Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the impact of the financing of income, sales and sales financing, and intellectual capital on the financial performance of Shariah Bank Indonesia. The aim of this research uses quantitative research because the data used is in the form of numbers using a multiple linear regression approach. The data used is a time series, namely data on musyarakah profit sharing financing, murabahah buying and selling financing, intellectual capital, and financial performance with the ROA indicator. The data used is secondary data via the official BSI website. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that musyarakah profit sharing financing has no effect on BSI's financial performance, murabahah buying and selling financing has no effect on BSI's financial performance, and intellectual capital has a significant effect on BSI's financial performance.

Abstract

The growth of the sharia banking industry in Indonesia is increasing, so it requires superior and professional quality human resources. The reality of fraud by employees at financial institutions such as Bank NTB Syariah certainly causes losses for the Company. Therefore, the urgency of this research is to focus on the influence of competence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of Bank NTB Syariah Head Office employees. This research uses a quantitative approach and the type of research isassociative causality. The total population was 271 respondents, and the sampling technique was quota sampling technique with the Slovin formula and the sample size was 73 respondents. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis using the SPSS version 24 application. The findings from this research show that there is a positive influence between the competency variable (X1) on the employee performance variable (Y). From a theoretical perspective, these findings show that competence can improve employee performance. This means that competency refers to the ability and behavior of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities and is able to improve their performance in their work. There is a positive influence of the spiritual intelligence variable (X2) on employee performance (Y). This means showing that spiritual intelligence is able to improve employee performance. This means that spiritual intelligence which is formed by honesty, flexible attitudes, quality of vision and values ??for self-development is able to improve employee performance in their work.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative associative study aimed at analyzing the influence of capital structure and company size on profitability in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The data used are financial statements from January 2021 to December 2023 obtained from financial statistical reports registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling method used purposive sampling by conducting data tests using IBM SPSS Statistics. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, it was found that simultaneously, capital structure and company size affect profitability, while partially, capital structure does not significantly affect profitability and company size has a positive and significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This service is dedicated to providing technical assistance aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) at UIN Mataram in order to promote Good University Governance (GUG). The primary concern is that the SPI has limited capabilities in executing its supervisory, risk management, and strategic consulting functions. As a result, the SPI is not fully optimizing its role in ensuring accountability, transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency in university governance. This service aims to provide technical assistance to improve the capacity of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) of UIN Mataram in order to support the realization of Good University Governance (GUG). The objective of this community service program is to improve the understanding, skills, and institutional capacity of SPI through technical assistance, human resource development, and the establishment of operational standards.  The community service methodology involves a participatory approach consisting of the following stages: analyzing the SPI’s institutional needs, conducting interactive discussions and case studies, and performing monitoring and evaluation to assess improvements in capability. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the internal auditors' understanding of risk management, improvement of the audit reporting mechanism, and institutional commitment to strengthening the role of SPI. This assistance also encouraged the growth of a culture of accountability and transparency within the university. Thus, this community service made a real contribution to strengthening the SPI of UIN Mataram towards becoming a competitive, credible, and highly integrity university
