Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji  pengaruh kualitas pelayanan media sosial dan promosi terhadap tingkat kepuasan pendonor darah sukarela. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasinya adalah masyarakat kabupaten sumbawa yang pernah mendonorkan darah secara sukarela di unit donor darah palang merah Indonesia. Sample yang digunakan berjunlah 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling  dengan kriteria masyarakat di Kabupaten Sumbawa yang pernah mendonorkan darah secara sukarela dengan rentang usia 17- 45 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan google form. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Statical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini setelah dilakukan analisis data didapatkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pendonor darah sukarela kemudian media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pendonor darah sukarela dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pendonor darah sukarela.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang Konsumen Studi Kasus Pada Toko Sumber Mas Sumbawa Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dsikriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden melalui rumus paul leedy dan Teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah bantuan aplikasi Statistical Program For Social Science (SPSS) Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen di Toko Sumber Mas Sumbawa Besar, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen di Toko Sumber Mas Sumbawa Besar, Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen di Toko Sumber Mas Sumbawa Besar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance, with religiosity as a moderating element. This study uses quantitative techniques and a causal approach in data analysis. The research population consists of all Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) workers in West Sumbawa Regency (KSB), with a total of 3,133 individuals. The total sampling technique was used in this study. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, which is part of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that compensation and discipline positively and significantly affect employee performance. Religiosity effectively moderates the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance in OPD KSB. Increased compensation and effective discipline enforcement can increase staff productivity and efficiency. Employee religiosity acts as a moderator that strengthens the relationship between compensation, discipline, and performance. Employees with high levels of religiosity will feel a greater effect of both elements on their performance, suggesting that spiritual values and work ethics are interrelated and can encourage a more productive work environment.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve Islamic financial literacy among students of Al-Mutmainnah Islamic Boarding School. The methods used are material presentation, discussion, and Q&A. The materials presented include the definition of financial literacy and inclusion as well as Islamic financial literacy, its benefits, and types of Islamic financial products and services. The results of the activity show that the level of understanding of Islamic financial literacy among students has increased. Students also showed a high interest in learning and applying finance in everyday life. This activity is expected to help students manage their finances wisely, independently, and contribute to the development of the Islamic boarding school and community economy.

Abstract

This community service program at Pondok Pesantren Al-Mutmainnah aims to enhance conventional financial literacy and inclusion among santri (Islamic boarding school students) to equip them with the skills to manage personal finances wisely and independently. The method involved interactive material delivery using multimedia presentations, infographics, and educational videos, followed by discussion and Q&A sessions to reinforce understanding. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires, showing a significant improvement with an average post-test score increase of 30 points compared to the pre-test. The discussion highlights that a participatory approach combined with visual media effectively improves santri’s knowledge, although challenges remain in understanding complex concepts such as investment and credit risk. The limited duration of the program also posed constraints on in-depth material coverage. Therefore, extended programs with longer duration and regular mentoring are necessary to ensure optimal internalization of financial attitudes and behaviors. Strengthening financial literacy is expected to contribute sustainably to the economic empowerment of the pesantren and the surrounding community.
