Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems or obstacles that result in a decrease in multipurpose loan applications (KMG) and determine strategies to increase the number of multipurpose loan customers at PT Bank DKI KCP Dewi Sartika. The strategy used in increasing the number of customers is a marketing strategy. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using a type of descriptive research. Data collection method is carried out by conducting field documentation and interviews. The obstacle or problem found at Bank DKI KCP Dewi Sartika is the lack of employee service for multipurpose loan applications which resulted in a decrease in multipurpose loan applications. The resolution strategy to face the problems that occur is to carry out digital marketing strategies and carry out policies, namely Bank DKI KCP Dewi Sartika to improve services on multipurpose loans. The results showed that multipurpose loan disbursement increased from January 2021 to December 2021 to January 2022 to December 2022 with a percentage of 88% and affected services which also increased.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat mengenal beberapa kebutuhan untuk pembelajaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, penentuan masalah, dan pelaksanaan sosialisasi. Pembelajaran berbasis digital diawali dengan pengenalan pada alat pencarian/browser. Sangat penting memahami fungsi-fungsi di dalamnya karena dari browser dimulai perjalanan untuk menemukan berbagai informasi. Setelah mengenal alat pencari maka diperlukan akun email untuk melakukan berbagai hal termasuk korespondensi. Warga masyarakat RT.02 RW.010 antusias dengan pengenalan internet (membuka Google Chrome dan membuat akun Gmail di HP. Pengetahuan tersebut bermanfaat untuk membimbing anak-anak belajar di rumah.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 merupakan fenomena merebaknya wabah yang berimbas pada pola hidup masyarakat dunia. Imbar juga dirasakan pada dunia pendidikan yang dihadapkan pada penggunaan bauran pembelajaran. Penerapan pembelajaran blended learning dapat mengaktifkan peserta didik untuk terlibat dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Dengan blended learning juga, dapat melatih kemandirian peserta didik dalam belajar. Dengan menggunakan pembelajaran blended learning diharapkan guru dapat menguasai materi serta memiliki keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan teknologi sehingga lebih memudahkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penggunaan flip pdf menjadikan materi dikemas lebih interaktif. Peserta didik dapat belajar secara mandiri tanpa tutor mulai dari membaca materi, mendalami materi, mengerjakan tugas, dan evaluasi secara mandiri seperti konsep PEDATI inginkan.

Abstract

The phenomenon underlying this research is the development of digital technology and the high marketing stimulus from the marketplace that triggers the consumer behavior of accounting students in Surakarta. The study's goal was to examine how Surakarta accounting students' purchasing habits were impacted by their lifestyle, financial literacy, self-control, and e-money. 1264 accounting students in Surakarta made up the population; 187 individuals were selected for this study using accidental sampling as the sampling method. Validity and reliability tests were performed on a questionnaire employed in the data gathering method. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed as the data analysis method. The study's findings demonstrated that while financial literacy and self-control had no discernible impact on student consumer behavior, lifestyle and e-money had a favorable and significant impact on accounting students' purchasing habits in Surakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine if there is an influence of the demonstration learning method on the learning outcomes of students in class XI SMA Negeri 104 Jakarta. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive formulations. The population in this study was class XI students with a total of 285 students with a sample size of 74 using random sampling techniques. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire with a total of 30 questions and each variable has 15 statements. Through the calculation of rxy 0.227, which means that there is sufficient influence between the demonstration method on student learning outcomes in class XI PKWU subjects at SMAN 104 Jakarta. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, the contribution of variable X is 0.51% and the remaining 49% is the contribution of other factors not examined in this research. This influence has been tested using regression hypothesis testing (influence), where tcount is greater than ttable namely 5.027 > 1.993. This shows that there is an influence between the demonstration method on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Purpose — This research aims to determine, prove and test several effects. These influences are an increase in inflation on EPS (earnings per share), an increase in inflation on the SBI interest rate (Bank Indonesia Certificate), the effect of the SBI interest rate on EPS in property and real estate companies, and EPS changes as a result of the indirect effect of inflation through SBI interest rates on property and real estate companies. Design/methodology/approach — This study uses a causal associative approach with a purposive sampling method based on several predetermined criteria. The sample used in this study amounted to 23 companies. The software used to analyze the data in this study is Eviews version 9.0.Findings — The results of this study indicate that the inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on EPS in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX; meanwhile, SBI has a positive but not significant impact on EPS. The results of this study indicate that the inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on EPS in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX. In contrast, SBI has a positive but not significant impact on EPS. Practical implications — This research uses panel data regression analysis Originality/value — This study aims to empirically test the effect of inflation on SBI and its impact on EPS.
