Abstract

Kantin Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut memang sudah memiliki prasarana yang memadai seperti fasilitas tempat duduk dan meja yang sudah disediakan, kantin ini adalah fasilitas yang diberikan Negera kepada Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut sebagai salah satu penunjang aktivitas di kampus, kantin ini sendiri bukan hak milik pribadi anggota kantin yang mana setiap anggota kantin (penjual) melakukan penyewaan kantin dan setiap pembayaran sewa kantin dilakukan pertahun yang diserahkan kepada pengelola kantin yaitu koperasi yang ada di Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut. Selain dalam hal penyewaan, dalam segi pemesanan makanan atau minuman masih belum efektif yaitu pada sistem yang berjalan masih manual, pembeli datang kekantin dan memesan makanan atau minuman, kendala dari sistem yang berjalan di kantin Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut ini terkadang dalam pemesanan bisa memakan waktu yang lama dikarenakan penjual tidak ingat akan pesanan pembeli dan kantin penuh akan pembeli. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) sebagai perancangan model sistem. Sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) sebagai bahasa pemrograman sistem. Hasil akhir dari sistem informasi ini mempunyai beberapa fitur diantaranya ketika masyarakat umum ingin bergabung menjadi anggota kantin dan melakukan penyewaan maka ada menu daftar anggota kantin, melihat daftar menu yang disedikan oleh anggota kantin, menampilkan harga menu, detail menu, menu proses checkout pesanan. Saran hendaknya sistem informasi kantin elektronik ini dapat diterapkan di Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut

Abstract

Natural antioxidant compounds can be found in plants of the Mangifera genus, one of them is Mangifera caesia, Jack. ex. Wall or which was also known as binjai. This study aims to determine group compounds and the antioxidant activity of the n-hexane fraction from the binjai leaves methanol extract against 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals. The binjai leaves powder extraction was carried out using the soxhlet apparatus with methanol and liquid-liquid fractionation using water and n-hexane. Phytochemical screening was done by adding specific reagents. The antioxidant activity assay qualitatively on TLC that being sprayed with DPPH and quantitative assay by measuring the absorbance of the fraction attenuation against DPPH radicals using a UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. The Phytochemicals screening results showed that the n-hexane fraction contained phenolic, flavonoid, and steroids. The qualitative test results showed some compounds had an antioxidant activity that appeared by changing the color of the spots to yellow on a purple background after spraying with DPPH solution. The n-hexane fraction resulted in an IC50 value of 34.0668 ppm with quercetin IC50 of 2.4469 ppm. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the n-hexane fraction of binjai leaves methanol extract contains phenolic and flavonoid compounds that played a role in producing very strong antioxidant activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analize the application of relationship marketing and product diversity on consumer loyalty at PM Collection Pekanbaru.The method used this stud describtive quantitative ith SPSS version 23 program. The population in his stdy ere all consumers ho made purchases at PM Collection who found 10.800 people and the sample of this study as 99 respondents from PM Collection Pekanbaru consumers. The sampling technique through used in this study is accidental sampling. For data collection techniques through questionnaires and the used of a Likert scale, the types and sources of data used primary and secondary data. The data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test of normality,calassic multicollinearity assumption test, classical assumption test of heteroscedasticity, and murtiple linear analisis along with analylisis of the coefficient of deremination (R2), sugnificant test ith with partial test ( T test ), simultaneous test ( F test ). In this study the obtaines are that relationship marketing (X1) has a possitive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y), diversity product (X2) has a positive and significant on consumer loyalty (Y) and relationship marketing (X1) and diversity product (X2) has a possitive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). Thus, PM Collection Pekanbaru has paid attention to all the factors that make consumers come back and add more complete product brands and sizes, so that consumers are interested in coming and buying at the PM Collection Pekanbaru.
