Abstract

Penerapan E-Procurement Dalam Proses Pengadaan Barang/Jasa. Pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah menggunakan sistem yang sering di sebut dengan e-procurement, merupakan sistem yang dikembangkan oleh Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/jasa pemerintah (LKPP) yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan proses pengadaan yang efisien, efektif, terbuka, bersaing, transparan, tidak diskriminatif dan akuntabel sehingga menghasilkan produk pekerjaan atau jasa yang kompetitif. Pada penerepannya, banyak kendala-kendala yang dihadapi, mulai dari sisi penganggaran, keterbatasan Sumber daya manusia dan perangkat sistem untuk menunjang pelaksanaan e-procurement. Penerapan e-procurement pada Pemerintah Kota Dumai dalam proses pengadaan barang/jasa dimulai pada Tahun Anggaran 2012, hingga tahun 2020, sudah delapan tahun Pemerintah Kota Dumai menerapkan e-procurement, dengan menghasilkan total efisiensi anggaran sebesar Rp. 83.338.897.116 selama delapan tahun penerapan e-procurement dengan tingkat efisiensi sebesar Rp. 10.417.362.140, tingkat persentase 6,62%. Dengan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi, pelaksanaan e-procurement dinilai mampu memberikan manfaat yang cukup signifikan, berbeda dengan pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa non e-procurement yang dinilai minim tingkkat efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan, serta tidak terciptanya proses pengadaan yang akuntabel dan terbuka, maka pelaksanaan e-procurement dinilai wajib dilaksanakan untuk menciptakan iklim pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah yang sehat dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Accounting profession is rapidly evolving with the integration of digital technologies, requiring early exposure and training of future accountants. The community service program focused on high school students aimed to educate them about accounting digital transformation through a seminar and hands-on workshop using the Accurate Online accounting application. The program combined service learning with experiential learning structured using IPARD model to enhance students’ knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems and practical accounting skils. The event, which consisted of grades 11 and 12 high school students, demonstrated significant engagement and increased comprehension of digital tools in accounting practices. The program is not only expanded students’ awareness of cloud-based tools but also established a foundation for long-term educational collaboration

Abstract

Research aim: This research aims to identify factors that influence Electric Vehicles (EV) ownership in Indonesia, including environmental knowledge, awareness, attitudes and affordability as intervention factors in purchasing decisions. Method: A quantitative approach was used with a questionnaire survey of 136 eligible respondents. Research Findings: Environmental knowledge, awareness, and attitudes have a positive influence on ownership of Electric Vehicles (EV). Attitudes also have a significant impact on purchase intentions, with price affordability as an intervening factor. Theoretical Contribution: This research adds to the literature on the adoption of environmentally friendly technology and consumer behavior in owning Electric Vehicles (EV) in Indonesia. Implications for Practitioners: The research results provide insights for manufacturers, marketers, and policymakers to increase the adoption of Electric Vehicles (EV) through education, environmental awareness campaigns, and price incentives. Research Limitations: Limitations of this research include the limited sample size and not considering infrastructure and policy factors that can also influence the adoption of Electric Vehicles (EV).
