Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role and function of the student council at Daarul Ahsan High School, as well as how the implementation of Intra-School Organization Management (OSIS) at Darul Ahsan High School. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were the principal, student council supervisors who totaled 1 person, student council administrators who totaled 4 people and Daarul Ahsan high school students who numbered 5 people. His research methods use qualitative research. The data analysis technique used is the drawing of conclusions about the implementation of the organization's management. The results of the research obtained that the role of the student council based on the activity program is an effort to carry out coaching to students this effort is continuous so that students continue to have a good attitude in their daily lives which later students can have good morals and behavior so that students have provisions in carrying out life at the next level and can participate in the community / environment.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran terkadang menemukan kesulitan dalam memeriksa keabsahan tulisan atau jawaban siswa sesegera mungkin di dalam kelas, karena pembelajaran dibatasi oleh waktu. Sedangkan guru dituntut untuk dapat mengelola pembelajaran dengan sebaik-baiknya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, perlu digunakan media pembelajaran sehingga dapat memotivasi siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa asingnya. Salah satunya menggunakan media gambar. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar dapat membangkitkan keinginan dan minat yang baru bahkan membawa pengaruh-pengaruh psikologis terhadap siswa serta dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis bahasa arab melalui media gambar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental, dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII Ponpes An-najah sengeti yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Penelitian menganalisis data menggunakan teknik dedukatif.Hasil penelitian adalah dapat diliat peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap nilai bahasa arab siswa. Sebelum menggunakan media gambar nilai rata-rata siswa 53 dengan nilai terendah 35 dan nilai tertinggi 75, setelah menggunakan media gambar nilai rata-rata siswa 80,6 dengan nilai terendah 70 dan nilai tertinggi 90.

Abstract

Rubber seeds are an alternative raw material for biodiesel with great potential in Indonesia. Thisis because Indonesia is one of the largest rubber producers in Asia. Rubber seed oil has not beenwidely used. Therefore, this rubber seed oil needs to be processed, among others by reactingrubber seed oil with alcohol or by using an alcoholysis process, using Pertamina unit III petroleumcracking waste catalyst, which is also a waste, so that it can be utilized. The purpose of this serviceis in addition to applying the results of myCompetitive Grant research (Kiagus Ahmad Roni) whichwas funded by DIKTI in 2013-2014, also to provide knowledge and examples to the people ofSukajadi village, Prabumulih Timur sub-district, Prabumulih city, Muara Enim district, thisservice is proposed to be funded. by DIKTI for 2020, in 2015 this service was funded by DIKTI tobe implemented in Sumber Harum Village, Tunggal Jaya District and Margarahayu Village,Muara Telang District, Musi Banyu Asin Regency (MUBA) in processing rubber seeds to makethem more useful. The method used is Partipatory Action Research. This activity includesoutreach, mentoring and piloting in the community. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of Event Marketing Management on City Competitiveness with City Branding as a mediating variable in Bandung City. This research addresses the strategic role of event-based activities in strengthening city identity and enhancing competitiveness in an increasingly competitive urban environment. Research Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM. Data were collected through questionnaires from respondents experienced with Bandung City events and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 with bootstrapping to evaluate the measurement and structural models. Results: Event Marketing Management positively and significantly affects City Branding but has no significant direct effect on City Competitiveness. City Branding positively affects City Competitiveness and fully mediates the relationship between Event Marketing Management and City Competitiveness, indicating that events alone cannot enhance competitiveness without a coherent city branding strategy. Conclusions: The study concludes that City Branding plays a crucial role in transforming event marketing initiatives into sustainable city competitiveness. Limitations: This study was limited to Bandung City and used cross-sectional data, which may limit the generalizability of the results. Contributions: This study contributes to the urban marketing literature by empirically confirming the full mediating role of City Branding in the relationship between Event Marketing Management and City Competitiveness.
