Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the eff ect of variable current ratio (CR), TotalmAssets Turnover (TATO), and net profit margin (NPM) of the Return on Assets (ROA ) in themcompanies list ed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2011. The sampling techniquenused is purposive sampling criteria companies listed in indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 20092011. Obtained a total sample of 25 companies of the 133 companies listed o n the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is mult iple regressions with SPSS tools. Based on the results of the analysis indicate th at the variable Current Ratio ( CR) , Total Assets Turnover (TATO) , and net profit margin (NPM) simulate proved significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) . Predictive ability of these three variables on Return on Assets (ROA) shows the independent variables can explain the variation in the dependent variable was 89.1 % and the rest is explained by other variables. While partially variable Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM ) significantly i nfluence the Return on Assets (ROA) . While variable Current Ratio (CR ) showed no significant effect on the results of the Return on Assets (ROA). Abstract

This study discusses the changes in earnings and financial ratios based on financial statements of listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2012. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) , Non- Performing Loans (NPL) , Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) , and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has an influence on incomen changes. The type of data in this study is secondary . Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method . Companies that used a sample of 24 banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2012. This research is quantitative , and statistical tests use the test multiple linear regression. By using regression analysis , it can be seen that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CA ) , Non Performing Loans (NPL) , Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) , and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant effect on earnings changes . Partial test results , the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on earnings changes . Non Performing Loan (NPL) had no effect on earnings changes . Operating Expenses Operating Income does not affect the income changes . Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a positive and significant effect on earnings changes. Abstract

This study discusses the stock price and financial ratios based on the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share has an influence on the stock price. The company sampled as many as 20 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. Using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin and earnings per share to simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. Test results partially, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance. Plantation Nusantara III (Persero) in the period 2009 to 2012 based on ReturnOn Assets (ROA), Economic Value Addead (EVA) and Market Value Addead (MVA) this study used purposive sampling. sample in this study is PT. Plantation Nusantara III (Persero) and objects in this study are already consolidated financial statements from 2009 to 2012 based on the results of this study indicate financial performance Return on assets is positive, Economic Value Addead is positive despite a four-period only happened one time period that negative values that occurred in the period of 2012 and Market Value Addead is positive. Abstract

This study discusses the value of the company and financial ratios based on financial statements of listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the Earning Per Share (EPS), Company Size, Profitability and Leverage have an influence on company value. This study was built with five hypotheses, namely (1) Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on company value. (2) Company size has a positive impact on company value. (3) Profitability has a positive effect on company value. (4) Leverage has a negative effect on company value. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The samples in this study using purposive sampling method and method polled. Companies sampled as many as 45 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. This research is quantitative, and statistical testing using multiple linear regression. By using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable Earning Per Share (EPS), Company Size, Profitability and Leverage simultaneously have a significant influence on firm value. Partial test results, Firm Size and Profitability positive and significant impact on company value. Earning Per Share (EPS) and Leverage has a negative and significant impact on company value. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing village financial system applications, human resource competencies, internal control systems, and transparency on the quality of village government financial reports. The population in this study is the village government in Sleman district which consists of 17 sub-districts and 86 villages. The sample in this study was determined using the proposive sampling method, namely 50 respondents who were village officials in all village governments in Pakem sub-district, Sleman district, who were directly involved in preparing village government financial reports. The type of data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is data quality test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results in this study state that the simultaneous implementation of village financial system applications, human resource competencies, internal control systems, and transparency each have a positive and significant effect on the quality of village government financial reports.
