Abstract

ABSTRAK UKM Bank Sampah Mandiri merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang, namun masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, terutama dalam hal pemasaran dan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, pemasaran melalui platform eCommerce menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing UKM. Selain itu, pembuatan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan terstruktur juga menjadi kunci dalam memperoleh dukungan finansial dan meningkatkan kepercayaan dari pihak eksternal. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dilakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan kepada UKM Bank Sampah Mandiri untuk dapat menyusun laporan keuangan yang lebih teratur dan terstruktur serta memperkenalkan pemasaran berbasis eCommerce sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan efisiensi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan kepada UKM Bank Sampah Mandiri di Kota Batam dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pemasaran berbasis eCommerce. Pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka dan online untuk memaksimalkan partisipasi peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah UKM Bank Sampah Mandiri mampu menyusun laporan keuangan secara lebih baik dan teratur, serta memahami pentingnya pemasaran berbasis eCommerce dan mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UKM Bank Sampah Mandiri dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan keuangannya serta meningkatkan penjualan melalui pemasaran berbasis eCommerce. Selain itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini juga dapat menjadi model bagi UKM lainnya dalam mengelola keuangan dan memasarkan produknya. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan masyarakat lokal dalam bidang teknologi digital dan pemasaran. Kata Kunci: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Laporan keuangan, Pemasaran berbasis eCommerce ABSTRACT Mandiri Garbage Bank UKM is one of the MSMEs that has great potential for development, but still faces several challenges, especially in terms of marketing and preparing financial reports. In an increasingly advanced digital era, marketing through eCommerce platforms is very important to increase the competitiveness of SMEs. In addition, preparing accurate and structured financial reports is also the key to obtaining financial support and increasing the trust of external parties. Through this community service program, coaching and training is carried out for Mandiri Garbage Bank SMEs to be able to prepare financial reports that are more regular and structured and introduce eCommerce-based marketing as a way to increase sales and efficiency. This community service aims to provide guidance to Mandiri Garbage Bank UKM in Batam City in preparing eCommerce-based financial and marketing reports. Training is conducted face-to-face and online to maximize participant participation. The result of this activity is that Mandiri Garbage Bank SMEs are able to prepare better and more regular financial reports, and understand the importance of eCommerce-based marketing and are able to utilize digital technology in developing their business. Thus, it is hoped that Mandiri Garbage Bank SMEs can increase efficiency in managing their finances and increase sales through eCommerce-based marketing. In addition, this community service activity can also be a model for other SMEs in managing finances and marketing their products. In addition, this activity also contributes to improving the skills and capabilities of local communities in the field of digital technology and marketing. Abstract

This research aims to identify and categorize badminton strategies using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model combined with BlazePose architecture and Mediapipe Pose Solution tools, yielding understandable and practical results. The challenge of finding the best mobility strategy for badminton serves as the primary motivation for this study. The research employs an image recognition and supervised learning approach to classify poses in badminton training videos. The training data comprises various photos and images representing different badminton techniques, such as Service Technique and Smash Technique. After data processing, the CNN model is trained using the training data to identify and classify poses in badminton training videos. Testing is conducted using test data, and classification accuracy is evaluated using the CNN method. The results show that the CNN model implemented alongside BlazePose and Mediapipe Pose Solution achieves significant classification accuracy, ranging from 80% to 90%. Thus, this research presents an effective and practical method for classifying badminton strategies based on poses in training videos.

Abstract

The technology of the metaverse has been a topic of discussion in the tech sector recently, and the implementation of the metaverse in the future is one of the most anticipated things for internet users around the world, allowing users to become the avatar they want in the virtual universe. To see how someone approaches metaverse technology, we can analyze it by looking at various opinions that emerge from the sentiment of internet users, one of which is from the social media Twitter. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Twitter users' opinions, which is one of the most popular internet social media platforms. The researcher collects tweet data using the snscrape library in the Python programming language, a tool for mass data collection from Twitter. Then, the analysis of the sentiment of Twitter user opinions is carried out using the Lexicon Based method, which is a method that uses a dictionary of words to categorize the sentiment of a text. The results of this study show that the Lexicon Based method can classify the sentiment of Twitter user opinions related to metaverse technology with an accuracy value of 84%. This shows that the results of sentiment analysis using the Lexicon Based method have a good level of accuracy in performance in analyzing the sentiment of Twitter user opinions related to metaverse technology.

Abstract

The presence of individual cognitive distortions can affect the motives for undisciplinary behavior. The study aims to obtain an empirical view of the impact of the implementation of engineering therapy results–Mindset therapy (Motivational Interviewing and The Decision Fostering Intervention) on the improvement of disciplinary behavior. The subjects of the study were beneficiaries in the Satuan Pelayanan Griya Ramah Anak Bogor, three teenagers aged 16 – 17 who had problems with undisciplinary behavior. Non-disciplinary behavior is the behavior of not following the activities of worship, sleeping during social guidance, and not following the evening learning activities. The research uses a quantitative approach to the single subject design method with an A-B-A reversal design. Data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The validity test of the questionnaire uses face-to-face validity tests and statistics. The reliability test uses the alpha-Cronbach statistical test, while the recording of events is done by calculating percentage agreement. The results of the study showed that Mindset therapy influenced a decrease in targeted behavior, thus indicating an improvement in the disciplinary behavior of the three research subjects. This is demonstrated through the tendency of graph orientation and data analysis results, as well as the presence of increased questionnaire response scores between before and after interventions of three research subjects.

Abstract

The assessment of student learning outcomes is a mandatory process in educational institutions, whether they are formal or non-formal, with the aim of monitoring and evaluating student progress during the learning process. With the advancement of technology, there are many processes that can be integrated with information technology to simplify existing procedures. The purpose of this research is to facilitate schools in making decisions regarding the results of the learning assessment process by using predefined attributes. The attributes used as reference for consideration are assignments, mid-term exams (UTS), and final exams (UAS). Therefore, this study is built using the SAW method and the PHP programming language supported by the Laravel framework. The output of this research is an information system that supports decision-making in assessing student learning outcomes in the form of subject rankings and provides transparency and convenience for students to access their grades or the final results of the student learning assessment process.

Abstract

Public health centers play a crucial role as frontline healthcare service providers, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of their communities. Ensuring the delivery of the best possible services is a primary responsibility. However, one significant challenge they face is the manual recording of general medical services, making the process susceptible to transaction recording errors. This study's objective is to develop an analysis and design for a cash receipt application tailored to medical action services, addressing this issue. To achieve this goal, the research employs various methods, including data collection through interviews and documentation techniques. The current system is thoroughly analyzed, identifying its shortcomings and areas for improvement. Additionally, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is employed to create a comprehensive design for the proposed cash receipt application. The outcome of this study is a well-crafted design for a medical action service cash receipt application. This application has the potential to streamline the process, reduce errors, and enhance the overall efficiency of health center operations. Implementing this system could significantly contribute to the improvement of healthcare services in the community, ultimately benefitting the public's health and well-being.

Abstract

The advancement of technology, particularly the use of gadgets, has become an integral part of daily life, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of gadgets in Indonesia has surged significantly, reaching 50.92% in 2018. However, excessive online gaming addiction, which negatively impacts the development of both children and adults, is a downside of excessive gadget use. Therefore, there is a need for alternative entertainment options that also have educational value, such as the puzzle game Sudoku. This study aims to design and develop a Flutter-based Sudoku game application with an intuitive user interface, customizable gameplay, and educational features. The software development method employed is the Waterfall model, with stages including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The Sudoku application is expected to provide entertainment, enhance logical and concentration skills, and serve as a reference for other application developers seeking to integrate Flutter in game development.

Abstract

Tourism is a popular choice for travelers exploring a city. Typically, people rely on Google Reviews to assess the quality of tourist spots by checking ratings and reading reviews. However, discrepancies between reviews and ratings can occur. In this case study, we focus on Taman Wisata Taman Laut Batam in Batam city. Using the Decision tree method, we conducted sentiment analysis. The results revealed more positive sentiments (200) than negative sentiments (141). The F1-score accuracy was 79.59%, with a margin of error of ±8.78%. Precision for positive predictions was 71.00%, while negative predictions had 77.49% precision. Recall values were 75.53% for positive predictions and 62.09% for negative predictions. Overall, positive sentiment predictions achieved an F1-score of 87.07%, while negative predictions scored 74.73%.

Abstract

In today's era, some people require more specialized marketplaces for selling items such as driving equipment or automotive-related products. Individuals need consignment services to sell their driving gear like helmets, driving jackets, and other related items. Many people face difficulties in finding suitable and secure storage spaces for their belongings. This study explores the rapid expansion of internet usage, which has spurred the emergence of new business models, notably online marketplaces for buying and selling goods. The research focuses on developing a simple yet effective online store platform, particularly tailored for sellers at the Indonesian Helmet Shop. Employing the prototype method, this research constructs the application through various modeling techniques including use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The primary objective is to create a lightweight, web-based marketplace application that enhances the transaction process between consignment providers and consumers. Preliminary findings suggest that the application facilitates efficient user interactions and transactions. However, further development is required in the areas of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to ensure greater consumer satisfaction and engagement. This study underscores the potential of tailored digital solutions in optimizing e-commerce platforms, particularly in specialized market sectors.

Abstract

PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk atau lebih dikenal dengan Indomaret merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang retail dimana perusahaan ini setiap harinya harus memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Konsumen cenderung memperhatikan harga pada label dan tata letak produk. Pada label harga tertera harga promo dan periode promo. Hal ini menimbulkan kekecewaan bagi konsumen yang tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus mencermati pola pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Untuk mengetahui produk yang dibeli secara bersamaan, digunakan aturan asosiasi (data association rule) yaitu teknik Data Mining untuk menemukan aturan asosiasi dari suatu kombinasi item. Proses pencarian asosiasi menggunakan metode algoritma apriori yang dapat menghasilkan pengetahuan yang terdapat pada data transaksi nasabah, mengenai pola pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Berdasarkan perhitungan algoritma apriori yang memenuhi nilai minimum confidence dan diuji dengan software Tanagra, toko Indomaret rule tertinggi muncul pada produk Instant Oil dan Noodle dengan nilai Support 43.3% dan confidence 92.8%, hal ini sama dengan perhitungan manual algoritma apriori. Kemudian dapat diatur tata letak produk yang berdekatan untuk memudahkan keberadaan produk dan mempermudah dalam menentukan persediaan promo produk yang diinginkan oleh konsumen dan dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan manager dalam mengatur aktivitas perusahaan.
