Abstract

This research analyzes Supreme Court Decision No. 316 K/TUN/2021, where the judges only considered the aspects of authority and land registration procedures up to the issuance of property rights certificates. The focus of this study is the ambiguity in the judges' considerations, as seen in Article 10, which is the basis for the plaintiff's lawsuit regarding the carelessness of the Land Office in issuing property rights certificates, thus causing legal uncertainty. This research uses a normative legal approach with methods including legal, conceptual, and case studies. The analysis results show a violation of the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB), particularly the principles of legal certainty and accuracy. The violation of legal certainty is related to the uncertainty of property rights over state land based on Article 55 (1) of Law No. 30 of 2014 on Public Administration. Meanwhile, the violation of accuracy occurs because the Lombok Barat Regency Land Office did not conduct document verification meticulously according to Articles 50 (1) and (2) of the same law. This research emphasizes the importance of the government ensuring that every stage of land registration is conducted accurately, especially in collecting physical data, legal data, and researching land ownership history according to applicable regulations. Abstract

The study aims to determine the application of just-in-time in plywood production and to determine the indicators of just-in-time success in increasing the efficiency of plywood production at PT. Cendana Putra Nusantara Tegalsiwalan-Probolinggo. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. This study shows that PT. Cendana Putra Nusantara applies the just-in-time method by eliminating waste that does not add value to the product, such as overproduction, waiting time, inventory, transportation, processing, motion, or production defects, although it is still not optimal. Furthermore, the application of the just-in-time method at PT. Cendana Putra Nusantara, although not yet fully maximized, can increase the company's production efficiency with the level of capacity utilization, level of labor utilization, level of raw material utilization, level of order completion, service, and level of errors or defects. Abstract

Muslimah dalam eksistensi sebuah perekonomian dapat diaplikasikan dalam sebuah karir. Karir dalam hal ini tidak hanya untuk kepentingan perekonomian akan tetapi dapat menunjang kebutuhan pesikis untuk meningkatkan standaritas diri Muslimah. Sebagai seorang muslimah tidak hanya dianjurkan untuk berkarir saja tetapi dapat merangkap keduanya yakni sebagai muslimah yang berkarir sekaligus berentrepereneurship. Peran Muslimah ditengah masyarakat khususnya di keluarga dalam kaitannya berentrepereneurship bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian hingga mampu menutupi kebutuhan keluarga. Secara umum peran Muslimah sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang mayoritas hanya macak, masak dan manak kini di era milenial hal seperti itu mulai berangsur bergerak dengan terjunnya para Muslimah di dunia bisnis tanpa meningalkan kewajibannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Muslimah Entrepreneurship Terhadap Peningkatan Perekonomian Syariah (Studi Kasus Komunitas Muslim Kopami Jomabang). Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang mendata langsung diambil dari sumber. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, peneliti dihadapkan langsung pada responden yakni para pengurus dan anggota Kopami di jalan raya Dr. Wahidin. No.72. Desa Sengon Kecamatan Jombang Kabupaten Jombang. Berdasarkan penelitian, diketahuibahwa para anggota Kopami yang mayoritas adalah Muslimah yang berperan aktif dalam dunia entrepereneurship telah mampu meningkatkan perekonomian syariah tanpa meninggalkan kewajiban sebagai ibu rumah tangga

Abstract

This article aims to determine the view of Islamic law on Muslimah entrepreneurship in improving the Islamic economy in the Jombang independent entrepreneur community. Using a qualitative approach to the type of field research, data from interviews, observations and documentation that are analyzed decuctively by taking theories, arguments about Islamic law on the role of Muslimah entrepreneurship in improving the Islamic economy, then the theory is drawn on the reality or facts of cases in the field. The results showed that the majority of Kopami members are Muslim women while carrying out their role as a career Muslimah or entrepreneurship does not violate the provisions of Islamic law. Meanwhile, the role of Muslimah entrepreneurship in Kopami is able to improve the Islamic economy in the family and society.
