Abstract

Background: The changes that occur during adolescence can lead to various issues, including nutritional status problems. Some indirect causes of nutritional problems are related to eating disorders. Eating disorders are psychiatric syndromes characterized by deviant eating patterns associated with psychological characteristics related to food, body shape, and weight. Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between eating disorders and nutritional status among students of SMAN 4 Maros, Maros District in the year 2023. Methods: This research is an observational study that observes phenomena or events occurring in the research subjects, using a cross-sectional design. The population of this study consists of 281 students, with a sample size of 165 student respondents from SMAN 4 Maros District. Results: The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between eating disorders and nutritional status among students of SMAN 4 Maros District, with a p-value of 0,00 < 0,05 Conclusions: The conclusion drawn from this research is that eating disorders are related to the nutritional status of adolescents in SMAN 4 Maros, Maros District in the year 2023. This study suggests that students of SMAN 4 Maros should adopt healthy eating behaviors to prevent eating disorders.

Abstract

This research examines the community’s perception and motivation regarding the Darussalam Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Palopo City. The objectives are: 1) to explore the community's perception of the school, 2) to identify factors motivating families to choose the school, and 3) to evaluate the quality of education provided. Using a qualitative, descriptive field study approach, data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation from parents and teachers. The analysis included data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with credibility ensured through extended observations, triangulation, and accuracy checks. The findings reveal that the community holds a highly positive perception of the school, valuing its ability to develop students' character and morals in line with Islamic teachings, alongside a strong focus on Qur’an literacy. The school’s comprehensive facilities and balanced integration of the Merdeka Curriculum and the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) curriculum, combining general and Islamic studies, also contribute to this favorable view. Factors like parents’ educational background, economic status, and the school's location further influence their perceptions and decisions.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) semakin dipercepat oleh integrasi artificial intelligence (AI) dan big data analytics yang memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan strategis di organisasi. AI memungkinkan otomatisasi dalam proses rekrutmen, evaluasi kinerja, serta personalisasi pelatihan, sedangkan big data analytics membantu organisasi mengidentifikasi pola dan tren berbasis data guna meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan 23 artikel yang diseleksi dari Google Scholar periode 2018–2025. Studi kasus dari berbagai perusahaan seperti Unilever, Microsoft, IBM, dan Amazon menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI dan big data analytics dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi bias dalam seleksi karyawan, serta membantu strategi retensi tenaga kerja. Namun, tantangan seperti bias algoritma, resistensi karyawan, serta masalah privasi dan keamanan data tetap menjadi perhatian utama dalam implementasi teknologi ini. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi yang seimbang antara pemanfaatan teknologi dan aspek humanis dalam MSDM agar dapat memaksimalkan manfaat serta memitigasi risiko yang muncul. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi akademik dan praktis terkait pentingnya pendekatan yang etis dan berkelanjutan dalam penggunaan AI dan big data analytics di MSDM, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi organisasi dalam mengadopsi teknologi ini secara efektif.
