Abstract

All educational institutions, both private and public, have a role and responsibility to continue to provide quality education. In the context of policy, educational institutions must be able to produce strategic policies that are not only student-centered, but also able to facilitate school members to carry out their functions optimally. This study focuses on policies taken on COVID-19 disaster risk reduction (PRB) in Yogyakarta Tumbuh Schools (SD Tumbuh 1, SD Tumbuh 2, SD Tumbuh 3, SD Tumbuh 4, SMP Tumbuh, and Tumbuh High School). This study used qualitative methods with a literature and empirical approach. The data is obtained from the COVID-19 disaster emergency response policy formulated by the School Principal, HRM, and phenomena that occur in schools. The data used are in the form of circular letters as policy products, and various documents. The results showed that the DRR policies in Growing Schools applied humanist principles that were able to accommodate the needs of school residents (students, teachers, and staff). Policy implementation is carried out in a systematic flow so that it is easily understood by school residents and is made by prioritizing the deliberations of the leaders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kawruh Ki Ageng Suryomentaram dapat diintegrasikan dalam Penguatan Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (library reseach). Metode penggalian data menggunakan metode dokumentasi tematis (mengumpulkan tulisan dengan tema Ki Ageng Suryomentaram dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila). Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) dengan tahapan deskripsi, reduksi, dan seleksi. Hasil penelitian adalah konsep kawruh pamomong berupa aspek sumerep, raos sih, dan keindahan. Karakter yang perlu dimiliki oleh pendidik ialah mulur mungkret yang dapat diimplementasikan dengan rumus nemsa (enam sa), yaitu sabutuhe, sacukupe, saperlune, sabenere, samestine, dan sapenake. Integrasi Kawruh Pamomong ini dilakukan dengan alur menentukan tema pilihan, pemberian opsi tema, penentuan topik, dan pelaksanaan. Selain itu, integrasi dilaksanakan dengan menentukan dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila, elemen, sub-elemen, dan target pencapaian.

Abstract

Transformasi budaya untuk sekolah dasar sangat penting diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran. Terutama etnopedagogi dalam berbagai pembelajaran baik Bahasa Jawa maupun mata pelajaran lainnya. Riset ini tujuannya: (1) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa di SD; (2) mendeskripsikan persepsi guru SD terhadap etnopedagogi dan impementasinya; (3) menganalisis kesulitan pembelajaran basa Jawa kurikulum merdeka.  Metode riset ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek riset ini adalah 100 pengajar SD di kabupaten Magelang. Instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa tema mengenai etnopedagogi yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang menggabungkan kearifan lokal ke dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Konsep riset menekankan pentingnya menggunakan kearifan lokal, nilai-nilai budaya, dan tradisi masyarakat setempat sebagai basis pembelajaran.  Sebanyak 80 % dari 100 guru menyarakan etnopedagogi penting dipahami dan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka baik muatan lokal maupun lima bidang studi. Kesulitan pembelajaran basa Jawa dalam media dan strategi pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka. Kesulitan dalam mengajarkan dan merencanakan materi pembelajaran wayang, macapat dan aksara Jawa dan parikan.
