Abstract

BPs can build an environment that may receive timely scope and information by subordinates, and in this environment, decision making can be easy and effective. Thus, subordinates can obtain accuracy of information and scope about overall organization and take the right position to reach the target organization by considering tasks more clearly. this research uses data a questionnaire with this research population is managers and core employees of the 1,000 house construction project in Gresik City. Secondary data for this research base on literature, interviews, and other sources such as books, the internet, and others. SPSS output results show generated regression of the influence of BPs on Managerial Performance. With the meaning increasing BPs, the higher value of Managerial Performance. The results in this study support the research conducted by Saidu et al. (2017), Tanase (2013), and Eker (2009), which stated that BPs had effect on Managerial Performance despite different research objects.

Abstract

Peer to peer lending financial tech apps are widely available on the internet by 2023. The number of app users is also significantly growing, especially after the epidemic began in late 2019. It is transforming the micro-economy today as new problems and hazards emerge. This study attempts to uncover the truth about the usage of peer-to-peer lending (P2PL), specifically their speedy loan service, as one of the independent factors to be examined, along with other variables such as collection ethics and service integrity, and their influence on the user's emotional condition. As of March 2023, the Financial Service Authority (OJK) announced that at least 23 P2PL enterprises were in TWP90 (non-performing loan) and 85 unlawful online cash loan services. This leads to the belief that many users have fled from responsibility due to improper collection methods, and the pressure felt by the user is one of the reasons why the return of the lending is considered a troublesome scenario. According to this study, online cash loan service, collection ethics, and service integrity all have an impact on the emotional state of the user.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : In the modern era as we are today, there are a lot of small micro enterprises in culinary and food industry that compete in order to draw customer’s attention to buy. This research aims to understand and explains whether or not Product Packaging, Promotion, and Price influencing the Customer’s Satisfaction in the era of Green Economy. The method used here is the quantitative one categorized using descriptive approach with Surabaya people as population and sample is taken up randomly from the population. Sample used consists of 31 respondents. This research has normally distributed data, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity-free, and none of auto-correlation symptoms found. The equation of this research has the form of multiple linear regression as follows; Y= 4,359 + 0,206X1 – 0,159X2 + 0,885X3. Result of the research shows that t test of Product Packaging (X1) and Promotion (X2) do not influence significantly toward the Customer Satisfaction (Y) partially, as it is found that sig value is larger than the alpha (0.05). Meanwhile, Price (X3) influences the Customer Satisfaction (Y) significantly. In F test, it is known that the value of sig is 0.00 which is less than the alpha (0.05) and the F score is 42.257 where this is definitely larger than the F table score which is 2.95 meaning that the three independent variables influence the dependent variable simultaneously. Abstract

The aim of this research is to observe and analyze the effect of promotion, price and product quality on the buying decision of used cars in the city of Surabaya. The sample of this research is 97 respondents. Data were processed with SPSS software version 25. The results of the multiple linear regression equation test Y = 6.840 + 0.031X1 + 0.043X2 + 0.613X3, and the t test showed that price had a significant positive effect. This indicated that price was a reinforcing factor for customers to make purchases. used car. The outcomes of the F test is known that all independent variables together have a significant positive influence on the decision to buy a used car. The value of R square (R2) is 0.554.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether quality and price can influence glass purchasing decisions in Surabaya. The population is taken from residents in the Surabaya area who use glass. At the same time, a sample of 40 people was used as respondents with quantitative methods using a correlational approach. The use of questions by distributing them to respondents is a data collection technique used in this study. The data analysis technique used multiple near regression, which previously tested the validity and reliability to prevent the data from being biased. Multiple regression linear test results of Y = 6.317 + 0.397X1 + 0.424X2 + e Hypothesis testing using partial t-test and simultaneous f-test. The results of this study are that quality and price have a positive and significant effect on the purchase of glass in the Surabaya area. This is because the price of glass in the Surabaya area is considered relatively cheap and has a major influence on purchasing decisions. It's even better quality.

Abstract

Investment Funds and Beneficial Credit are business acts that collect and deliver assets to individuals with low incomes, where the motivation behind the assistance is to advance the well-being of its members. This study aims to find out how the remaining operating income affects cooperative savings and loans. This experiment was conducted on several samples totaling 33 correspondents. This study used a quantitative approach with several sample questionnaires. The results of this study were declared valid and reliable, not or free of multicollinearity, and free of heteroscedasticity. A simple linear regression model was obtained by testing 1 (one) independent variable on the dependent variable Y = 11.537 + 0.710 X1 + e, a straight linear regression model was built. From the t test it is known that cooperative acceptance of SHU (X) has a significant and positive effect on Savings and Loans (Y). To increase the welfare of members and the remaining results of operations, cooperatives need to provide loans to members with greater efficiency.

Abstract

Many UMKM entrepreneurs have recently plagiarized products sold freely on the market, resulting in losses for the first entrepreneurs who become victims of product plagiarism. Patents are exclusive rights used to protect innovative plagiarism behavior in products being developed. The reviewer wanted to examine whether there was any influence on patents & halal certification by increasing UMKM. This experiment was conducted with a sample of 32 respondents. This study uses a quantitative design with several questions in the questionnaire. The results of this study were declared valid and reliable, normally distributed, free of heteroscedasticity, and free of multicollinearity. A simple linear regression model was obtained by testing 1 (one) independent variable on the dependent variable Y = 17.347 + 0.557 X1 + e, which means that the independent variable is Patent & Halal (X1) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on increasing UMKM (Y). Therefore, entrepreneurs must refer to consumer trust because patents and halal certification are interdependent and make the market attractive to consumers

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the service quality, satisfaction, and trust of Indihome customers in Surabaya. In this study, researchers used baseline data from customers using the Indihome network. The approach used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Interviewing is a technique used to explain research but not to draw more general conclusions. This study used seven respondents living in Surabaya as the research sample. The results of this study are as follows: 1.) Service quality influences the improvement of Indihome services. 2.) Happiness affects improving Indihome services. 3.) Trust has an impact on improving Indihome services. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the company will continue to improve the quality of its services and products so that customers are happier and remain loyal to Indihome products.

Abstract

 This research which aims to determine the impact of using the Qris payment system on MSME sales turnover in Surabaya. The research was aimed at UMKM merchants and consumers who use the Qris payment system in the city of Surabaya, with a population of 70 people from teenagers to adults. Of these 70 respondents, the authors also make it as a sample. The author chose the quantitative method in this study with the process of accumulating data by distributing questionnaires. The test uses simple linear regression, using instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and also multicollinearity tests. Then proceed with the classical test which consists of a normality test, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity test. Based on the results of the t test, a simple linear regression equation is formed, namely Y = 13.985 + 0.726x, which means that the lack of use of the Qris payment system is fixed, so the effect on sales turnover also does not change. Likewise, if the use of the Qris payment system increases, the effect on sales turnover will also increase. The Qris payment system is highly recommended for consumers and MSMEs in Surabaya in the process of buying and selling transactions, as well as payments that are practical, easy, and guaranteed security.

Abstract

In conducting this research, the author’s goal was to see how big the Impact of Product Packaging, Quality of Raw Materials, and Promotion on Social Media on sales of Pink Lava Products in Surabaya, with a population of 120 people. The author also made the 120 respondents as samples in the study. Quantitative methods are defined in this study, with the main data collected through questionnaires and distributed to respondents using the Google form. The test was carried out using simple linear regression, and then an instrument test was carried out; the classical assumptions were continued by testing the hypothesis using the t-test. From the t-test results on the effect of product packaging on the quality of raw materials and promotion on social media on product sales, we get a linear regression form Y = 3.077 + 0.338X1 + 0.284X2 + 0.292 +e. From the results of linear regression, it was concluded that product packaging, quality, raw materials, and promotions on social media have a positive and relevant effect on sales of Pink Lava products in Surabaya
