Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan, tindakan observasi, refleksi dan penerapan metode mengajar secara inkuiri dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan dribble bola siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali Pertemuan di Siklus I dan Siklus II dan dirancang melalui empat tahapan yaitu Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Observasi, dan Refleksi. Data penelitian ini mencakup tiga rana yaitu psikomotor, afektif, dan kognitif. Data penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar dribble bola dalam permainan sepakbola. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Kabupaten Gowa, yang berjumlah 34 orang. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar dribble bola pada permainan sepakbola melalui metode mengajar secara inkuiri dianalisis secara Analisis Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dribble bola siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Kabupaten Gowa. Adanya peningkatan yang signifikan hasil belajar dribble bola pada permainan sepakbola siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Kabupaten Gowa, dimana pada siklus (I) presentase kelulusan siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Kabupaten Gowa, sebesar 61,76%, ( Tuntas ) dan meningkat pada siklus (II) dengan presentase kelulusan sebesar 94,12% ( Tuntas ). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Inkuiri dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Dribble Bola Siswa Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

The goal of this development research is to produce a book product of a practice model for basic futsal technical skills based on games that can benefit coaches to make it easier for them to implement training materials. This research uses the Research and Development model from Borg and Gall, which consists of ten steps in the research process. The experimental research design is in the form of the two-group pretest posttest design. The subjects in this study were students aged junior high school from YPPK ST. Bernardus Timika, consisting of 40 students with 28 training model items, and 40 students who were not given treatment. The stages in this research include: preliminary research, expert evaluation, product trials consisting of small group try-outs and field try groups, and product effectiveness tests. The effectiveness test of the model uses basic technical skills tests by comparing the control and experimental groups. The experimental group was given This was carried out by giving a pre-test before treatment and a post-test after treatment. Meanwhile, the control group was given a pre-test and post-test but was not given treatment. The comparison test between the control group and the experimental group using SPSS 16 showed passing = 0.030, controlling = 0.002, dribbling = 0.000, shooting = 0.024, or p-value < 0.05, indicating that there were significant differences in the control group and the experimental group before and after the treatment was applied. Therefore, the implementation of a game-based basic technique skills training model for futsal at SMP YPPK ST. Bernardus Timika needs to be conducted to improve students' basic technical skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ketepatan passing atas bola voli melalui metode sasaran/target pada siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Smart Kids Timika. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya penguasaan teknik passing atas yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa, serta perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, aktif, dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes kognitif, lembar observasi afektif, dan tes praktik psikomotorik passing atas. Metode sasaran/target diterapkan dengan bantuan ring target berdiameter 60 cm sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini dapat meningkatkan rata-rata nilai siswa, dengan peningkatan jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran juga meningkat secara signifikan. Metode sasaran/target efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik passing atas bola voli, baik dari segi aspek kognitif, psikomotorik, maupun afektif. Metode ini direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran dalam pendidikan jasmani yang inovatif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Sports massage is a form of massage therapy designed to accelerate recovery and improve the performance of athletes and non-athletes who engage in various physical activities. Sports massage can be given to children, adolescents, and adults, including workers, students, and college students. Sports massage is not only for athletes but can also be given to students to prevent and hinder injuries during the learning process at school. It can also provide first aid if a fellow student experiences an injury, whether during extracurricular or extracurricular activities.This community service program aims to provide education about sports massage and injury repositioning to students and teachers involved in extracurricular activities, thereby fostering independence in helping fellow students in the event of injuries and enabling teachers to provide professional services to their students. Furthermore, this PKM activity, as an implementation of the sports massage course in the community, involves students who have completed the theory/practice of sports massage courses.The data collection technique used in this Community Service (PKM) was an evaluation method, conducted by administering a participant satisfaction questionnaire after the training was completed. The questionnaire was administered online using the Google Forms platform to participants in the sports massage and injury repositioning training. In addition to data on student and teacher/extracurricular instructor satisfaction indicators, physical evidence also included documentation from before, during, and after the training.The data were analyzed using descriptive methods. Based on the results of the evaluation, it shows that from the training activities that have been given to students of SMK Yapis Timika from a total of 18 students, it was found that 82.6% of students strongly agree, students agree 14.7%, students quite agree 2.7%. Meanwhile, the results of the evaluation that followed the training showed that from the training activities that have been given to teachers/extracurricular instructors of SMK Yapis Timika from the number of teachers/extracurricular instructors who participated in this activity 1 person, it was found that 70% of teachers/extracurricular instructors strongly agree, teachers/extracurricular instructors agree 25%, teachers/extracurricular instructors quite agree 5%.
