelihoods of present and future generations. The aim of the community service program is to provide knowledge to farmers in partner areas about how to manage rainwater by accommodating excess rainwater during the rainy season (rain harvesting) as well as to educate them on how to make some simple irrigation models that can be applied during the dry season so that water use efficiency can be achieved, considering the amount of water during the dry season is very limited. The approach method used in the implementation of the science and technology is the counseling method and technology guidance. The results of the community service activity are to make the community aware how to ripe water from the rain and build a simple irrigation (inundation and canal). In addition, the targeted community have awared and known the cruciality of containing the rain water which will be used later for various needs. Abstract

Repetitive and excessive load pressure by vehicles is one of the damages that occurs on road pavement deformation due to the pavement layer losing its strength, causing the road layer to subside and cracks to occur. Marble waste is the remaining waste acquired from the processing of the marbles. Environmental pollution is caused by the marble processing process. The marble waste produced is increasing gradually over time, therefore, it is needed to utilize that marble waste. The marble waste is expected to improve the quality and performance of the mixture in resisting deformation in the AC-WC mixture and has good mixture characteristics. This research aims to examine the cause of using marble waste on the characteristics and deformation of the mixture. The test in this research applies the marshall test and wheel tracking tool. The result showed that the characteristics of the mixture and KLMO, total deformation, deformation rate, and dynamic stability using KAO 6% and the Optimum Marble Waste Content (KLMO) obtained was 25%. The highest stability and Marshall Quatient were 1024.89 kg and 345.65 kg/mm at 25% marble waste variation. The lowest flow value in the mixture with 25% marble waste variation was 2.97 mm. The 25% variation has good mixture characteristics and durability. The smallest total deformation was 0.903 mm at 25% marble waste variation, dynamic stability 2864 passes/mm, and deformation rate 0.0147 mm/minute.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of the Katobu police intersection in Raha City and examine the comparison of the level of service at the intersection when it does not use a traffic light compared to the presence of a traffic light. The data collection stage, namely by calculating the volume of vehicles passing through the Katobu Police Station intersection, was carried out for 1 day without a traffic light and 3 days with a traffic light to determine the amount of flow and then recording the geometric data of the Katobu Police Station intersection for input data requirements in the 1997 MKJI calculation. Based on the results of research at the Katobu Police intersection, it was found that the performance of the Katobu Police intersection seen from the peak hour volume without a traffic light on Friday at 15.45 - 16-45 WITA was 2657 pcu/hour, while the peak hour volume with the presence of a traffic light was on Monday at 07.45 – 08.45 WITA amounting to 1616 pcu/hour. The degree of saturation without traffic lights on the North approach is 1.26 and the South approach is 1.32, the East approach is 1.03 and the West approach is 0.94. Meanwhile, the degree of saturation with traffic lights on the North approach is 0.55 and the South approach is 0.52, the East approach is 0.82 and the West approach is 0.64. According to MKJI (1997), from the value of the degree of saturation without a traffic light, the intersection condition is still very bad and unstable, whereas with the presence of a traffic light, the intersection condition is quite stable. The level of service obtained at the Katobu Police intersection without a traffic light is classified as service level "F", while with the presence of a traffic light it is categorized as service level "C", so it can be concluded that the condition of the Katobu Police intersection with a traffic light is getting better.

Abstract

Makassar City, as a center for strategic regional development in eastern Indonesia, is experiencing rapid growth in various sectors, including the transportation sector. Economic growth and increasing population have an impact on the increasing number of motorized vehicles in the city. In 2022, the number of motorized vehicles in Makassar was recorded at 1,716 units, and in 2023 it increased to 1,856 units. This increase includes motorized vehicles-passenger cars, buses, trucks, and motorcycles. This study focuses on two main roads, namely Jalan Sultan Alauddin and Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, which are primary arterial roads, often used for heavy or long-distance vehicle traffic and have high capacities. This study aims to analyze vehicle volume, levels of CO, NOx, and SOx gas pollution produced, factors that influence differences in exhaust emissions, and solutions to reduce air pollution. The results of the study show that the volume of vehicles on Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan is higher than on Jalan Sultan Alauddin both in the morning and evening. In the morning, the vehicle volume on Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan reached 3,830 SMP for LV gasoline, 1,490 SMP for LV diesel, and 5,684 SMP for MC, while on Jalan Sultan Alauddin 3,397 SMP for LV gasoline, 917 SMP for LV diesel, and 4,882 SMP for MC. CO gas emissions were mostly produced by LV gasoline-fueled vehicles, followed by motorcycles. NOx gas was mostly produced by light vehicles powered by gasoline and diesel, while SOx was mostly produced by light vehicles powered by diesel. Factors that influence differences in exhaust emissions include vehicle age, fuel type, and vehicle maintenance. The proposed solution to reduce air pollution is to plant trees that can absorb pollution in the air. This study underlines the importance of vehicle emission management to maintain air quality in urban areas..
