Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of distributive justice on job satisfaction and, (2) the effect of procedural justice on job satisfaction (3) the effect of job satisfaction on affective commitmnent (4) the effect of distributive justice on affective commitmnet (5) the effect of procedural justice on affective commitment. Research took sample by applying nonprobability sampling with saturated sample. The sample in this study were 40 employee of Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Pacitan. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method that is distributed using the Purposive Sampling technique. In this research, data quality test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokesdasticity test) are used, multiple linear regression analysis , sobel test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research show that there is a positive significant relationship between distributive justice on job satisfaction, procedural justice on job satisfaction, procedural justice on affective commitment, job satisfaction on affective commitment, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on mediating between distributive justice and procedural justice on affective commitment. In the other result, this research found that there is no positive and significant effect between distributive justice on affective commitment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of transformational leadership style on innovative behavior, transactional leadership style on innovative behavior, the influence of organizational culture on innovative behavior and simultaneously the influence of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and organizational culture on innovative behavior. This study used a census sample with 43 respondents and the data collection technique was a questionnaire. This study used data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. The transactional leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on innovative behavior. The organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. Simultaneously transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on innovative behavior. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the motivation to mediate the leadership trilogy and job satisfaction to employee work productivity at PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment. The method used in this study is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires with 78 respondents with saturated sample techniques. Then the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression tests, t (partial) tests, coesifisien determination (R2) and sobel tests. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant influence on motivation, leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had a significant influence on employee work productivity, leadership trilogy and motivation had no significant effect on employee work productivity, motivation mediated leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had no insignificant effect on employee work productivity. Abstract

This study was structured to determine the effect of job stress and perceived organizational support on employee productivity mediated by self-efficacy. Both job stress, perceived organizational support and self-efficacy are the main factors affecting employee productivity in a company. The purpose of this study itself is to test the variables of job stress, perceptions of organizational support, self-efficacy and productivity of employees who work at MY Creative.Id Yogyakarta, researchers took samples by applying a non-probability method with a saturated sample. The questionnaires that were processed were 50 employees. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Job Stress has a negative effect on employee productivity, (2) Perceptions of Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, (3) Job Stress has a negative effect on Self-Efficacy, (4) Self-Efficacy. Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, (5) Perceptions of Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Self-Efficacy, (6) Self-Efficacy does not mediate Job Stress on Employee Productivity, (7) Self-Efficacy mediates Perceptions of Organizational Support on Productivity Employees.

Abstract

Purpose: SMEs are one of the sectors that have been affected by Covid 19 pandemic. SMEs must adapt during the pandemic so their business can survive. One of them is by recording financial statements. However, in practice many SMEs do not record financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standard. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing SAK EMKM on financial reporting quality during Covid 19 pandemic in SMEs Jawa Tengah and Yogyakarta.Method: The method using quisionnare, then processed and analyzed by SPSS 20 Version.Finding: The results indicate that implementing SAK EMKM has a possitive effect on financial reporting quality.Novelty: Use of SMEs Financial Reports during the Pandemic in Yogyakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intentions, (2) kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, (3) komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intentions, (4) Peran komitmen organisasi sebagai mediator kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intentions pada karyawan Grand Rohan Jogja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Propotional Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel karyawan 20 responden. Sumber data adalah Primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dinilai dengan skala likert. Uji validitas menggunakan Pearson Correlation sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intentions, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial terhadap turnover intentions, komitmen organisasi memediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intentions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the Effect of Job Training and Rewards and Physical Work Environment on Employee Retention. This research was conducted at CV Sumber Anugrah with a population of all employees of CV Sumber Anugrah with a population of 200 people and for the sample used as many as 134 people with calculations using the slovin formula. Data analysis method is quantitative analysis using purposive sampling where the purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between variables and other variables in order to test hypotheses. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, which is characterized by simple random sampling or simple random sampling is a sampling technique that gives equal probabilities to all members of a population. The results of the study are the variables of job training and rewards partially had no significant effect on employee retention, but the physical work environment variable had a significant effect on employee retention. Simultaneous test results indicate that all independent variables combined have a significant impact on CV Sumber Anugrah's employee retention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi, self efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan menguji apakah ketiga variabel bebas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Anggota populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 40 orang dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja, namun hanya variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi dan variabel lingkungan kerja yang positif signifikan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel self efficacy dinilai tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara kepemimpinan demokrasi, self efficacy, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.AbstractThis study aims to test whether democratic leadership style, self-efficacy, and work environment affect employee performance, and test whether the three independent variables simultaneously influence the performance of employees of civil servants who work in the Yogyakarta Tourism Office. The method that used in this research is quantitative research. Members of the population studied as many as 40 people with data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable, namely performance, but only the democratic leadership style variable and work environment variables have a significant positive effect directly on employee performance. Meanwhile, the self efficacy variable is considered not to have a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, there is a significant positive relationship between democratic leadership, self-efficacy, and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style variables, work motivation and compensasion on the work loyalty of study employees at the special Region of Yogyakarta Tourism Office.The population used in this study amounted to 74 employees with the sampling technique. The method used in this study is a quantiative method with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents with a likert scale. The results of this study indicate that there is influence of democratic leadership style varables, work motivation and compensastion on employee loyalty of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Tourism Office. Homewer, only the democratic leadership style variable has been tested and has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. But work motivation and compensation do not have a partial effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment, (2) persuasive communication on affective commitment, (3) work stress on affective commitment, and (4) the effect of intrinsic motivation, persuasive communication and work stress together. on Affective Commitment. The research used is the type of quantitative research method. This research was conducted at the Yellow Star Ambarrukmo Hotel. The number of employees is 60 using nonprobability sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and is free. This research uses data quality test, classical assumption test including (normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test) multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the Intrinsic Motivation Variable has a positive effect on Affective Commitment. Persuasive Communication Variable has a positive effect on Affective Commitment. Job Stress Variable has a negative effect on Affective Commitment. The Variables of Intrinsic Motivation, Persuasive Communication and Job Stress jointly or simultaneously influence the Affective Commitment Variable.
