Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi atas permasalahan yang terjadi dalam lingkup kinerja karyawan di Koperasi PNM Pancasila Wera. Maka dari itu melakukan pelaksanaan pengetahuan, keterampilan, motivasi kerja, dan etos kerja Islam dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Mengingat sumber daya manusia sangat berperan aktif dalam tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripstif. Data yang diambil merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam metode ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan analisis model Miles dan Huberman, analisis ini dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung, dan setelah selesai pengumpulan data dalam periode tertentu. Sedangkan untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peningkatan kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan Koperasi PNM Pancasila Wera berupa pelatihan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, pemahaman motivasi kerja dan etos kerja Islam guna semakin meningkatnya kinerja karyawan yang baik dan berdampak pada pelayanan yang cepat. (2) Kendala yang terjadi di Koperasi PNM Pancasila Wera terbagi menjadi dua yaitu kendala internal dan eksternal. Kendala internal yang sering terjadi kurangnya pemahaman karyawan atas tugas yang diberikan, sedangkan kendala eksternal berupa terbatasnya pemateri yang dibutuhkan dan alat pemenuhan motivasi kerja. (3) Atas kendala yang terjadi, solusi yang tepat atas seluruh aspek kendala adalah memberikan reward/fee kepada karyawan yang telah menyelesaikan targetnya, dengan begitu akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan jumlah anggota/nasabah untuk menggunakan produk yang dijual

Abstract

The elderly are an important age group for the survival of a country because they are experiencedhuman resources and have very valuable knowledge. Tofind out the Effect of the Implementation of Posyandu for the Elderly on the Productivity of the Elderly in Batu Putik village, Keruak HealthCenter Working Area. This study is an analytical study using a cross sectional design, a sample of66 elderly people in Batu Putik village, Keruak Health Center working area, which was obtainedusing proportionate random sampling. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data processing used theSpearman Rho statistical test (p≤ 0.05). In the characteristics of the respondents, the respondents with the highest number of respondents were in the age range of 60-69 years with a total of 45 people (68%), the respondents with the most gender were women witha total of 36 people (55%), the respondents with the highest level of employment were PEtani witha total of 40 people (61%) and the respondents with the highest level of education, namely not in school with a total of 40 people (61%). In the implementation of the posyandu, most of the respondents had a good category of 50 respondents (76%), in the productivity of the elderly, mostof the respondents had a good category of 21 respondents (42.0%). The results of this study concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. There is an effect of the implementation ofthe elderly Posyandu on the productivity of the elderly in Batu Putik village, the working area of the Keruak Health Center

Abstract

One method for developing and managing a business is to apply the Zachman framework to the organization. This approach is also used by companies such as By.U for analysis and organization. The method of determining the use of By.U application company, a service provider, applying the Zachman framework, provides a practical area for businesses to evaluate the best course of action for creating an enterprise architecture related to significant issues with daily operations such as the insecurity of mobile phone numbers if they are written on manual paper at the pulse counter, this causes a large number of sms from unknown numbers. The results showed that the By.U application plays an important role in providing information about the choice of internet data package products. In addition, the implementation of the Zachman framework provides easy access for businesses to recognize benefits and drawbacks that arise based on the details of the services offered and provided by these organizations, making it easier for corporate representatives to make decisions within the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of worker competence and position equality on work culture among outsourcing workers in the Dumai Integrated Development Zone. Worker competence is measured through their skills and knowledge, while position equality refers to workers' perceptions of fair treatment in task distribution and career opportunities. The work culture examined involves the values, norms, and behaviors applied in the work environment. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey research design. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to outsourcing workers in the area and analyzed using linear regression techniques to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results indicate that both worker competence and position equality significantly influence the formation of a positive work culture. These findings provide insights for managers and related parties in formulating human resource management policies, particularly for outsourcing workers, to create a more productive and harmonious work environment.

Abstract

A floor-cleaning robot requires a stable and consistent movement to ensure effective cleaning. This study implements a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control system using Arduino Uno to regulate the DC motor’s speed and rotation. A well-tuned PID system ensures smooth and constant motion, optimizing the cleaning process. Without PID control, the robot’s movement can become inconsistent, reducing its cleaning efficiency. The research focuses on designing and implementing a PID system to achieve constant speed and rotation through programming. The selected PID parameters are Kp = 0.2, Ki = 50, and Kd = 0, effectively making it a Proportional-Integral (PI) controller. Experiments were conducted under two conditions: (1) unloaded motor testing—where the motor’s rotational stability was assessed without external load, and (2) loaded robot operation—where the robot was tested while cleaning a dirty floor. Results showed that the DC motor's unloaded speed was initially 5 RPM, stabilizing at 10.62 RPM. Under load, the robot's speed started at 0.2 RPM, peaked at 6.85 RPM, and maintained an average velocity of 4.85 cm/s. The robot demonstrated consistent motion in forward, left-turn, and right-turn maneuvers, achieving 13-degree rotations in 30 seconds. The robot was able to operate for 30 minutes, maintaining a stable speed between the 3rd and 22nd minute, before declining as battery power depleted. The findings confirm that the implementation of a PI controller effectively stabilizes motor rotation and enhances floor-cleaning efficiency. Additionally, this control method can be adapted to larger-scale robots and various DC/AC motor systems.
