Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) pada lembaga pendidikan tinggi Muhammadiyah yaitu STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju. Salah satu metode yang digunakan oleh IMM dalam melakukan internalisasi gerakannya melalui perkaderan. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dan alumni STIE yang telah melalui perkaderan di IMM. Survei dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah layanan perkaderan IMM menurut responden. Kegiatan survei dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan responden pada waktu tertentu untuk mengisi kuisioner yang telah disiapkan. Selain survei akan dilakukan focus group discussion (FGD) dengan kelompok khusus mahasiswa yang masih aktif dan kelompok khusus alumni. Penentuan responden menggunakan purposive random sampling, dengan ketentuan dan kesediaan waktu responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis IPA (important performance analysis) dan analisis kuadran terkait dimensi layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi keandalan dengan 81% pada kuadran IV, dimensi daya tanggap 78% pada kuadran III, dimensi jaminan 84% pada kuadran II, dimensi empati 78% pada kuadran III dan dimensi bukti fisik 78% pada kuadran I.

Abstract

Alokasi dana desa merupakan Program pemerintah pusat dalam melakukan akselerasi pembangunan. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga yang berada pada pelosok pedesaan. Selain dialokasikan untuk pembangunan, program juga diharapkan dapat dilakukan dengan pemberdayaan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia pedesaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka riset tentang evaluasi dana desa sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap seluruh komponen dalam implementasi program dana desa. Penelitian evaluasi ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Model evaluasi CIPP adalah singkatan dari Context, Input, Process dan Product. Pemilihan model evaluasi CIPP berdasarkan subyektifitas peneliti karena model evaluasi CIPP merupakan kerangka yang komprehensif untuk mengarahkan pelaksanaan evaluasi formatif dan evaluasi sumatif terhadap objek program, proyek, personalia, produk, institusi dan sistem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan kepada para pemangku kepentingan terkait rekomendasi hasil akhir penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil riset evaluasi diperoleh skor 77,78% untuk evaluasi Context. 87, 51% untuk evaluasi input. 71,42 % untuk evaluasi Process dan 87,51% untuk evaluasi Product. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian merekomendasikan agar program dilanjutkan dengan beberapa perbaikan dan penyempurnaan.

Abstract

Interaction is becoming more and more important in English learning. It is in relation with the need of the ability of the students to communicate in English. Success or failure in classroom language learning typically has something, if not absolutely everything, to do with the nature of interaction that takes place during lessons. The teacher interacted with the whole class by accepting feeling, praising or encouraging, accepting or using ideas of students, asking questions, lecturing, and giving directions. The teacher interacted with individual students by accepting feeling, praising or encouraging, accepting or using ideas of the student, asking questions, lecturing, giving directions, reminding noisy students, and helping the student’s work. The student interacted with the teacher by giving response to the teacher’s questions, and giving initiation. The students’ silence often happened when they were asked by the teacher. The student did not directly answer or respond to the teacher’s questions. The interaction among the students happened most of the time. In relation to the English lesson, the students interacted with their friends by talking about the activity asked by the teacher, discussing the teacher’s questions, and asking about difficult words or expressions. The results of this research were in the form of description and interpretation of the meaning of interaction. It enriched the knowledge in English Education Studies. It also gave better understanding for the students, teacher, other language learners and the researcher herself. For teachers, it would be useful as one of the references in applying the teaching method in class to get maximum result in English interaction in classroom. For students, it would be used as a reflection to make a better improvement in their participation in class and to interact more meaningfully. Interaction was not just the action of the language learners. It was an active process. There were willingness, awareness, intention, emotion, creativity, and feeling of relax in it. In the classroom, both the teacher and the students should have the willingness to participate in the interaction.

Abstract

The development of a geopark in the region should be initiated by the determination of geoheritage collected from the geological diversity inventory. The geoheritage initiation and preparation should be involved the educational institutions, we have assisted stakeholders of Bone Regency through the university community services (PkM) program in the form of the socialization of geoheritage in order to prepare and proposed Bone Geopark of South Sulawesi. To get an initial baseline of the geoheritage potential of Bone Regency and to measure participants' abilities, it begins with an FGD and a pre-test assessment, the results of the first FGD and pre-test activities showed that in general stakeholders have limited knowledge of the preparing document, characterization, and inventory of geoheritage, and geoheritage assessment. We have mentored geoheritage characterization, geodiversity inventory, and geoheritage assessment as problem-solving, which were conducted through surveys, desk study, and geoheritage assessment value methods. At the end of the activity returned to conduct FGD and post-test with involved all of the stakeholders. The results of the socialization program show a significant increase in the understanding of participants, especially the PERWIRA La Patau's was an increase of 28.5% (from 31.5% to 70%). Whereas representatives of the government, education institutions, and other non-government organizations still have limited understanding, increasing by 19.5% (from 17.0% to 36.5%). We still further proposed socialization and mentoring to prepare and propose geoheritage in the future. The geodiversity and landscape characteristics of the Bone regency can be divided into three morphology domains, namely: 1) The western part is demonstrated by the morphology domain of the highland of the volcanic complex that consists of non-volcanic, caldera, tower karst landscape features, 2) The central part is demonstrated by morphology domain of the Walanae valley that consisting of Walanae Depression and Walanae fault escarpment landscape features, 3) The eastern part is demonstrated by morphology domain of the Walanae structural lineament, the Kalamiseng volcano, the Taccipi cone karst and coastal line of the Bone Gulf landscape features. The results of the geodiversity inventory and geoheritage assessment of Bone Regency generally have suggested high scientific and educational values, moderate tourism potential, and low degradation potential. We concluded that this area has geodiversity potential and deserves to be submitted its geoheritage to the government.

Abstract

This study aims to cover the transformation of social capital in a digital society and its support for tolerance. This study used a quantitative method with descriptive content analysis. The research subjects are Twitter social media users. The object of this research is identified through user involvement in tolerance issues on social networks such as Twitter. The analysis tool that is maximized is Nvivo 12 Plus. The study reveals that disseminating harmful and intolerant content on social media platforms can pose a significant obstacle to establishing meaningful social connections. Such content is capable of provoking conflicts, reinforcing intergroup divisions, and eroding the social trust needed to foster tolerance. Fake news and negative narratives can reinforce negative stereotypes and have a significant impact on society's mindset. Promoting positive social values requires increasing digital literacy, taking a strong stance against content intolerance, implementing policies that promote tolerance, and ensuring access to information for all. This study highlights the grave danger of spreading harmful content on social media platforms like Twitter, as it can significantly threaten the building of substantial social capital. To promote digital tolerance, we need to increase literacy, enforce strict policies, strengthen online networks, and promote constructive dialogue

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of the Networked Type Integrative Learning Model in Listening for Class VII Students at UPT SMPN 8 Bangkala Barat, Kab. Jeneponto. The researcher was applied pre-experimental design the population is the first-grade students of UPT SMPN 8 Bangkala Barat, Kab. Jeneponto in academic year 2021/2022. In analyzing the numerical data, the writer was used SPSS for windows.  Based on the discussion above, we can conclude that There is an influence of the networked type of integrative learning model on the results of the listening ability of Class VII UPT SMPN 8 Bangkala Barat, Kab. Jeneponto. This can be seen from the research results above that the p-value from the pretest and posttest is lower than ? (0.000<0.05) and the degree of freedom is 22. The t-test value from the pretest and posttest can be concluded that there is a significant difference. This shows that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and, of course, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This shows that the application of the networked type of integrative learning model to Class VII students at UPT SMPN 8 Bangkala Barat, Kab. Jeneponto can improve students' listening skills

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model using Video Scribe on communication skills and motivation to learn social studies of fifth grade students of SD Inpres Tappanjeng Bantaeng Regency. This type of research is quantitative using an experimental approach. The research design used was Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were 36 students. The samples in this study were class VA with 18 students as the experimental class and class VB with 18 students as the control class. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. The instruments used were observation sheets and questionnaires. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The hypothesis tests used were Anova and Manova. The results obtained are the significance value of communication skills and motivation to learn social studies students smaller than 0.05 which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, namely there is an effect of Think Pair Share learning model using Video Write Communication Skills and Motivation to Learn Social Studies Students Grade V Elementary School.

Abstract

Lahirnya Undang-Undang Desa membawa peluang dan tantangannya tersendiri dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Peluang untuk mewujudkan desa yang sejahtera semakin terbuka, karena Undang-Undang Desa mengatur 10% dari APBN akan disalurkan ke desa. Dengan anggaran tersebut, desa diberi kewenangan untuk menggunakan anggaran yang ada demi mewujudkan desa yang makmur. Bagikan dua sisi mata uang, antara harapan dan tantangan tidak bisa dipisahkan. Anggaran 10% dari APBN tentu bukan jumlah yang sedikit bagi pembangunan desa, tapi juga bukan sesuatu yang gampang dalam pengelolaan pertanggung jawabannya. Potensi penyalahgunaan akan selalu ada, sehingga dibutuhkan kehati-hatian dan keseriusan dalam pengelolaannya. Lahirnya Undang-Undang Desa merupakan peluang bagi daerah untuk menjadikan desa sebagai pusat pertumbuhan dan kreatifitas sosial ekonomi masyarakat di desa. Pemerintah daerah akan sangat terbantu dalam memberikan sentuhan nyata dan merata bagi masyarakat desa di seluruh wilayah karena sudah ada kepastian anggaran negara yang dialokasikan langsung di setiap desa. Dalam implementasinya ke depan pemerintah daerah tinggal lebih mengefektifkan koordinasi imperative, sehingga tata kelola pemerintahan dan pembangunan bisa berjalan efektif dan tidak disorientasi.Kata Kunci: Pemerintah Desa; Tugas dan Fungsi.
