Abstract

In this paper, the existence of the Cramer method is discussed as a solution to solving SPL in the case of electrical circuits. The Cramer method is a method used in the problem of solving systems of linear equations. The Cramer method was invented by a mathematician from Switzerland named Gabriel Cramer in 1704-1752. The steps that must be done in calculating the strength of the current flowing in a circuit are. (1) By applying Kirchoff's Law obtained several equations, (2) Write the equations obtained from step 1 into a system of equations, (3) Represent the system of equations into a form of matrix multiplication, (4) Calculate the values of the current strength using the formula of the Cramer method. Abstract

Isu lingkungan merupakan topik penelitian yang sering dilakukan akhir-akhir ini, salah isu tersebut adalah adalah emisi karbon. Salah satu gas emisi karbon terbesar muncul dari tindakan-tindakan manusia seperti transportasi, pertambangan, aktifitas konstruksi dan industri. Dari sisi operasional, strategi penjadwalan terbukti secara signifikan mengurangi emisi karbon. Strategi ini dianggap lebih efektif dan rendah biaya. Flexible Job Shop adalah salah satu jenis penjadwalan mesin pada industri dan merupakan pengembangan dari Job Shop. Kebanyakan penelitian terkait Flexible Job Shop menggunakan waktu pemerosesan bilangan crisp, pada kenyataannya faktor keterlibatan manusia, kerusakan mesin, maupun penurunan kinerja mesin mengakibatkan adanya ketidakpastian pada waktu pemerosesan pekerjaan, penelitian ini akan menyelesaikan Penjadwalan Flexible Job Shop dimana waktu pemerosesan dalam bentuk bilangan grey dengan dua fungsi tujuan yaitu makespan dan emisi karbon. Memetic Algorithm yaitu kombinasi algoritma NSGA-II dan Tabu Search digunakan untuk menyelesaikan kasus ini, hasil yang diproleh kombinasi algoritma ini memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan penggunaan satu algoritma.

Abstract

The implementation of community service carried out by vocational colleges certainly refers to the application of existing community skills in the educational environment. Increased knowledge and skills can be followed by an increase in the competitiveness of an educational institution. The implementation of the Solar Panel Module learning system and the basic introduction of electrical circuits will spur the development of learning systems through development of technology and information. Training with the application of the Solar Panel Module design method and the basic practice module of electrical circuits can answer the problems that exist in partners. The Collaborative Community Service Training that will be held is expected to establish a good relationship between the TCSC team of Medan State Polytechnic by involving institutions from other universities at home and abroad and Muhammadiyah 12 Elementary School Medan as a fostered partner by establishing an electrical engineering extracurricular activity at the elementary school level that can compete with other schools. The implementation of the training and learning methods is conducted in several stages. Firstly, a survey of activity implementation is conducted to build joint commitment with partners. This is followed by transferring knowledge gained from the Solar Panel Module training, which ultimately prepares for the establishment of a technology-based electrical engineering extracurricular activity tailored to the elementary school level.

Abstract

Saham merupakan salah satu aset investasi yang semakin populer dikalangan masyrakat dengan berkembangnya digitalisasi. Namun investasi pada saham memiliki resiko karena fluktuasi harga saham yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan nilai investasi. Analisis fundamental yang berfokus pada performa perusahaan dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam pemilihan saham. Metode Data Envelopment Analysis Range Adjusted Measure (DEA-RAM) dapat digunakan untuk menentukan performa dari suatu perusahaan yang diwakili oleh saham tersebut. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menangani input maupun output bernilai negatif yang tidak dapat diakomodasi oleh DEA CCR klasik. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Indeks Global MSCI Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja efisiensi terbaik dibandingkan perusahaan lainnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the capacitance value of a supercapacitor using TiO2 and coconut shells as organic rGO from natural waste. The method used to produce this material is to use wet chemistry by adding H2SO4 to coconut shell carbon to improve its electrolyte properties. After that, when applying a supercapacitor, phosphoric acid is used. The results obtained from this research are that the highest value is in a ratio of 1:1 at a value of 489 µF with a decrease in the last measurement at a value of 426 µF, while the lowest capacitance value is in a ratio of 1:3. Based on the measurement results obtained a capacitance value of 58 µF and a reduction value capacity up to 53 µF.

Abstract

This research aims to make a step-by-step process to determine the most optimal completion time for the Flexible Job Shop Scheduling case. Flexible Job Shop Scheduling which not only aims to sequence operations on jobs but also chooses the machine to be used in processing an operation makes this scheduling more complicated than ordinary Job Shop Scheduling. This scheduling involves interval-shaped gray numbers to accommodate uncertainty in job ordering time. This further extends the complexity of scheduling. To solve this case a metaheuristic algorithm namely Tabu Search will be used. This algorithm uses mutation on the solution a number of iterations until it produces the best solution. The use of a tabu list in the Tabu Search algorithm to ensure the search is not trapped in the local minimum.

Abstract

Kajian ini memaparkan hasil Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Pematang Tanah Jawa Kabupaten Simalungun. Sekolah mengalami kendala dalam pelayanan Proses Belajar Mengajar Daring pada masa pandemi karena akses internet yang terbatas di lingkungan sekolah. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra meningkatkan layanan dalam proses PBM maupun administrasi pada era digital. Akses internet akan membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan guru maupun siswa, selain itu akses internet dapat mempermudah proses administrasi antarinstansi yang saat ini sudah serba oline. Kehadiran akses internet juga menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengikuti Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI. Metode yang dipakai dalam PKM ini untuk mencapai tujuan antara lain melakukan survey, wawancara, dan koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait untuk memperoleh data/informasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, diimplementasikan, dan dievaluasi secara keseluruhan. Program pengbdian dilaksanakan melalui 3 tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan yaitu melakukan survey dan wawancara terhadap pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam hal ini mitra PKM, tim divisi BGES (Business, Government, and Enterprise Services) Telkom Siantar, dan tim indihome untuk mendapatan informasi / data yang diperlukan, tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pengadaan jaringan yang bekerjasama dengan tim indihome, dan tahap akhir yaitu melakukan review, evaluasi, dan pemantauan oleh tim PKM untuk melihat ketercapaian tujuan program PKM. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian diperoleh bahwa pengadaan akses internet dapat meningkatkan pelayanan PBM. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya kehadiran guru di sekolah dan semakin aktifnya siswa terlibat dalam PBM. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antar semangat guru dan siswa. Peningkatan pelayanan PBM juga mempengaruhi pencapaian akademik siswa. Dari data diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa yang sebelumnya 60 saat ini mencapai nilai 80.

Abstract

The decision to choose stock assets must be analyzed properly with careful consideration as many series of alternatives so that the results of the selection maximize the achievement of expected profit or benefit. Several alternative decision choices are needed for comparison so that the decision to be taken can achieve its target, namely the right decision to maximize the success. Therefore, a comprehensive approach is needed in choosing a decision so that the results of the decision are in accordance with the success of a profit or benefit. Decision making with several criteria (Multi-criteria as decisions making) is one of the approach methods that can be used to sort out between decisions that are more appropriate or in accordance with existing conditions. Basically, the purpose of this method is so that decision makers can determine the right decision in the situation and conditions experienced with which decision alternative is more appropriate. There are several criteria for an object to be selected and then written in a linear mathematical modeling. The selection of shares to be purchased using the objective function of maximizing returns, and making the Mean Absolute Deviation risk function, a constraint function.
