Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of marketing strategies on MSME Butter Sweety. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participant observation, a SWOT analysis was conducted to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results indicate that the strength of MSMEs lies in product quality and good marketing strategies, although there are weaknesses in digital promotion and product diversification. Opportunities lie in the e-commerce market and consumer trends that favor high-quality products, while threats come from intense competition and changes in consumer trends. The proposed strategies include developing premium products, strengthening cultural heritage narratives, and expanding distribution networks through local partnerships. This study provides strategic insights for developing a business model that is more responsive to market needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cyberbullying yang dialami oleh karyawan pengguna sosial media pada salah satu sekolah di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 84 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala cyberbullying dan self disclosure untuk mengukur cyberbullying dan self disclosure pada responden penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat korelasi positif sebesar 0.466 (p < 0.05) sehingga disimpulkan bahwasanya terdapat korelasi antara self disclosure dengan cyberbullying yang dialami oleh karyawan pengguna sosial media, di mana semakin tinggi self disclosure maka semakin tinggi pula cyberbullying yang dialami oleh karyawan pengguna sosial media dan sebaliknya, semakin rendah self disclosure maka semakin rendah pula cyberbullying yang dialami oleh karyawan pengguna sosial media.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of digital competence and work ability on employee performance at PT Buana Fajar Anugrah. The research method used is a quantitative approach based on a sample of 35 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using purposive sampling techniques and using a Likert scale. Data processing used validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.448; (2) Work ability has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient reaching 0.453; (3) Digital literacy and work ability have a big influence on employee performance with a contribution reaching 67%, while 33% is influenced by other variables that have not been analyzed. This study indicates that increasing digital literacy and work ability can improve employee performance at PT Buana Fajar Anugrah.
