Abstract

The background of this study is an issue that is often reported in various mass media about the gap between employment and education. As well as expectations of the industry, parents and education providers. This research is qualitative research of vocational education and employment competencies for SMK graduates. The study based on several facts of employment experience and the performance of graduate job seekers. The fact is that the implementation of vocational education in Indonesia is relatively not met the expectations of the industry,is product oriented and the vocational education curriculum has not been relevant to the needs of the job market.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the values of religious education that need to be taught from an early age to children, to find out the values of moral education that need to be taught from an early age to children. This research is descriptive analysis, namely an effort to collect and compile data, then efforts are also made to analyze and interpret these data, so that it can be described in detail and in depth about the values of faith and morals. As a result of the research, it can be concluded that the values of faith and morals can be used as lessons and sources of good values in children from an early age. where each value comes from the Qur'an and Hadith. With an educational style that is able to be understood and grasped by children so that the values of faith and morals become educational values that must be instilled in children from an early age so that they will always be a guide in the future, one of which is in determining their daily attitudes so that they become good habits that are sustainable in the future.

Abstract

Isu karakter bangsa tengah menjadi perhatian yang besar bagi seluruh elemen masyarakat. Terorisme dan liberalisme dianggap sebagai dampak dari pemahaman agama yang tidak tepat, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metode yang tepat dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agama dari usia sedini mungkin, karena usia dini adalah waktu yang tepat dalam pembentukan karakter seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan menyajikan kegiatan, dan implementasi pendidikan nilai nilai akidah dan akhlak pada anak anak Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah diskriptif dan studi lapangan dengan analisis isi. Penanaman nilai-nilai akidah dan akhlak secara praktis diturunkan pada lima pilar komponen pendidkan yaitu guru, tujuan, materi/isi, metode dan eval__uasi. Kelima pilar komponen tersebut harus senantisa bersinergi dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Dalam implementasinya menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai akidah dan akhlak pada anak anak TPQ memberikan andil dalam membentuk karakter yang baik.

Abstract

The background to this study is an issue that is often reported in various mass media, regarding the interest of people who choose to send their children to Boarding School. One of the Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia is the As-Sunnah Bagiknyaka Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is a program evaluation with a descriptive-quantitative design used to evaluate the Integrated Quality Management program. The evaluation model used is the discrepancy evaluation model. The conclusions of this research are: The level of effectiveness of the customer focus quality pillar; total involvement; measurement; commitment; and the quality pillar of continuous improvement is included in the effective category. The average satisfaction level for each aspect based on assessments from high school and middle school students, religious teachers, and the results of high school and middle school documents was 74.3%; 73.9%; 67.3%; 74.3%; and 70.4%. Referring to the satisfaction criteria set, this figure falls into the range of 61%-80% which is classified as satisfied, meaning that the level of effectiveness in the five quality pillars at the As-Sunnah Bagiknyaka Islamic Boarding School is in the effective category.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan permasalahan, jenis data dan analisis, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang analisisnya didukung dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan peran, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan ibu ibu dan remaja putri dalam mengembangkan usaha konveksi agar mendapat tempat di masyarakat dan tidak tergeser oleh produk impor. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: kurikulum disusun dan dikembangkan atas dasar kebutuhan masyarakat, yang berorientasi kepada mata pencaharian dan peningkatan taraf hidup warga belajar Metode belajar dilaksanakan secara simulasi dan diskusi kelompok, dengan pendekatan andragogi, dengan cara belajar dan melakukan (learning by doing) seputar peningkatan kehidupan sehari-hari; Warga belajar, aktif mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan, mengupayakan penambahan modal, serta mengembangkan dan memperluas usaha, kecakapan sosial dan kecakapan kewirausahaan (enterpreneurship skill); Hasil yang telah dicapai telah terlaksana kegiatan pelatihan menjahit, bordir dan sablon pakaian menjadi pakaian seragam untuk kantor dan sekolah dengan kualitas unggul, pendampingan pengembangan usaha dengan pemberian hibah alat, pendampingan produksi dan pemasaran sehingga meningkatkan nilai jual pakaian serta mengoptimalkan peran perempuan dalam usaha bersama di bidang konveksi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dalam penambahan income keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of character education programs on the moral formation of students in the junior high school environment. The context of this research arises from the growing concern about the decline of moral values among adolescents, which is reflected in issues such as indiscipline, lack of respect for teachers and peers, and weak sense of responsibility in the school environment. Character education is therefore seen as one of the strategic efforts in instilling moral values such as honesty, responsibility, and respect in students from an early age. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study in one of the junior high schools in Indonesia. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, as well as documentation of character education activities. The results showed that the implementation of character education program has a positive impact on the moral behavior of students, especially in aspects of discipline, responsibility, and empathy for others. Learning that is integrated with character values, as well as support from the school environment and family, are key factors in the success of the program. However, there are still some challenges such as the lack of consistency in the implementation of the program and the limitations of teacher training in implementing a character-based approach. In conclusion, the character education program has a significant contribution in the formation of student morale, but its sustainability and effectiveness are highly dependent on the commitment of all components of the school as well as collaboration with parents. The recommendations of this study emphasize the importance of periodic evaluation, teacher training, and active involvement of all parties in building a school culture of character.
