Abstract

Economic fluctuations in a country can influence firm value, particularly in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to examine the effect of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on firm value, both simultaneously and partially. A quantitative research method was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F-test indicate that inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates collectively have a positive and significant impact on firm value. However, the t-test results show that inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, interest rates have a positive and significant effect, while exchange rates have a negative and insignificant effect. These findings suggest that among the examined macroeconomic variables, interest rates play the most influential role in determining firm value within the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the IDX.

Abstract

This research illustrates that the use of technology, especially the internet, is currently experiencing extraordinary development which includes the use of social media as a means of communication and self-expression. One of them is Instagram social media, a platform that is currently experiencing significant growth and trends in Indonesia. The focus of this research is on legal protection for Instagram users regarding copyrights owned by rights holders for images uploaded on the platform. The research uses normative juridical methods by relying on secondary data. The research results show that there is a form of legal protection for Instagram users regarding the copyright of uploaded images. This protection is regulated based on the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. In conclusion, the legal basis contained in the Law provides a clear framework for protecting the rights of creators regarding images or visual works uploaded on platforms such as Instagram.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan martabak terang bulan Bintang di Wedoro, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dapat mengukur pengaruh variabel kualitas produk dan harga terhadap tingkat penjualan martabak terang bulan Bintang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer bersifat kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen yang pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi martabak terangbulan Bintang. Sampel ditentukan secara sengaja (convenience sampling) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penjualan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,004 untuk variabel kualitas produk dan tingkat signifikasinya sebesar 0.000 untuk variabel harga. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada penjual untuk memberikan perhatian pada kualitas produk dan merumuskan atau memformulasikan harga untuk terus memuaskan konsumen agar tercipta repeat order terhadap martabak terang bulan Bintang di Wedoro, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur.
