Abstract

Internet Marketing merupakan bentuk usaha baru dalam memasarkan produk atau jasa serta membangun komunikasi dengan konsumen melalui internet. Internet Marketing juga bertujuan untuk membangun Brand Awareness (kesadaran merek) dalam benak konsumen dan dengan tujuan sebisa mungkin menjadi top of mind dari konsumen yang dituju. Dampak pengunaan internet marketing terhadap penjualan akan besar jika banyak konsumen yang berkunjung ke situs tersebut dan mengetahui merek yang sedang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Brand awareness sebagai variabel pemediasi pengaruh internet marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 mahasiswa Progrm Diploma Pelayaran Universitas Hangtuah. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah ada pengaruh internet marketing terhadap brand awareness dan keputusan pembelian dan ada pengaruh brand awareness terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: Brand Awareness, Internet Marketing, Tiket Online

Abstract

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to find out the process of loading clinker onto the MV. Star Royal that the activity is running optimally. The factors include in this research loading and unloading equipment, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, weather conditions. This research will identify each of these factors and analyze their impact on the overall clinker loading process. The research method used in the study is a qualitative method involving direct observation in the field, interviews with relevant parties at PT Varia Usaha Bahari, and analysis of data related to the clinker loading process. With a comprehensive approach, this research aims to provide concrete and implementable recommendations to improve the optimization of the clinker loading process at Maspion Gresik Port. The results of this research are expected to make a positive contribution in improving the performance of PT Varia Usaha Bahari in carrying out clinker loading activities on other vessels. With a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the clinker loading process, it is expected that the company can implement a more optimized strategy in the clinker loading process to better achieve their goals in the future.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The research methods used include document analysis, interviews, and direct observation in the field. This research aims to analyze the archival storage system in the logistics division of PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Surabaya so that archived documents can be stored properly and optimally. The research results show that the archive storage process currently used still faces challenges in terms of information accessibility, document security, and archive storage space management. Some of the efforts suggested in this research are related to implementing a digital archives management system, efficient spatial planning, using minimalist archive storage facilities, and employee training regarding document management.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh nelayan di Keputih Timur Gang Pompa Air Surabaya terkait dengan bagaiamana mengolah hasil tangkapan ikan dukang dan bagaimana memasarkannya. Meskipun ikan dukang sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat di Keputih Timur namun kondisi eksisting menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan dalam pengolahan tangkapan ikan dukang dan pemasaran sehingga menyebabkan hasil tangkapan dijual dalam kondisi mentah dengan harga jual yang relatif rendah. Tujuan utama dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan nelayan dalam mengolah ikan dukang dan menggunakan platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan WhatsApp untuk mempromosikan dan menjual hasil olahan tangkapan ikan mereka. Media digital yang tepat merupakan strategi kunci dalam memasarkan hasil tangkapan ikan di era digital saat ini. Dengan hadirnya platform-platform digital, perusahaan dapat dengan mudah menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas, meningkatkan brand awareness, dan mendorong penjualan. Penggunaan situs web, media sosial, aplikasi mobile, dan ecommerce memungkinkan perusahaan untuk berbagi informasi produk, menjalin interaksi dengan pelanggan, serta memperluas jangkauan penjualan secara efektif dan efisien. Pemanfaatan konten digital yang menarik, seperti foto, video, blog, dan live streaming, dapat membangun ketertarikan konsumen terhadap produk ikan segar dan olahan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses bongkar muat batu bara yang dilakukan di pelabuhan tersebut, serta mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi selama proses tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder dari literatur dan dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas bongkar muat curah kering di PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara berjalan dengan baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan alat dan waktu yang tidak efisien. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pelayanan bongkar muat di pelabuhan, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya di bidang logistik dan maritim.

Abstract

PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya is acompany engaged in the field of services providing transportation services and loading and unloading. PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya is one special terminal, which serves the activities of domestic container stevedoring services, exports and imports. To make expenditures, service users must complete the documents so that the goods can be released or taken by the owner of the goods. At the time of import containers expenditures activity occurs current long build up of containers, especially at the out gate of imports, this occurs because of an error in the form of a document mismatch of container and container physical damage. To support the smooth flow of goods, then PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya gives procedures (ordinance) to make expenditures or import activities. In the absence of procedures then the service users do not know or will find it difficult to do a collection of goods that have been imported. Therefore, the Performance Evaluation Expenditure Service Container Import in PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya wich aims to improve the achievement of targets appropriate and desires of the goods (consignee), so that PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya can provide the best service to customers (service users).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the motivation of graduates of seafarers to become lectures in the Program Diploma Pelayaran-Universitas Hang Tuah Surabaya (PDP-UHT) using professional training variables, professional recognition, job market considerations, financial awards, work environment and policy and administration, to get a true picture of existing and ongoing conditions.As well as measuring factors to be educators in PDP-UHT related regulations from the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Dirjen Dikti) and Kementrian Perhubungan Laut (Dirjen Hubla). Career selection planning is a very important thing to achieve success in career. The plan includes consideration of some of the dominant factors in career selection. Graduates of PDP-UHT seafarers in choosing their career will have various considerations. On the other hand the shipping university in this case is the PDP-UHT has two main institutions that must be obeyed, namely the Dirjen Dikti and Dirjen Hublaabout the implementation of the program related to the fulfillment of the minimum number of lecture for each course is to meet the qualifications of both institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process flow in the validation of Account Receivable & Payable documents from the beginning of the document coming to billing to the vendor at the Inland Service Department (ISD) PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines Surabaya, to find out the things that affect the process of document validation until returning to the branch in implementing shipping logistics. Factors in dealing with document validation problems in the Inland Service Department (ISD) PT. SPIL Surabaya. As well as about handling the problem of incomplete documents and the impact of this happening. The method used in this research is descriptive, where this research refers to problem-solving in a field. The data source used to determine the work process of validating Account Receivable & Payable documents in the Inland Service Department (ISD) is to check documents that come from the branch to proceed to vendor billing, and direct observation. The results of research related to the implementation of the Inland Service Department, officers already have knowledge and skills in dealing with news document validation issues, in carrying out document control that will be sent to the head office at PT. SPIL Surabaya has carried out its duties, responsibilities, and understanding related to the SOP for sending documents well.

Abstract

The role of shipping safety in the maritime transportation system is an absolute thing to be taken into account, because it involves the transportation of goods and people across the ocean which is full of danger and the threat of storms, fog and movements of the sea, shallowing and fixed and changing shipping sea routes, making sea transportation in high-risk shipping. Therefore, shipping safety must be truly guaranteed. This research aims to find out the procedures for implementing annual servicing of safety equipment, to find out the effects that occur on safety equipment and fire extinguishers on ships that comply with SOLAS standards. The research method used in writing this research uses the direct observation research method of an object carried out at PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines. The data used is primary data obtained directly from sources and data collected by researchers from employees of PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines and recorded. Primary data can be obtained by conducting interviews, secondary data can be obtained from documents about safety equipment and direct observation at the research site at PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines. The results of the research can be concluded that it is important to maintain safety on board the ship to anticipate danger or accidents so it is necessary to prepare safety items along with valid certificates so that they can be used. Therefore, the safety equipment on board the ship has a big influence on the smooth operation of the ship.
