Abstract

Administrasi kependudukan dan perizinan adalah proses menata dan menertibkan dokumen pada data kependudukan dan perizinan. Pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dan perizinan  di kecamatan pagelaran saat ini masih mengandalkan sistem manual untuk  pengelolaan dan administrasi data. Proses ini, yang mencangkup penulisan, pengarsipan, dan pengolahan data secara tradisional, memerlukan waktu dan tenaga yang signifikan,laporan juga di buat secara manual dengan merekap data dari arsip ke Microsoft word,menyebabkan beberapa kendala seperti kesulitan mencari data secara cepat dan akurat,resiko kesalahan input dan output,serta keterbatasan aksesibilitasdan fleksibelitas data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam mendata dan mengarsipkan pengajuan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat selain itu juga untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan pembuatan surat izin agar lebih mudah dilakukan oleh masyarakat, dengan membangun sebuah sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan dan perizinan di kantor kecamatan pagelaran berbasis web. Metode yang diterapkan dalam merancang Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan dan Perizinan adalah model Waterfall dengan tahapan Communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction, dan Deployment. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Proses pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox untuk memastikan bahwa sistem telah berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

The institution is constantly pushing its pupils to do better. Scholarships are a great incentive for students to strive for excellence. Grants are financial awards given to students based on their academic performance or demonstrated financial need, and are therefore not limited to those who are merely pursuing further education. Scholarships are available to pupils each year at Pulau Pangkalan 1 Middle School. Currently, these institutions rely on human judgment to choose which students merit scholarship money. There are still issues with the decision-making procedure for determining who is eligible for scholarships at SMP N 1 Pulau Panggung. All stakeholders must be happy with the outcome, and the decision-making process can involve competing priorities. The TOPSIS algorithm is a type of decision-support algorithm predicated on the notion that the optimal choice minimizes both the positive and negative distances to the optimal solution. An important goal of this study is to determine whether or not a decision support system can facilitate the picking of scholarship winners at SMP N 1 Pulau Panggung. The TOPSIS method was used to decide scholarship awards at SMP N 1 Pulau Panggung, and the results showed that alternative C, with a value of 0.819, was the best choice overall. At SMP N 1 Pulau Panggung, the decision support system is able to help with scholarship approval, it is claimed.

Abstract

Make-up service ordering services still use sms and telephone as a medium of communication between customers and professional make-up artists (MUA). An MUA used to offer or promote his services through Facebook, Instagram and so on. The use of these media is still ineffective. Less information is obtained so that the customer difficult to get services that suit their tastes or needs and are difficult to adjust to MUA. The purpose of Make-up for changing fashionable face which is judged to be less than perfect and for embellishing fashionable face especially for women to present at event or events such as weddings. The research method in this research is qualitative research where strategic is used is design and creation. This study used data collection methods and interviews, observations and literature studies. The design method used is the waterfall and the testing techniques used are Black Box and White-Box. From this research become a result the design of the make-up service centre application displays a list of MUA profiles on the MUA Makhsun Photography Gisting make-up service, the prices offered and customers can check the availability of make-up made based on android that can be accessed using a smartphone, The design this application wised giving information about Make-up service centre and also make it easier to find and order make-up services according to the needs of customers or users.

Abstract

Negara Saka Village in Pesawaran Regency faces challenges in delivering fast, equitable, and accurate public information to the community. The lack of use of digital media leads to a low level of access to information by villagers. This research aims to design and implement a Web Government system as a website-based public information media using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of the Waterfall model, through the stages of identification of needs, system design, implementation, and testing using the Black Box method. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and literature studies. The results of the research produced a village government website that is equipped with main features such as village profiles, organizational structure, population data, and the latest news, and has been tested to work according to its function and is easily accessible through computers and mobile devices. The application of the concept of Web Government in an integrated manner at the village level with a responsive and user-friendly system design, which not only functions as an information medium, but also as a means of community participation in village development. This research proves that the implementation of Web Government is able to significantly improve the quality of public information services and the transparency of village government.
