Abstract

The purpose of the study were to examine and analyze the influence of education level, accounting knowledge, accounting training on the use of accounting information, and to examine and analyze the environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable that influence the education level, accounting knowledge and accounting training on the use of accounting information. The number of population in this research were 514 owners of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Surabaya. The sample selection in this research based on proportional random sampling and choosen 225 owners of the SMEs. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analyze method used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that the education level did not significantly influence the use of accounting information. The accounting knowledge and accounting training significantly influence the use of accounting information on SMEs. The environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable moderated the influence of education level, accounting knowledge, and accounting training on the use of accounting information

Abstract

Developments and changes in the world of higher education are aimed at shaping and building quality human resource resilience now and in the future come. Evaluation Theory is an effort to achieve a form of higher education that is quality and superior. The aim is to find an overview related to the evaluation of students' thinking, implementation and knowledge abilities in higher education. Qualitative method through the observation process. Interviews and documentation. Focus: 1. How to Evaluate Students' Thinking Abilities in the field of economics; 2. How Evaluation of students' ability to carry out investigations in the field of economics; 3.How to Evaluate Students' Understanding Development Capabilities in a field economy. The research results show that students' thinking abilities need to be better developed with the HOT approach, Evaluation of Student Implementation Capabilities aims to create a forum for development and development that takes place in society. For evaluating knowledge capabilities in a process requires development a broad understanding of literacy with a more deeply convergent scientific basic build economic understanding in its development and development. Conclusion What is at the root of the value of this study is the evaluation of thinking abilities and skills implementation and development of understanding or literacy and knowledge are key success in building quality graduates, quality learning and higher education superior height.

Abstract

Perkembangan transformasi digital menjadi suatu keniscayaan dalam proses pembelajaran dan pembentukan pengetahuan di kalangan generasi Z. Meskipun generasi ini dikenal sebagai generasi yang lahir dan tumbuh dengan pengalaman teknologi yang canggih, pada kenyataannya mereka lemah dalam mengelola informasi dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya strategi pendidikan yang efektif untuk memperkuat kemampuan literasi di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya paradoks di kalangan generasi Z, di mana kemampuan mengelola substansi informasi yang di dapat berbanding terbalik dengan perkembangan transformasi digital tersebut. Paradoks ini muncul dari tingginya ketergantungan pada teknologi dan media sosial, yang sering kali mengakibatkan penurunan kemampuan literasi, termasuk membaca, menulis, berpikir kritis dan analitis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan inovatif untuk membekali Generasi Z dengan keterampilan literasi yang diperlukan di era digital. Penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, dan masyarakat dalam menghadapi tantangan perkembangan transformasi digital yang semakin pesat dalam meningkatkan literasi di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of technology in post-industrial society creates a knowledge economic system, with production that is not only based on things but also intensive knowledge. The workers who rely on knowledge and skills for the centre of their activities in the knowledge economy are called cognitive workers. The cognitive workers in the knowledge economy era just paid little attention to their rights and obligations. That’s why they get unfair and fewer benefits during work and often get exploited and disadvantaged when they work. The cognitive workers who have the exploitation are called cognitariat. Therefore, this research is new, empirically and theoretically. It is about the exploitation experienced by cognitive workers. Researchers used literature studies obtained through the University of Indonesia library software (remote-lib.ui.ac.id), and search engines such as Google Scholar, Science Direct (Elsevier), JSTOR, Web of Science, and other journal directories by open access with the keyword, “cognitive worker”, “knowledge-based economy”, “exploitation in cognitive labour”, “labour in knowledge era” and “cognitariat”. The results of the research reveal that exploitation of cognitive workers because of the responsibility of work and overstepping working. Thus, the exploitations is not only based on a material, like the proletariat., but also at a supra structural basis, that’s knowledge on the cognitariat.
