Abstract

Data from health department pekanbaru city in 2012 from 12.671 kb active participants dikecamatan only 353 (2,78 % one who uses a method of long-term contraception.2011 puskesmas a tassel coastal having the number of 2931 pus , users of a contraceptive method of contraception long-term (mkjp as much as the 564 (19,24 % and a decline in the year 2012 from 8.390 kb active participants using a method of contraception long-term (mkjp) puskesmas a tassel coastal some 261 (3.11 %.This research aims to understand the relation of knowledge mother and husband to support the use of contraceptives long-term work in the region coastal puskesmas tahun2014 a tassel.The type of research is analytic quantitative with the design case control study , conducted from the moon maret- april 2014 with a large sample 50 cases of control and 50.Of all join the who was working diwilyah puskesmas a tassel coastal 2014 which consisted of 261 people. The sample collection technique done simple random sampling.Data processed use a computer program.Using bivariate analysis by this chi squere.The result showed that of the second variables knowledge and support husband has links that are meaningful to discharging long period contraceptives in the work area coastal puskesmas a tassel year 2014 with knowledge p value = 0.02 and support husband value = p.0,001. Recommended to improve health information particularly about the effectiveness and efficiency of a method of contraception long-term (MKJP).

Abstract

The purposeof this studyaimsto describehowstudent motivation, student learning outcomesandthe influence ofmotivationon learning outcomes ofhygieneandsanitationsubjectsin classXIin theBeautyDepartmentSMKN 3 Payakumbuh. This research is(Ex PostFacto). Populationandthe samplewere students ofclassXIin theBeauty GovermaceDepartmentSMKN3Payakumbuhtakenas a wholewith 43 person. Data takenitemswith thestatementusinga Likert scaleof measurementscales. Motivationvariablesobtainedreliability fromCronbach's alphavalueis0.901whichlies inveryhighcondition. The data analysis techniqueusedisdescriptiveanalysis, testrequirements analysis, simpleregressionandhypothesis testing(t-test) .The results showed thatthere is apositiveand significantrelationship, betweenlearning motivation andlearning outcomes. Resultsof the analysis showedthat themotivationeffectof 18.8% of thesubjectslearning outcomesHygieneandSanitation, while81.2% is influencedbyothervariablesthatare notidentifiedin this study.   Kata Kunci :Adanya hasrat dan keinginan untuk berhasil, dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, harapan dan cita-cita masa depan, penghargaan dalam belajar, kegiatan yang menarik dalam belajar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Fertility is a demographic term that concerns the number of babies born alive. Fertility will continue to occur, but the findings of the 2017 IDHS fertility rate per woman (total fertility rate / TFR) in South Sumatra have decreased even though they have not reached the strategic plan targets. The general objective of this research is to find out the fertility picture in South Sumatra Province. The specific purpose of this study is to first analyze fertility trends in 1991-2017. Second, describe the achievement of fertility control. This research approach is quantitative descriptive by utilizing secondary data from the findings of the Demographic and Health Survey of Indonesia (IDHS) South Sumatra Province in 1991-2017. Treat fertility / TFR data to find out trends by analyzing three ways, namely linear trend models, quadratic trends, and exponential trends, whose calculations are assisted with Minitab software version 16. Whereas to find out the achievement of family planning control is to analyze the percentage of the use of modern and traditional family planning tools. The population and sample in this study refer to the 1991-2017 IDHS survey data with the main variables observed being the TFR rate and the use of Modern and Traditional Family Planning devices.The results of the research obtained for fertility trends in South Sumatra in three ways, namely linear trend models, quadratic trends, and exponential trends are showing trends in downtrend patterns with shins in certain ranges, there are extrem uptrens that form bell images, which means that at one time fertility experiences stagnant condition (unchanged), but then fertility has decreased after that. Birth control in South Sumatra is quite good, this can be seen by the adoption of modern family planning devices by 61% and traditional tools / methods by 6%, meaning that 77% of birth control is controlled. It is expected that the family participation rate will continue to increase and the TFR number will fall and be able to meet the national TFR target of 2.3 for the coming years. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansiAlur Pembayaran Biaya Kuliah dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Univeristas TeknologiSumbawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode deskriptifkualitatif. Adapun narasumber dari peneltian ini diantaranya Wakil Rektor 2 BidangKeuangan tepatnya Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa.Karyawan yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini Direktur Keuangan, BendaharaUniversitas, dan Sub.Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan. Sumber data penelitian iniadalah primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknikwawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwaSistem Informasi Akuntansi Alur Pembayaran Biaya Kuliah dimasa Pandemi Covid- 19diUniversitas Teknologi Sumbawa telah dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Hal tersebutdapat dilihat berdasarkan data, prosedur, infrastruktur dan perangkat lunak yang ada sertasumber daya manusia yang bertanggung jawab dan kompeten. Dengan adanya Alurpembayaran biaya kuliah di masa pandemi Covid-19 secara online dapatmembantu Sub. Direktorat Administrasi Keuangan bekerja dengan tetap melakukansocial distancing sehingga alur pembayaran tersebut dapat diterapkan hingga saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality, customer satisfaction dan trust, terhadap customer-based corporate reputation pada Bengkel AUTO 2000  Malang Sutoyo baik secara parsial, simultan dan dominan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) service quality, customer satisfaction dan trust secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer-based corporate reputation Bengkel AUTO 2000 Malang Sutoyo, (2) service quality, customer satisfaction, dan trust secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer-based corporate reputation Bengkel AUTO 2000 Malang Sutoyo, (3) customer satisfaction berpengaruh dominan terhadap customer-based corporate reputation Bengkel AUTO 2000 Malang Sutoyo. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian ini maka penting bagi pihak Bengkel Auto 2000 Malang Sutoyo untuk memberikan kualitas jasa yang baik yang dapat menciptakan kepuasan dan kepercayaan konsumen sehingga berpengaruh terhadap customer-based corporate reputation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve the emotional intelligence of students living in dormitories. The method used is a research library or library research. Literature research is carried out by collecting information related to the content of the language through Emotional intelligence, which is the skill in regulating the emotions that exist in individuals. Individuals who have a high level of emotional intelligence can control the level of emotions that exist in them. emotional intelligence cannot be possessed suddenly. The environment has a great influence in shaping emotional intelligence in individuals. The environment has an influence on emotional intelligence, especially parents and teachers. Parents play a role as teachers when children are at home while teachers have a role in increasing students' intelligence at school.

Abstract

Kegiatan penghijauan merupakan salah satu cara menangani krisis lingkungan. Di Kelurahan Sialangrampai terkhusus di sekitar lingkungan MDTA Nurul Ikhlas RW 03 kondisinya cukup gersang dan kurang terawat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, solusi yang diberikan untuk menangani masalah dikawasan tersebut yaitu melakukan kegiatan penanaman bibit pohon mengingat ada beberapa lahan kosong yang tersedia. Adapun bibit pohon yang ditanam diantaranya buah sirsak dan matoa. Oleh karena itu kami kelompok KUKERTA UNRI Sialangrampai memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi. Harapan untuk masyarakat sekitar untuk menjaga lingkungan dan menanamkan kesadaran dalam diri.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Empowerment and Teamwork influence Affective Commitment in Producer Cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. To find out whether Empowerment and Teamwork influence the Performance of Management in Producer Cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. To find out Affective Commitment influences the Performance of Management in Producer Cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. To find out whether Empowerment has an effect on Management Performance through Affective Commitment in Producer Cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. To find out how teamwork influences management performance through affective commitment in producer cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. Hypothesis testing uses the Smart-PLS test tool. The data analysis method uses Path Analysis. The results of the research are that Empowerment and Teamwork have a significant effect on Affective Commitment and Management Performance. Affective Commitment has a significant influence on Management Performance. Indirectly, Empowerment through Affective Commitment has a significant influence on Management Performance, and indirectly Teamwork through Affective Commitment has a significant influence on Management Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the practice of renting plantation land without a written agreement reviewed from the perspective of Islamic economic law in the Gunung Labuhan District community. This study is included in the type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques used by researchers include observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data is collected, the analysis is carried out using a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of plantation land rental activities in Gunung Labuhan District is usually carried out using the Ijarah contract, namely one party (owner or tenant) grants the right to use goods or services to another party for a certain period of time in return for the agreed payment. The Ijarah contract carried out between the owner and tenant of the plantation land uses a rental system based on the planting period in one year which has a planting period twice a year with the condition that there is clarity of Ijab and Qabul, there is an agreement, justice without Ghrarar and ethics and Sharia principles.

Abstract

Abstract Allport's theory uses several terms that are considered important, namely traits, attitudes, and habits. Of these three can determine the emotions of every human being. Emotions are prejudices that arise when humans are in certain situations. The purpose of this research is The form of emotion experienced by the characters. The method used is qualitative in the form of a description. The source of the data in this study was the novel Kasrimpet Piweling by Tulus Setiyadi and the data collected in this panel were in the form of words, phrases and sentences. The instrument in this study was the researcher herself in analyzing the novel, also assisted by supporting tools in the form of laptops, novels, books, and stationery used to record and store the data found. Collecting research data by way of literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study are divided into two, namely The Emotional Forms experienced by the Characters, divided into three, namely confusion, love, and disappointment. Keywords: Allport Psychology, Structure of Personality, Emotional form.AbstrakTeori Allport menggunakan beberapa istilah yang dianggap penting yaitu sifat, sikap, dan kebiasaan. Dari ketiga tersebut dapat menentukan emosi setiap manusia. Emosi yaitu prasangka yang timbul ketika manusia berada di situasi tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu wujud emosi yang dialami tokoh. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif yang berupa deskripsi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa novel Kasrimpet Piweling karya Tulus Setiyadi dan data yang dikumpulkan dalam panliten ini berupa kata, frasa lan kalimat. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu peneliti sendiri dalam menganalisis novel, juga dibantu alat-alat pendukung berupa laptop, novel, buku, dan alat-alat tulis yang digunakake untuk mencatat dan menyimpan data-data yang ditemukan. Mengumpulkan data penelitian dengan cara studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis dekriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua yaitu Wujud Emosi yang dialami oleh tokoh, dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu bingung, cinta, dan kecewa.Kata Kunci : Psikologi Allport, Struktur Kepribadian, Wujud Emosi.
