Abstract

By doing this research, it will be found how the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee performance. Therefore, the need for this research by looking at the hypothesis of how positive and significant the influence between Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee performance. The research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research site was conducted at PT Insani Medical Center Jakarta and the research time was 6 months. The results showed that organizational culture and motivation were in the same strong category. In the Hypothesis test in this study Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Insani Medical Center Jakarta, and have an influence of 45.2% on Employee Performance. While the remaining 58.8% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the extent of the Effect of Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Kinarya Selaras Piranti. This study used quantitative research methods and involved a sample population of 55 employees. The sample technique used is a saturated sample, the data collection method used is a quantitative methods. This research obtained Stress affects employee performance. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test obtained from the calculated value of the hypothesis test, the calculated value of the > ttable (9.250 >1.674) and the results of the simple regression test Y = 15.719 + 0.878 X1 were also strengthened with a sig value of < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Kinarya Selaras Piranti. Based on the results of the second hypothesis test obtained from the calculated value of > ttable or (11,239> 1.674) and the results of a simple regression test Y = 11.774 + 0.680 X2. It can also be strengthened by a sig value of < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This shows that the Work Environment affects the performance of employees at PT Kinarya Selaras Piranti. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis obtained the value of Fcalculate > Ftable or (67.702 > 3.175) and the result of multiple linear Y = 10.726 + 0.287 X1 + 0.503 X2. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that simultaneously the variables of Stress and Work Environment influence on Employee Performance at PT Kinarya Selaras Piranti

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of leadership style and work environment variables on employee performance at PT Cesco Logistik Indonesia Jakarta. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, totaling 50 employees. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. Simultaneous research results show a positive and significant influence between leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Cesco Logistik Indonesia Jakarta, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 7.991+ 0.130 X1 + 0.361 X2, correlation value of 0.551, the coefficient of determination value is 30.3% and the value of Fcount > Ftable (22,409 > 3.20) this is also reinforced by the p value < 0.05).
