Abstract

Computers have been widely used in the community, because computers can ease human work. To operate it, you need special knowledge about computers to be able to run it properly. Although computers make human work easier, computers can also be damaged or error. Only some people can repair computers like computer technicians. Therefore, on this occasion we had the opportunity to provide training on how to assemble computers and repair them. With expertise in assembling and repairing computers, the community can also open up jobs that would certainly have a positive impact on the surrounding community. Computer users / Personal Computers (PC) have been found in various circles, one of them is SMKN2 students. But many computer uses (PC) do not know how to repair a computer in case of damage, not to mention a few technicians or computer experts who can be easily found. Because of this, damage to the computer will be a difficult problem to deal with. Although there are very few technicians that we can find, repairing or servicing computers requires quite expensive costs. On this occasion, we intend to hold community service in the form of PC technician training (Personal Computer) for SMA/SMK students who aim to provide understanding and skills in making repairs, assembling, and upgrading PCs with community service programs in the form of this training. Besides this training is not limited to the provision of theory, but combined with practice so that not only knowledge is given, but the skills and creativity that are honed in this training. Outcomes of this training are skills training services and publications in national service journals.

Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami dan berperilaku pentingnya K3, mengidentifkasi potensi bahaya di tempat kerja, melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja, mengelola bahan-bahan beracun berbahaya dan penanggulangannya, menggunakan alat pelindung diri, melakukan pencegahan dan pemadaman kebakaran serta menyusun program pengendalian Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja di sekolah. Manfaat pelatihan adalah supaya peserta memiliki wawasan, pemahaman dan sikap bekerja yang selamat dan sehat, yang meliputi: Pengertian dan Tujuan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja; Identifikasi Potensi Bahaya di Tempat Kerja; Faktor-faktor Penyebab Kecelakaaan Kerja; Zat dan Bahan Berbahaya; Pencegahan dan Pemadaman Kebakaran; dan Penyusunan Program Pengendalian K3 dalam upaya peningkatan produktifitas kerja. Peserta juga mampu menyusun rencana kerja berupa makalah pengendalian bahaya di bengkel kerja masing-masing.

Abstract

The growth and development of technology in the construction sector which is increasingly advanced and rapid, cannot be separated from the process of joining similar metals or joining dissimilar metals. This dissimilar welding uses AISI 1045 stainless steel and SS 304 carbon steel with a size of 200 x 200 x 6 mm. The welding method uses GTAW with ER 309 L filler metal with a diameter of 2.4 mm. Dissimilar welding aims to understand the mechanical properties affected by heat input. This study varies the heat input of 1.08 kJ / mm and heat input of 0.83 kJ / mm. The tests carried out were microstructure observations, tensile tests and hardness tests. The results of the tensile test all fractures occurred in the SS 304 base metal with an average value of 886 MPa. The results of the hardness test showed that the fusion line point had a higher hardness value compared to the base metal. In the observation of the microstructure of the SS 304 fusion line area, it has ferrite and pearlite phases, for the weld metal area it has ferrite, austenite and dendritic phases, in the AISI 304 fusion line section it has ferrite and austenite phases. The effect of heat input can be concluded that heat input affects the HAZ and fusion line due to the increasing hardness value.

Abstract

The hardness test is one method to determine the effect of heat or cold treatment on the material. This research uses experimental methods. This research uses a type of quantitative research, namely clearly explaining the results of experiments in workshops on test objects, then analyzing the data using numbers. The results of testing using the Vickers method by taking 12 specimens and taking 3 penetrations can be concluded that changes in the structure of the material that has been heat treated results in the structure of the material becoming harder compared to that which has not received treatment.

Abstract

Seiring pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya pada komputer dan perangkatnya, pengguna dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan yang tidak hanya terbatas pada pengoperasian, tetapi juga meliputi instalasi dan troubleshooting. Kemampuan ini penting agar pengguna dapat mengatasi kendala sederhana secara mandiri tanpa ketergantungan pada jasa servis. Namun, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa solusi umum yang diambil ketika menghadapi masalah perangkat lunak justru adalah membawa komputer ke tempat servis untuk instalasi ulang. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh kebijakan kurikulum di tingkat SMK, dimana mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer (TIK) dalam Kurikulum 2013 berstatus sebagai mata pelajaran pilihan, bukan wajib. Akibatnya, banyak siswa SMK lulus tanpa dibekali keterampilan dasar untuk memperbaiki komputer atau laptop mereka sendiri. Untuk mengatasi kesenjangan keterampilan tersebut, pelatihan praktis dirasa sangat diperlukan guna meningkatkan literasi digital siswa dalam menghadapi era revolusi digital. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk membekali siswa-siswi SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Banjarmasin dengan pengetahuan aplikatif. Fokus pelatihan meliputi instalasi sistem operasi Windows, instalasi perangkat lunak pendukung, serta teknik troubleshooting dasar untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah sederhana yang umum timbul. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan menunjukkan keberhasilan yang signifikan, ditandai dengan peningkatan keterampilan peserta sebesar 85% berdasarkan perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Pelatihan ini membawa dampak sosial yang nyata berupa pengurangan estimasi biaya servis komputer. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan keterampilan yang diperoleh, setiap peserta siswa berpotensi menghemat pengeluaran hingga Rp 200.000 per tahun. Dengan demikian, intervensi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis tetapi juga memberikan nilai ekonomi langsung bagi peserta
