Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic Religious Education Achievement in Schools and the Intensity of Islamic Religious Education in Families Against Student Morals. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. The population in this study included all students of SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga, totaling 1,101 students. As for the focus population is only limited to class XI, amounting to 365 students. The sampling technique was a random sampling of 55 students. Retrieval of data used is to use a questionnaire and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 16.0. The results showed 1) the achievement of Islamic education in schools in the high category does not have a great effect on the morals of students with a significance level of 0.50%. 2) the intensity of Islamic religious education in families with good criteria has a significantly greater effect of 9.10%. 3) there is a positive and significant influence jointly the achievement of Islamic religious education in schools and the intensity of Islamic religious education in the family on the morals of students in class XI of Salatiga State High School 10.70% and the remaining 89.30% is influenced by other factors in outside this research variable. Abstract

The development of technology has now spread to all aspects of life. One of them is in the field of education, namely the discovery of a digital school system. Digital School is an educational reform mechanism through the transformation of teacher practices and to actualize digital learning, transforming school capacity into an internet-based form so that real-life learning can be improved beyond the existing space and time. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of digital schools in the 5.0 era at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL). This writing uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely presenting data in written form by analyzing according to the facts studied so as to be able to explain how the learning process of students at school. The results in this study can also find out the progress of information and communication technology (ICT). With the development of technology as a mechanism for educational reform through the transformation of teacher practices and to actualize digital learning, changing the capacity of schools towards a technology-based form, are Digital lesson plan program, SIKL Channel TV, and Digital Media Teacher, with this paper, it is hoped that readers can take lessons and be able to develop digital schools in the 5.0 era.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penyakit Paru Obstruksi Kronik (PPOK) adalah suatu penyakit yang ditandai adanya obstruksi aliran udara yang disebabkan oleh bronkitis kronis atau empisema. Seorang pasien laki-laki usia 75 tahun menderita Penyakit Paru Obstruksi Kronis (PPOK). Pengkajian pasien didapatkan keadaan umum baik, sesak napas, wheezing dengan frekuensi napas 25 kali/menit, terdapat penggunaan otot bantu napas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan Pursed Lip Breathing (PLB) pada Pasien dengan Diagnosa Penyakit Paru Obstruksi Kronis (PPOK). Metode: Studi kasus dengan mengelola satu pasien yang diberikan intervensi keperawatan berupa Pursed Lip Breathing (PLB) dengan durasi 4-6 detik. Implementasi dilakukan selama 3 hari setiap 2 jam setelah pemberian inhalasi uap dengan mengobservasi perubahan frekuensi pernapasan pada pasien dengan PPOK. Hasil: Terdapat penurunan frekuensi pernapasan dengan penurunan dari 25 kali/menit menjadi 20 kali/menit. Frekuensi napas membaik dan penggunaan otot bantu napas menurun dengan penerapan PLB yang sudah diterapkan selama 3 hari Simpulan: Terdapat penurunan respiratory rate dari 25 kali/menit menjad 20 kali/menit dengan saturasi oksigen mulai stabil dengan nilai 98% dan wheezing menurun serta batuk berkurang. Namun demikian, keterbatasan kasus ini adalah penurunan respiratory rate atau sesak pada pasien sangat mungkin dikarenakan efek dari obat mukolitik saat inhalasi uap dan tidak menggunakan pengkajian Dyspnea.
