Abstract

Micro, small and medium businesses have an important role for the economy in Indonesia. One of them is economic growth in employment and distribution of development results. On the other hand, MSMEs also face various problems, including limited working capital, low quality of human resources, and a lack of mastery in science and technology. Not only that, the lack of clarity about business prospects and planning, and how to market or promote the products being marketed. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study population is MSMEs in the City of Baturaja. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis and then formulates strategies to overcome them. The purpose of the strategy for development of middle small micro businesses in the City of Baturaja is expected to increase the income so that welfare is also increasing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work environment and work motivation on employees performance in PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Baturaja affect either partially or simultaneously. This research used data from primary data collected directly from the object under study using questionnaries. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The result of this study found that partially the work environment variables affect the performance of employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Baturaja with t count 12.475 > 2.3483 (Ha accepted and Ho rejected) while work motivation does not affect the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Baturaja because t count -0.357 > 2.3483 (Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. While simultaneously the variables X1 and variables X2 affect the variable Y with F count 319.868 > 3.28. The result of this research is expected to be used as a suggestion for company should further improve the working environment and working motivation so that employees performance can be increased.

Abstract

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 demands skilled digital skills, including in the academic environment. Baturaja University Postgraduate Program students face challenges in utilizing digital technology to support more effective and efficient learning. This Community Service activity aims to improve the digital skills of Postgraduate Program students in optimizing learning platforms, managing academic data, and utilizing other supporting technologies. The methods used include interactive training, group discussions, and hands-on simulations. The material includes an introduction to digital technology, strategies for using learning applications, and digital-based information management skills. This activity involved initial and post-training skill evaluations to measure the improvement of participants' competencies. Results show a significant improvement in students' understanding and skills, especially in utilizing learning applications such as Learning Management System (LMS), virtual conference platform, and online collaboration tools. Participants were also able to manage learning materials more effectively and creatively. In conclusion, the improvement of digital skills directly contributes to students' ability to support technology-based learning processes in the 4.0 era. This program demonstrates the importance of strengthening digital competencies to address future academic and professional needs.
