Abstract

In line with the government's program to encourage lending to small businesses and the weak economic class which is the largest part of the Indonesian people. So it is expected that with credit based on fiduciary system can help both credit recipients and creditors. One of the parameters of a good material debt guarantee is when the right of guarantee can be executed quickly with a simple, efficient process and contains legal certainty. The specific target of this study is to explain the problem solving about the implementation of Fiduciary Guarantee Object Execution Based on the Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 at PT Pegadaian KantorWilayah II Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Saat ini masalah stunting menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah karena jumlahnya masih cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Masalah ini memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai aspek, baik dari segi kesehatan gizi maupun kebersihan lingkungan. Olahan nugget ikan lomek dapat menjadi inovasi pencegahan stunting bagi para ibu yang akan memberikan menu makanan pendamping ASI kepada anaknya. Ikan lomek (Harpodon neherus) memiliki nilai gizi yang cukup tinggi berkisar antara 46,33-50,64% dalam keadaan asin kering. Ikan ini banyak ditemukan di daerah tropis di Indo-Pasifik, termasuk Provinsi Riau. Demonstrasi pengolahan nugget ikan lomek merupakan bagian dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim KKN UNRI di kecamatan Selatpanjang Barat tahun 2022. Kegiatan demonstrasi pengolahan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu: sosialisasi cara pengolahan ikan yang baik, pengenalan ikan serta kandungan gizi ikan, praktikkan kemudian pembagian nugget ikan lomek. Kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan pengetahuan bahwa olahan nugget ikan lomek bisa menjadi ide bisnis dan makanan olahan untuk pencegahan stunting bagi masyarakat Selatpanjang Barat.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of a modified MVC (Model-View-Controller) model combined with advanced security features in an e-procurement application. The main objective of this study is to enhance both efficiency and security in the electronic procurement of goods and services. The proposed modification not only separates application logic, user interface, and database layers but also integrates critical security mechanisms, particularly in the areas of data validation, encryption, and user authentication. By applying these additional layers of protection, the system aims to minimise unauthorised access, prevent data breaches, and ensure the integrity of transactional information. The implementation results indicate that the developed e-procurement application is capable of accelerating transaction processes, maintaining data confidentiality, and significantly reducing the risk of system misuse or fraudulent activities. Furthermore, the approach supports compliance with best practices in secure software development. Therefore, the modified MVC model with integrated security features can be regarded as an effective and reliable solution to foster transparency, operational efficiency, and trustworthiness in modern electronic procurement systems.
