Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansiAlur Pembayaran Biaya Kuliah dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Univeristas TeknologiSumbawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode deskriptifkualitatif. Adapun narasumber dari peneltian ini diantaranya Wakil Rektor 2 BidangKeuangan tepatnya Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa.Karyawan yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini Direktur Keuangan, BendaharaUniversitas, dan Sub.Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan. Sumber data penelitian iniadalah primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknikwawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwaSistem Informasi Akuntansi Alur Pembayaran Biaya Kuliah dimasa Pandemi Covid- 19diUniversitas Teknologi Sumbawa telah dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Hal tersebutdapat dilihat berdasarkan data, prosedur, infrastruktur dan perangkat lunak yang ada sertasumber daya manusia yang bertanggung jawab dan kompeten. Dengan adanya Alurpembayaran biaya kuliah di masa pandemi Covid-19 secara online dapatmembantu Sub. Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan bekerja dengan tetap melakukansocial distancing sehingga alur pembayaran tersebut dapat diterapkan hingga saat ini.

Abstract

Economic independence is an important factor in improving community welfare, especially in villages that still depend on the agricultural sector and small businesses. This community service activity aims to improve financial literacy in Ongko Village, Empang District, Sumbawa Regency. Through this program, we provide training and mentoring on financial management, budget planning, and an understanding of simple investments that can be made by local communities. The methods used include lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice involving participants in financial management simulations. By involving the community in every stage of the activities, this program aims to build awareness of the importance of financial literacy in making better economic decisions. The results of these activities are expected to improve the skills and knowledge of the community in managing their personal and business finances, thus encouraging economic independence. In addition, the program also aims to create a more prosperous and self-reliant community, which in turn can contribute to the overall economic development of the region. Thus, this service is the first step in building a strong economic foundation for the people of Ongko Village.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamic and multifaceted interactions between market value, growth opportunities, and capital structure in shaping corporate dividend payout policies through a systematic literature review (SLR) and comprehensive bibliometric analysis. By analyzing a corpus of data consisting of 50 Sinta-accredited journal articles and international ISSN journals published in the last decade, this study maps research trends, central themes, and conceptual evolution in the domain of global corporate finance. Using VOSviewer software for intellectual network visualization, this study identifies key thematic clusters covering agency theory, market signals, funding hierarchy (pecking order), and corporate life cycle. Key findings show that interactions between variables are not linear, but rather form a complex equilibrium: high growth opportunities tend to suppress dividend payout ratios in favor of profit retention, but market value pressures often force management to maintain dividends as a mechanism for signaling stability. On the other hand, capital structure functions as a double-edged sword, where debt can be a substitute for dividend discipline or a strict liquidity constraint. This study also reveals a “dividend policy paradox” in emerging markets, where companies often make payout decisions that deviate from financial fundamentals in order to mitigate severe information asymmetry. This study makes an original contribution by synthesizing fragmented literature into an integrative framework, offering practical implications for financial managers in navigating strategic trade-offs, and providing policy recommendations for capital market regulators.
