Abstract

Referring to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation, the MUI Fatwa is not a type of legislation that has binding legal force. The DSN-MUI fatwa and the MUI fatwa are both not included in the hierarchy of laws and regulations in Indonesia, but the fatwa issued by the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulama Council (DSN-MUI) is a positive law that is binding. Because, its existence is often legitimized through laws and regulations by government institutions, so sharia economic actors must obey.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial ability on Islamic stock investment interest in Islamic economics students at IAI TABAH Lamongan. Researchers want to see the factors that influence the investment interest of a student who has gained knowledge about investment or the capital market. This research uses quantitative methods while non-probability sampling technique is saturated sampling type. Primary data used in this study by distributing questionnaires totaling 47 respondents and processed using SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the results of the analysis, it is shown that financial literacy and financial ability have a significant effect on the interest in Islamic stock investment in Islamic economics students at IAI TABAH Lamongan. Abstract

Study efforts on the Koran in Indonesia have been carried out from generation to generation and produce various interpretations and books on the study of the Koran. These works certainly have different characteristics with interpretations born in the place of origin of the Qur'an revealed. The difference is due to differences in space and time contexts and differences in language and cultural backgrounds. Therefore, this article will analyze how the development of the Qur'anic interpretation in Indonesia through the work of Howard M. Federspiel entitled "Popular Indonesian Literature of the Qur'an". The work is one model ofinterpretation research in Indonesia.

Abstract

Hajj is a form of worship in a very detailed manner that requires the prospective congregation to study it seriously. The report of the Indonesian Hajj Supervisory Commission in 2018 states that 39.32% of pilgrims do not understand the terms, pillars, sunnah and prohibitions of Hajj. This problem needs the attention of the hajj organizers. This study is in order to determine how much influence the educational background and age of the pilgrims' age in the level of understanding absorption in the guidance of the Hajj rituals held by the government. All independent variables, namely educational background and age of the pilgrims, have a significant effect simultaneously on the understanding of the Hajj ritual guidance material.

Abstract

Salafis have two typologies, namely groups that tend to think purely and groups that combine thought and action, this is where there needs to be an analysis because not all salafis are radical. In research using a case study approach, namely at Islamic boarding schools and Umar bin Khatab, the two huts do classify themselves as salafi schools, but in their development the two salafi cottages have different tendencies. The results of this study are that Islamic boarding schools including Islamic boarding schools that carry Jihadi are included in the second typology of thought and action, while Umar bin Khatab Islamic Boarding Schools are more included in the first Salafi typology, namely purifying teachings and returning to their khitah. So from that it was concluded that the Islamic boarding school had seeds and seeds against radicalism, while the Umar bin Khatab Islamic boarding school tried to practice Islam as practiced by the Prophet and the early generations and the Salaf as-shalih. Even so, the two huts in their development tried to survive and were resistant to radicalism, as exemplified by Ali Imron, one of the convicts who had repented, tried to invite the people to return to proper Islamic teachings without becoming a group that rebelled over policies or disapproval, but could not It is avoided that the salafis are still classified as an exclusive group in practicing their religion.
