Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the perception of the people of the city of Tasikmalaya on the use of Financial Technology. The data collection technique used the in-depth interview method to 15 informants, the analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that Fintech is easy to use, with the perception that if you use a certain system it will be free of effort. This indicates that the perception of usefulness is closely related to effectiveness, the more benefits obtained by the people of Tasikmalaya City in using technology, the effectiveness of its use can be achieved. The public understands the benefits and use of fintech because the use of fintech is considered more efficient and effective than other financial services so that people are motivated to use fintech. The hope of the people of the city of Tasikmalaya for fintech organizers to provide socialization and ease of using the service, so that people who are less technologically literate can use it easily.Keywords: Perception; Financial Technology.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk menilai persepsi masyarakat kota Tasikmalaya terhadap penggunaan Financial Technology. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode in depth interview terhadap 15 informan pelaku, teknik analisa menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fintech mudah digunakan, dengan persepsi bahwa jika menggunakan sistem tertentu maka akan bebas dari usaha. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi kegunaan sangat berkaitan dengan efektivitas, semakin banyak kegunaan yang didapatkan oleh masyarakat Kota Tasikmalaya dalam menggunakan teknologi maka efektivitas penggunaanya pun dapat tercapai. Masyarakat memahami manfaat dan penggunaan fintech karena penggunaan fintech dirasa lebih efisien dan efektif dibandingkan jasa keuangan terdahulu sehingga masyarakat termotivasi untuk menggunakan fintech. Harapan masyarakat kota Tasikmalaya kepada penyelenggara fintech agar memberikan sosialisasi dan kemudahaan dalam menggunakan layanan, sehingga masyarakat yang kurang dalm literasi teknologi dapat menggunakannya dengan mudah.Kata kunci: Perception; Financial Technology.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aimed of this research was to determine and analyze the determinants of products that have an impact on purchasing decisions and marketing performance of the Woven Craft Center in Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is a survey method. The sampling method in this study was to use the accidental sampling method with a sample size of 150 respondents. The analysis tool used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that innovation and product design in woven crafts in Tasikmalaya are classified as very good, prices for woven crafts in Tasikmalaya are classified as good, consumer purchasing decisions on woven crafts in Tasikmalaya are classified as good, and marketing performance on woven crafts in Tasikmalaya is in the very good classification. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be found that there is an effect of product innovation, product design, and price simultaneously and partially on the purchasing decisions of consumers of woven crafts in Tasikmalaya. As well as consumer purchasing decisions affect the marketing performance of the Woven Craft Center in Tasikmalaya.Keywords: innovation; product design; price; buying decision; marketing performances.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penentu produk yang berdampak pada keputusan pembelian dan kinerja pemasaran Sentra Kerajinan Anyaman di Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode accidental sampling dengan ukuran sampel 150 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Inovasi dan desain produk pada kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam klasifikasi sangat baik, harga pada kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik, keputusan pembelian konsumen pada kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik, dan kinerja pemasaran pada kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam klasifikasi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh inovasi produk, desain produk, dan harga secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen kerajinan anyaman di Tasikmalaya. Serta keputusan pembelian konsumen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran Sentra Kerajinan Anyaman di Tasikmalaya. Kata Kunci: inovasi; desain produk; harga; keputusan pembelian; kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

High school students and fresh graduates searching for employment often lack the confidence to create competitive application documents due to their limited work experience. This community service program, conducted at Transmart Mall Tasikmalaya, aimed to enhance the skills of high school students and fresh graduates in creating digital portfolios. The goal was to boost their confidence in job applications, increase their competitiveness in securing careers that align with their aspirations, and ultimately reduce unemployment rates. The program utilized a participatory method through seminars and workshops. Participants were taught the importance of creating portfolios that attract recruiters' attention and were guided to create their own portfolios using the CakeResume platform. Evaluation was conducted through pre and post training questionnaires distributed via Google Forms sent through the workshop group. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the importance of portfolios, an improvement in their confidence in creating digital portfolios, and high satisfaction with the community service workshop. Moreover, the participatory approach used in this program was effective in achieving the set objectives, particularly in enhancing participants' employability. The program's implications for local industries and companies include providing practical insights and valuable networking opportunities for participants.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of DANA e-wallet’s ease of use on user interest among private university students in Tasikmalaya City. This study employs a quantitative method, using both primary and secondary data. Data collection was conducted through surveys/questionnaires. The population in this study comprises private university students in Tasikmalaya City, totaling 18,173 individuals, with sample selection through probability sampling. The sample size for this study is 100 people. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis and verification analysis (simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and t-test). The results show that the ease of use of the DANA e-wallet has a positive and significant influence on user interest, with a t-table value of 1.984 < t-count 4.817 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of DANA e-wallet’s ease of use to user interest is 19.1%, while the remaining 81.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. This means that the higher the ease of use of the DANA e-wallet, the greater the increase in user interest.
